Everytime I order a drink with my order these people are too incompetent that they never have the audacity to include a straw.

The food is awful at this location. The spicy chicken sandwich was so rubbery and did not taste like chicken.

We went on a busy Wednesday afternoon for lunch. We decided to park and go inside. Parking was a bit difficult, as the lunch rush was in full swing, but manageable. We eat here a lot and it is always hot and fresh and you are greeted by the friendliest staff ever. I have tried multiple items on the menu and each is exactly as advertised and when I rarely make a change to the item with add this, hold that they always say "our pleasure" which is unheard of in this day and age. The line in the drive can be long and frustrating which when the ran two lines it wasn't so bad. We usually go in to eat so that isn't an issue and my favorites are spicy chicken and when they have them the peach or peppermint shakes. The cleanliness here is always a comfort as well. Stopped by Largo Chick Fil A and the inside was back open. Friendly staff. Tables were clean when we sat down. And the guy circling to make sure everyone was good was happy go and helpful. No complaints food was good. Tried different sauce the sweet and spicy sriracha was good. read more

While the food is very consistent and high quality it is not worth waiting for 25 minutes after ordering in the app. This location used to have service that you pre-ordered in the app you could park in a numbered parking place and they would bring your order to the car. I have noticed since Many Chick fil A restaurant's are now drive thru only that French fries are typically not cooked . I assume this is accruing so the business many minimize wait time in the drive thru. I for one am SICK of this. COOK THE FOOD !!! Make people wait longer or discontinue the item as it expands the wait time. It just happened today again at Clearwater location on Gulf to Bay. I even ask for COOKED FRIES ! The finest in fast food IMHO. This is a chain that in my mind is doing everything right. Please do your own comparison between these restaurants and all the others. Notice the cleanliness of the stores. Also the cleanliness of the employees. How they greet you with a smile. No tattoos or wild hairdos. The food is terrific. Who doesn't like fried chicken? For those health conscious they also have grilled chicken too. I personally love the spicy chicken and pepper jack cheese with lettuce and tomato on a wheat bun. (Notice how healthy I make it) Their chicken nuggets and strips are very good too. Great chicken noodle soup and coleslaw. I like how they offer lemonade and also diet lemonade. Wonderful shakes too, try one of their peach shakes, Mmmmmm. The service is the best in this fast food world. They bring your meal to you! They will come around while you're eating and ask if you would like a refill. All this with their signature "it's my pleasure."
