This CFA has gone down hill tremendously in the last year. Management really needs to do something. I know it's primarily young kids that work here but it's always been. Boy have times changed. Employees standing around eating off of other employees food that are on break . No warm welcomes or friendly dining room person. Stood in line for 5 minutes while cashier was trying to start coffee which they ran out off while area lead just hanging out walking by like no idea what was going on. The only thing good about this place is that the employees are nice. The bread on the chicken minis was falling apart because they were undercooked, hash browns were soggy and mushy also because it was undercooked. I am probably one of thee biggest chick-fil-a fans however this chick-fil-a left much to be desired. I'd say 90% of the tables were dirty. Even when I mentioned to the girl brining our food that many tables were dirty no one cleaned up. I'm hoping this isn't the normal here. They did manage to have diapers, wipes and mouth wash in the bathroom? I'm visiting home after many years away and I was hoping for a better experience. I have been a loyal Chick-fil-A fan for as long as I can remember. We've been to Chick-fil-As all over the country being a military family and love it because we can always depend on quality food and costumer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. This was our first visit at this location as we just moved to the area. This was our first EVER bad Chick-fil-A experience. The gentlemen taking our order was rude and continued to interrupt us while ordering. The pickup line was very unorganized. My husband's sandwich was cold to the touch and my fries tasted stale. Super disappointed as this is the closet location to our home but I think we'll find a better one further away to give our business to. read more

I've only been through the Drive-Thru. Unlike most other Chick-fil-A locations as of late this location only has one car lane and it does get pretty backed up during lunch. There's been a few times it's circled back to the gas station. They don't move as quickly here, either. They did not give nuggets with my friend's delivery and claims that it was the drivers fault. Disappointed with their customer service and lack of care. It was their responsibility to put everything in the bag.... Not the drivers. They did not offer any solution and the manager , Sara, gave us an attitude. Would not come back to this location. Well the customer service was great as usual BUT my nuggets were NOT FRESH! this was after 4pm and they had a line so I expected fresh nuggets not nuggets that tasted like they'd been sitting for a couple of hours. Love me some Chi fila but a but disappointed. The restaurant was dirty. Tables literally covered in dirt- I mean dirt! Garbage cans overflowing. They gyped me one nugget from my 8 count - and they were unable to get my rewards to count so they said I would have to go and request them online. Silly since they could have just rang me up again. After Hurricane Matthew we needed to get out as we had no electricity. We headed to family but stopped as we saw Chik Fil A open. It took 45 minutes and they were only severing two options but it did not matter, every staff member was smiling and kind. What's not to like about Chick-fil-A!?! This location is always clean and super duper friendly. I went through the drive-thru and instead of talking into that little speaker, they had a manager outside ready to greet you and take your order... face to face! in the drive-thru! It was a little odd at first, but she was really nice and made the experience delightful! When you pulled away from her, there was another young lady standing a little further down that would greet you yet again and give you your total. Talk about customer service at its best! I got the spicy chicken, hold the pickles... and it was deliciouso! the fries were salted perfectly and this girl was satisfied! This is definitely my location of choice even though it's about 20 minutes further away than the closest location to us. The play area is perfect for younger toddlers, since it doesn't have the steep straight up climb like some of the others have. The service here is fantastic, just like every Chick Fil A. read more

I have always loved chick-fil-a, food and service, but this particular location, has always seemed to fail in one way or another no matter how many times I go there and give them a chance. I've had issues with poor quality food, orders rang up wrong, order rang up correctly but delivered wrong. They can't even get allergy warning correct. You ask to not have something, flag it for an allergy and they still give it to you and act like it's your fault. You name it, the issue has happened here, and I can say this is literally the only location that it has ever happened at. The most friendly delicious fast food place in Oakleaf. I love it that every time you say thank you, they respond with my pleasure. Free refills on lemonade which is the best lemonade you can get by the way. Fresh soft juicy chicken. It's a bit pricey or than McDonald's or Burger King but you most definitely get what you pay for. So must slot of people cause the place was packed with lines all the way around the building outside and inside the line was around the store. I am sorry to have to write this review most of the time this store outperforms tonight was not the case As I entered the drive through lane 1 had two cars, lane 2 was backed up as usual naturally I chose lane 1. Bad choice. The two individuals working in this lane left a lot to be desired. It seemed like the car in front of me was taking an extremely long time. Finally it was my turn. It seemed to take an extended time for him to take my order. After completing my order he told me my total and charged my card, $25.74 Then I pulled up to the stand where the guy who waited on me and the young lady had a lengthy conversation. The lady appeared to ignore me, twice I asked if I needed to see her or drive to the pickup window the second time she responded that I needed to see her. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. A few minutes later she presented me my receipt, for -$27.23, we did not notice that until we approached the pickup window. We questioned the receipt but no one could give us an answer. They were too busy to be concerned the lady at the register did say that we were given our order for free, which was not the case. Upon checking our order, it was missing the Mac and Cheese I asked and the lady told us they were out. No one told us that until we asked read more
