Mediocre chicken. I ordered the chicken sandwich because it was a good deal. With so many restaurants serving chicken sandwiches nowadays, it would be hard to justify coming back here. I was in the mood for wings and nearby sugar wing so I decided to try it out. Customer service, everybody was friendly. I agree that the ambience is very cold as far as their decor. I ordered 10 wings and a side of fries and I think I waited maybe five minutes, so it's pretty quick. The cashier recommended the mango chili and I always get regular buffalo. I asked for the wings to be extra crispy. The mango chili was fabulous, with just a tad bit of heat. Buffalo sauce was good as well, no heat at all. The fries were something out of heaven, shaved potato that was fried and perfectly salted. My only complaint is that the wings were not extra crispy, they were just regularly cooked. read more

sugar wing never disappoints! This location is spotless -- from the dining area to the restrooms, everything is well-kept and inviting. But what really made my visit stand out was the General Manager (Lovanda) sorry if I misspell your name . She was Super friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in running a tight ship. Had the Carolina mustard wings and fries combo with the large fries Great flavors!! The fries are super cool and cut waaay different than what you normally get! From the moment we walked in the customer service was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a great foodie experience! Ambiance is definitely chicken wing eating restaurant Peanut butter jelly wings are SUPER! My wife is a huge fan now! They're not the cheapest but they are worth the trip! Go check them out! The wings are so worth the price but we could use more menus and info on the sauces. Il be back for the wings for sure. The boneless chicken wings are the star of the show. They're plump healthy wings by no means skimpy on the chicken breast! The meat was juicy and tender. We got habanero chicken wings and a chicken sandwich. The sandwich comes with pickles without sauce which was surprising. The sandwich was underwhelming, while juicy I could go for a chick fil a sandwich over this. We got a large fry which is actually potato wedges cut thin, perfect for scooping sauces! The potato's are crispy and cut just thin enough for a nice crunch and texture. There needs to be more menu signs or something to visually see the sauce selection etc. one screen plays Instagram reels on loop which, while fun I suppose isn't informative. The only menu is behind the register and is oddly small. I suppose I can google the menu by myself next time before ordering.. The service was passable for fast casual but could be better. No mention of sauces, extras or anything really. Maybe it was an off day. It wasn't particularly busy for a Saturday lunch. read more

Loved this spot on our recent visit to the area. The peanut butter and jelly wings were soooo good. Also, the fries were perfectly cooked and I loved that they are shaped for dipping. Sauces were delicious. What was really sweet during our experience was the workers there offered to make our kids some milkshakes to try out. It was such a sweet surprise and we were quite thankful. :) Can't wait to come back. read more

Services was good! ambience nice, we stop at 3:15 the place just for us the wings was good I will prefer more hot in temperature. Our entire family loved Sugar Wings! The girl at the register was helpful and so accommodating. The interior is well designed and comfortable with plenty of seating. We ordered 8 strips and 3 different types of wings - carolina mustard, blue buffalo, and sticky soy. Everything was hot, flavorful, and delicious. Got a sandwich fries and Cole slaw. The sandwich was very good and was served to me nice and hot. The fries on the other hand tasted like they had been out a while. I would have been happy to wait for fresh hot fries since I was waiting for the sandwich. It seems like they are trying to reduce waste by serving old fries. The Cole slaw was kind of bland, but that may just be my taste. read more

Honestly my family and I used to absolutely love this place but they really messed it up for me by removing the kung pao salad. It was honestly the only reason I would go there. That and the fries. I'm extremely disappointed in this and would love to be able to return. Please bring back the kung pao salad. I will say the last time I was at the largo location about 6 months ago when they had first removed it, the girl went into the back and did her absolute best to try to make a recreation of it. At least make it accessible for online ordering for me & those of us who loved that style of salad to be able to add the ingredients she did that you still have in house to try to re-create it. read more

When i walked into this place i had really high hopes for the wings, immediately it was taken away from me. The buffalo is way too sweet which is strange to say about a place called "sugar wing" but buffalo wings should never be sweet. The service was very subpar. the people weren't mean i would say however they did not seem to know what they were doing. One thing i can say is that the environment is incredible. the look of the inside is very charming but i think they need to consider changing things on their menu and being a bit nicer to their customers. read more

Just OK There are a lot of "wing" restaurants out there right now. I know that I wouldn't want to compete in that market. Sugar Wing, unfortunately, doesn't fare well enough. Inside, the restaurant is clean and bright and empty. The person at the counter was nice but seemed as though he hadn't been fully trained. There must be something about the location causing order errors. The barbecue place that was last in that space regularly screwed up orders and sent them out with items missing. Well, it happened with Sugar Wing as well with the bleu cheese dressing missing from the wings. The wings themselves were flavorful but surprisingly small. Prices are average. read more

My first thought when I saw this store was "just what we need, another chicken place" I wasn't going to try them because I felt like I tried them all already. Well, today they popped up on DoorDash while we were doing house work so I decided to give them a try. We ordered 2 chopped salads with crispy chicken on top. You can choose from multiple sauces if you'd like to toss the chicken. We both chose Buffalo. The Buffalo wasn't spicy but it was flavorful. I would have given them 5 stars but I ordered ranch & received bleu cheese. I'm not a fan of mold so, I tossed that. The other salad we ordered the vinaigrette, which was good. We also shared an order of cheese fries. The menu shows this overflowing box piled high with fries & queso. What I received was about 10 fries with a small cup of queso for $4.79. The queso was very good as were the fries. I just feel for the price the box should contain more fries. Service seemed rather slow as my driver waited awhile for the order which caused it to be almost 30 minutes late. I was busy so I didn't pay much attention until it was late & the time kept going up. Otherwise the food was great & I will definitely give them another try. They seem to be fairly new to the area. For such a new place, our first order was enough to make me return so they're doing something right. read more

I'm sorry to say that I no longer like their food. I always got the PB&J wings but they've renamed it, backed off from a good product to a bad one (if they are correct and this is their recreation and not a mistake). They claim I got the right order, but when I got home, it was covered with what looked and tasted like a very hot buffalo sauce, which I cannot tolerate. Didn't taste anything like the PB sauce. I tried washing off the sauce but the burning taste remained. And the fries... just how much salt does a person need on fries anyway? I personally prefer the potato taste over salt lick flavor, but that's me. I know we are no longer allowed to expect to get what we order, because if you are unhappy with getting the wrong thing and you speak up they call you a Karen...what does that even mean beyond the obvious, that it's pure nonsense and an insult to the lovely ladies whose parents gave them a perfectly good name? All the Karen's I know are beautiful wonderful people. Bottom line, I don't expect this restaurant to survive, I know I'm not going back. When I called and told the girl who answered the phone that I believed my order to be incorrect, she actually said, " What do you want us to do about it?" Imagine it being said in a way that is not meant to be helpful and then you've got the gist. So at the risk of being called a silly name, I'm sharing this experience with all of you. Do what you want with it, I just felt the need to warn, it might not be a good experience for others as well. Bear in mind that the Seminole location already went under...could be a hint. read more

Came once to try it and it was amazing so we're back for more. The food is made to order so it does take a few minutes but not long at all, but everything came out hot and fresh! The breading on the tenders is nice and I personally tried the Buffalo and honey mustard for dipping sauces. The Buffalo was great and has a unique sweetness that's I personally enjoyed a lot. the Honey Mustard is one of my favorites that I've ever had. The customer service is great both times the manager has taken our order and brought the food out to us. Shes extremely friendly and came out to check on us during our meal to see how everything was.
