I told him I'll be walking inside to speak with a manager. Once inside, I was confronted by a young man bagging and the words out of his mouth "so what do you want what do you want from us? "basically implying that I was only complaining and asking for the manager because I want it free items. I was then told that the manager Santiago was far too busy to even speak with me once I stated I already waited 20 minutes. I don't mind waiting a few more minutes to speak with the manager, he still refuse to come, ident informed the staff that I did not want any free items because anything I wish to purchase from Chick-fil-A I could easily afford. It was the poor customer service the lack of care, the lack of concern this is the most disgusting Chick-fil-A location I've ever experienced nationwide. I'm writing this review in hopes someone at chic fil a sees it. I go to chic fil an every day because I'm very busy and I want to have a salad every day. I get the exact same order. 12 count grilled chicken nuggets, salad, and lemonade. They always seem to get something wrong whether it's giving me 8 nuggets instead of 12 or forgetting salad dressing. It's always something. Lately they've been giving me very old looking salad that is mushy and hard to eat. I wish they could use common sense to see the salad they are giving me is very old. My experience at Chick-fil-A store #6635 drive thru was unexpected, but very upsetting and disappointing. I realized my order was incorrect, I walked inside the store to address the error hoping for correction or refund. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation, without hesitation she reached inside the bag and removed the content out the bag. I expressed how I didn't appreciate the gesture (unsanitary) and requested a refund. I literally stood and waited for 15 mins completely ignored by the staff/employees, only to be told my request was declined. This store is much like every other Chick-fil-A. The food is great, service is great and you always receive a "have a blessed day" on your way out. In this store I experienced my first post COVID-19 experience at the restaurant. It was done PERFECTLY! So I drive up and find my truck being guided like a plane into a terminal. A manager greats me and then another staff member starts taking my order. She repeated back exactly what the three of us ordered and the on to the pick up window. The entire experience was touchless. Now I have to tell you that I secretly love CFA chocolate shakes. Actually, like donuts, I love all chocolate shakes but everything is a matter of degrees. The sad Irony that this is closest Chick Fila to where I live. Im used to the exceptional customer service, but this location is subpar IMO. Beyond annoying with the service at this location. This is the second time in a row that they forgot a portion of my order. What's their resolve? One time, portions of my order was missing, one time they didn't even have my order, until after waiting 20 minutes and ten cars coming and going, I called and they really couldn't have cared less. Today was my first time dining in at this location and it was bustling and so homey! Immediately when we walked in we were greeted and a wonderful guy named Travis checked on us and served us very quickly. A kind older gentleman made rounds and checked on us in a timely manner as well which was very kind of him :) The nuggets were our favorite as always and the fries were well salted (which is a personal fave for me). I also told them I don't want old coffee. So impressed by this location's staff and the customers. My first time to this location, it was so different from the hectic atmosphere at most other locations. Greeted by multiple employees almost immediately and instructed to have a seat. I felt like I was being welcomed into a friend's home. The customers in the restaurant were polite, considerate of their noise volume, and helpful by cleaning up after themselves. The food was hot and we were provided with our sauces & a kids table place mat (never have we received one anywhere else). More napkins and sauces were readily available at a nearby counter. This was the most relaxed Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The play area didn't smell nasty and the stool in the restrooms helped to keep my little one from leaning across the counter. read more

I'm a huge Chick-gil-a fan but this location is not like the others. I'm not sure what concept they are going for with inside dining. You go in and there is no counter to order and they have 2 people walking around with iPads as if you are in the drive thru line. The orders are taken in no particular order and brought out in paper bags as if to go. The other 3 locations I visit from time to time around town are exactly like before Covid.....unmatched customer service and able to dine in, do carry out, drive thru, and curbside. On todays visit I had to go hunt down someone to finally take our order, after I watched probably 8 people that came in after me order their food. Got my order wrong four different times in a row and their chicken taste old and tough to chew

You guys have seriously got to get it together! I was SO EXCITED about this location opening, because it's right in front of the house and because I constantly had issues at the Bella Terra location. So I purposely would drive the extra 5-10 minutes, just to go to the Cinco Ranch location. But you guys with this drive thru!!!! It's a nightmare!! The first couple of weeks, the excuse was a lightning strike and being brand new. What is the excuse now? Today is the THIRD time that I have gone to get food so I can have lunch at school with my son, and I end up waiting in line for OVER 20 minutes! There is absolutely no excuse!
