This is not against the local franchisee but the main office. I completed a survey after a visit and was awarded a free chicken sandwich. I received the code in an email. When I went to use it, the code would not open. I called Customer Service three times and was told each time they saw the code was not used and would try to send it again to my email. Three times I was told they would escalate the situation to a higher level. On the 3rd call, I spoke to the higher level who still could not find a way to send me another code. All for a $5.00 sandwich. At that point it was the principle not the amount of the offer. How can a company with such great customer service at the restaurants have such opposite customer service at the main office? Very disappointing! read more

The young girl the the drive through was more interested in what her friends were doing rather than getting our order accurately. Once we got to the window we had to double check what she put in because of how short she was with us. At the window the young boy working answered our questions with so much attitude. Kids with this much entitlement should not be allowed working in customer service. Once i got home, my order was WRONG, COLD and my chicken WAS PINK!! i called the location the guy who answered claimed to be the manager. We were in a rush for my kids class and decided to do a Mobile order for curbside picking as drive throughs are usually long. We pulled into spot no 9 and waited and waited and waited. They don't seem to start prepping the order until you check into the pickup spot. In my case it was #9 and the app showed it is still being prepared. Worst experience I have ever had at a chick-fil-a in all my years. I'm not sure who the genius was that thought of this make shift express style hot steamy dog poop system. Walk inside to see no counter to order at, cool. An employee then instructed we sit down and wait for someone to come take our order. So I sat there and watched as the one poor lady walked around to all the tables and took everyones order after 20min went by I got up and left. No one came to take my order, or even asked if I had been helped. Why have 1 person to go around and take everyones order? Deaf and blind moneys could have put together a better running system then what this is. Avoid this chick-fil-a at all costs. I eat Chick Fil A every other day at different locations, as good as McDonald's, but this chick fil A disappointed me too much. They think they are doing a good customer service but actually not at all, young dudes were doing full service restaurants waiters work which made me feel so strange, but they don't focus on the right things they have to do, they just ignored customer's ' real complaints when we need help. I ordered two large fry, but only got two very little boxes, even less than smaller size, I know how much fry supposed to be like I said I eat chick fil A every other day, I nicely asked employees at the counter if they made a mistake , very obviously with my fry in the tray, but I got very cold and rude answer from different people: we have scale, we didn't make mistakes, nothing we can do, nobody even care or want to check if they did make a mistake. I don't think this can happen in McDonald's or Whataburger. I'm just curious why they don't focus on making food but 4 boys were walking around try to order for customers like waiters in a fast food. read more

This is by far the slowest customer service I have ever experienced of all the Chick-Fila franchises. The drive thru at other locations are so proficient that by the time you put your card in your wallet the food is already in your face lol but at this location I can literally listen to a whole song before the food comes out. This place is great! The design and decor is more of a farmhouse/industrial style and it's absolutely beautiful. I love how the ordering section is separate from the dining area, it creates an illusion that it's not quite as busy even when it is. Ok so I absolutely hate giving any place a bad review especially my favorite fast food place. I've been to this location 3 times and 3 times it had been bad. 1st time my order was totally wrong. 2nd time I was told to pull Forward to the parking lot because my grilled breakfast sandwich wasn't ready. I WAITED 20+ MINUTES OUT THERE FOR THAT SANDWICH. So even though that happened today I gave it another shot thinking that was just a fluke. They had my breakfast food order ready right away but told me to pull forward because the coffee wasn't ready!! Lol..so I waited a good 10 minutes up there again just for my coffee!!! Isnt the reason you have the people walking up to your car to take orders is to speed things up??? That did it for me this location needs new management, employees or whatever it takes. My normal location is the one in shops at bella terra and they never disappoint. I try this one because its on the way back from taking my son to junior high but I will not again. You need to follow the model of the one in bella terra. Nobody should be waiting so long for "fast" food. read more

We love the food, but the drive through (at least in the morning time during the week!) is so SLOW! The only reason we are willing to deal with the long wait in the drive through is because we like their breakfast more than the other fast food chains. If certain orders are taking longer than usual, the customer should be asked to pull forward as to not hold up all of the ppl behind them. read more

Wow this is a first for me! Tonight was my first visit to this location. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches 3 large fries and 3 large drinks on the app. One large fry box had 6 waffle fries.... the box wasn't even half way full.... this wasn't a mistake this was a case of a lazy employee that probably spilt half of the box. No one could miss it. I did a double take, taking it out of the bag. I thought they had fallen out of the box and were at the bottom of the bag but no my fries were gone. It was 5:30 on a Saturday night. They were not busy at all. This is truly embarrassing that a restaurant would let you leave with six waffle fries in a large box. I paid a lot more money for a large but instead I got a small. Everyone out here was so excited that Chick-fil-A was coming in but after looking at the reviews I totally get fries were missing! Lots of kinks to work out still. To start the people taking orders aren't listening because I've been here three times and they have messed up my order two out of the three. I said twice to her large drink and when i got to the window they handed me a regular sized drink. I told them i told her twice that I asked for a large size. Secondly the fries are extremely soggy and inedible. Some of the fries even tasted stale and hard. The bun for my sandwich was thick and mushy and tasted awful!! I couldn't even eat the sandwich. It was a doughy and thick bun, just bad. Hopefully they get someone in here that can fix all of this mess. PLEASE CHikfila read and fix! Especially the not cooked chicken! I've lived in fulshear since December 2020. Before that I've lived in Richmond for the last 10 years and frequented the grand-parkway, Bella terra, and Rosenberg; with that said I've never had a great experience the 20 times I've tried this location. I keep saying I will just drive to one of the other ones, but I always give it another try just to be disappointed. The badness is a consistency. Now for the examples, pink not cooked chicken at least 10 times, I only get fries now or macaroni. The tea is not brewed all the way- I honestly don't understand how you can get tea wrong. The straws never in the bag, so we have to drive back around and flag them down or wait for 15 min back through the line while our food gets cold; 4 times that's happened. The window is annoying because their is usually a young man having conversations instead of paying attention to the customers. I don't even understand how this is a chikfila. It seems like a want a be that just will never fulfill the same grandor as the rest. If I could pinpoint why- I think they do not take their time and somehow they've been trained to rush us through the line so fast that they now do not brew the tea with care and do not cook the chicken all the way and do not put straws in the bags. I say slow it down, I rather wait another 5 minutes in line and have better food. read more

I'm really happy they decided to open a location here. The staff is very friendly. I've tried both drive-thru and walk-in. I've never had to wait in line inside, but the drive-thru is often packed. I suppose that is because people just don't feel like getting out of their cars. The inside is nice and clean with condiments/napkins/utensils stocked and organized. read more

One of the worst experiences i've had. I ordered my food and my cashier never gave me my two drinks. I had to ask for my drinks once my food was basically thrown into my hands. when given the drinks they plopped them into my hands that were holding my bag, almost fell out my hands. Not to mention, i ordered at 8 and 12 count nuggets but, only got two 6 counts. Went back to get 12 count with a 4 count. Had to ask again, finally got it right.
