I love their food but their set up is strange. They had at least seven people at their order stands. Still, somehow, it was a mini-debacle. At CFA you don't just drive up to the menu board and order. You drive up to a real person and they take your order. Easy enough but I had a gift of free fries. I ordered my wrap and the fries and the very young (and clueless) order taker told me my order was $9.45. I told her the wrap was only $6.25 and I had free fries. She said, "Yeah but there's tax on the $6.25." I couldn't help but laugh at her. I told her there was no way the tax was over $3.00 on a $6.25 purchase. Clearly, she was out of her element and she needed 3 other people to tell her what to do. So it took 6 people to get my order right and to use a coupon for free fries. Bless their hearts. Had I not loved the wraps, I would have been long gone. The food, though, is worth it. You can always count on CFA stores to be clean, and the servers always seem happy. Ordering through the app was easy, and my food was brought to my car (at one of their numbered parking spots) soon after I ordered. My sandwich, waffle fries, and side salad were just as good (if not better) than the food at other locations. Went to this establishment for the first time in years. As soon as I walked through the doors and saw the workers looked like children I was in shock. They look barely 13. First they took 10 minutes to just type my order in. Then proceeded to mess up my order and said he couldn't do anything about it. Honestly get some real employees. I was so happy that Chick-Fil-A has opened another location just down the street from us. This was my first time at this location. I placed a mobile order as usual. We waited in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes and our food never came out while other cars came after us get their food first. I've come to expect quality food and service from multiple locations across the country, so I fully anticipated that this location would be the same. Instead, I discovered that it's staffed by the Not Ready for Prime Time Players. The taste of the food is fine, but nearly every time I go here, there's something wrong with my order. The last couple of times, they forgot the cutlery (and my meal wasn't "finger food"). This time, they forgot the dipping sauces. No problem, I thought, I'll just swing through the drive-thru. Wasn't sure what to expect when visiting a brand new Chick-fil-A location during a pandemic but this place did not disappoint. It was the same great experience and chicken I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. I've now been three times in two (not judge) and used mobile every time without any issues.
