But I live 15 minutes away so when they don't give me the dressing for my spicy southwest chicken salad no cheese extra tortilla strips, it's frustrating. I always order mobile drives thru cause it's quick. And I don't think to dig to the bottom of the sack to check that my dressing is there because it just should be! It is quite literally your job. I'm writing this as I sit in my couch sad because now I just have to eat it with the regular ranch in my fridge instead of avocado lime. Traveling out of town and stopped to get a quick lunch. Added order to app as a mobile thru and changed to carry out before submitting as the mobile line was extremely long. Went inside and found this to be a very small dining room and there is confusion to customers over where to stand to order vs pick up orders. It took longer than usual to get my order. Love Chik-fil-A and have been to this location many times. Sadly, the changes you made screwed up the mobile drive thru line. Very irritating to have to wait after I get my food for people in front of me to get theirs. Much better to not use the mobile drive thru if they are busy. read more

My partner and I typically go to the wolf chase location and decided to give this one a shot. We went to the drive thru and Gaige was working tonight and took our order. Gaige's energy was so bright. I get shy and nervous when it comes to asking about using my rewards in my app and he explained how to use it so clearly. Gaige made sure we got everything we ordered right while also making us laugh. The food here is always good and never disappoints. Fries stay crispy. However Gaige really made it MY pleasure coming through tonight. Every place needs a Gaige. Definitely the best person to take our order, truly made my night!!! read more

Placed a breakfast order at 10:10am for the mobile thru and arrived to the store at 10:20am. Should be ample amount of time, however it took us 15 minutes to get to the check in sign because it was so crowded and since it was past 10:30 the app bugged out saying error. We finally get up to the front of the line at 10:50am for the employee to say there is nothing they can do except refund or take a new lunch order with a blanket "I'm sorry" expression. Absolutely ridiculous to have 10+ cars wait in a "fast food" line for 30 minutes and offer nothing. Absolutely the most infuriating experience I have ever had. When I first came into this Chick-fil-A I was hurting a lot, but then a guy named Troy was there. His smile brought me this joy I haven't felt in a long time. He was recently hired but still did a great job. He executed the service amazingly. He brought this vibe that gave me comfort. The food was great and his service was amazing. This location is really bad. I have submitted complaints on chick-fil-a app under their cares/feedback/complaint section over bad experiences... almost 2 months ago... and have heard nothing back yet. Whenever I have had (minor) issues with any other chick-fil-a location and report it (again, rare to have any issues) it almost always gets a response back by the next day. Sometimes even the same day. And as a company chick-fil-a is excellent about making things right and sending gratis coupons or something for the item(s) that were wrong. This location is whatever the opposite of a diamond in the rough location would be. Your food will either be raw or burnt. No guarantee which. However there is a large guarantee that the employees will just be sitting around getting yelled at in the dirty lobby. Or yelling at each other. People don't need to know your drama. Families with kids couldn't stick around the screaming and had to leave versus dining in. Who knows if they are on break or not... But more can get done correctly by working together and not against each other. Until this location gets brand new management I can't see anyone choosing to eat here more than the first time misfortune. There are more broken systems here than working. Dirty lobby by registers, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, dirty parking lot... Yes, I wouldn't have ordered food here if I had seen the poor despicable conditions first. I had a mobile (scan at table) order. Now? I have a lot of regret. Food is always cold and not cooked all the way like the biscuits and I'll tell you. I'm not real happy about how they merge the line for the mobile app while you're standing there waiting on the guy to fumble around with your order 10 people drive in front of you because they have it blocked off. Although it's not really my jam, my crew loves Chick Fil A. So we stopped at this location on a road trip and it was a nightmare. First their mobile only line was backed up and out of order. We were still able to use mobile only but it took longer than their regular line. Then in a coup infâme, they failed to give us any straws or utensils at all in it order for five people. Like, none. Not a fork or even one straw with 5 drinks. The person handing us the food was nice, but the crew here probably need to take a remedial training course. Stay away! read more

Ordered four chicken minis and i got four pieces of bread all stuffed together and three pieces of chicken rolling around in the carton.

We have been to this CFA close to 20 times since they have opened. We love the order ahead feature on the app and have had the most success with it. We have not ordered at the counter once. If you live close like we do, you can order then force the app to start your order instead of waiting until you arrive. This will cut a few minutes off your wait time. read more

On a roadtrip and almost skipped this location because of the bad review, but we had a great experience. New build. Hot food.

I stopped here on the way back home from a road trip. I waited in line over 5 min for someone to even come out the register. I was next in line but 5 girls beside me went right up to the register. I extended grace and didn't say anything but then I realized they ALL worked there. They were there for social hour with all the other employees off the clock. Each of them went to the kitchen to say hello and other employees from the back came out to say hi to them. It was never acknowledged I was in line and the person behind the register didn't even acknowledge how rude they were to get in line ahead of me. My husband was out side changing the tire on his truck and was done with that and even used the restroom before I got my food. I didn't get half of the order and I only orders 2 combo meals. I had to go back in , stand in line and get the food. Then no ketchup was included. I have never been to a chick fil a managed so poorly and I have never waited that long for food at a chick fil an establishment . The experience was terrible and management, especially the owner, should be ashamed of the terrible reviews left for his business. read more

Wait times are ridiculous for not even great service or food. Managers don't take guests or employees into consideration and I have never seen such disrespect. One day was in the Drive Thru line and this poor girl, brunette, was running orders back and forth by HERSELF in the HEAT. thought she was gonna pass out! i didn't see her take one sip of water and i genuinely question if they treat their employees right. I hope she quit or something. DO NOT GO HERE. Managers won't compensate for long waits, tend to ignore guests or even ignore breakfast orders until after breakfast ends and then the guest has to cancel that order. DO NOT GET IN DRIVE THRU LINE IF YOU HAVE TO BE AT WORK! Waited in line 45 minutes. Once you're in line you can't get out of it. After 25 minutes a kid came out to take orders. People started getting in the mobile app line so the rest of us had to try to merge in AFTER we got our order taken. This is what disappointed me..... I finally got to the window and manager offered no compensation for the wait. He said there was nothing he could do but apologize. Couldn't even offer me an orange juice for the wait. I have never encountered a manager that is not empowered to even offer a guest a beverage for the wait. I highly doubt if all the customers at the Lakeland location get treated like I did. I would have told this to the GM or franchise owner rather than left a review but no one returned my call. Everyone loves chic fil a. Just beware of this location if you are on a time constraint.
