Let me tell you, this Canes is not that bad, but definitely not good. They have hit or miss quality, and the customer service is not good. I just ordered a kids meal through the app to be picked up at curbside so I can eat something quick before work. After waiting in my curbside spot for 20 minutes and the app telling me my order was complete, i went inside. I immediately saw all of the staff sitting around (literally on the on the counters) and found my order had been sitting on the inside pickup spot. We felt very welcomed the restaurant which today is getting harder to fine by. I didn't have any specific expectations other than assuming the usual fast food restaurant, but Raiding Cane's isn't your usual fast food joint. Loved the decor and atmosphere. We have a Golden Retriever and gravitate to places with dog decor. Of course, this location has more than dog decor. They have plenty of varied seating (bar stools, tall tables, booths, regular tables and great outside seating. Too bad it was cold today and we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating. We both had the 4 piece Box Combo and it was more than enough food & drink. It was our kind of breaded chicken - light amount of breading & crispness that enhanced the moist chicken strips. It was my kind of fries not too thin and not too thick. Unless we split a meal at lunch, we might be more inclined to come for dinner. They give result small pieces of chicken at this location, so if you order a 3pc or 4pc... you'll only get 2 normal sized fingers... the other pieces will be broken, baby sized fingers. read more

This canes is usually pretty consistent, drive thru can be slow but typically really great attitudes and service. That all still applies, however I found a long black hair deep in my fries today. Took it back and got a new meal, staff was awesome in attending to this issue, just want to let it be known that it doesn't seem they wear hairnets. Probably my last canes visit for a long while as I had eaten a few of the fries before discovering it . They do a good job at everything else though! read more

I occasionally enjoy Raising Cane's as a guilty pleasure, so I was interested in checking out this new location on opening day. My box combo was ready shortly after I ordered at the counter, and everything was just as good, if not better, than what I have come to expect at other locations. The box combo ($7.29) included four chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, Texas toast, sauce, and a drink, making it a good value. Portion sizes were generous, and the premium, white chicken was especially moist and tasty. I found the service at the counter to be welcoming and efficient. There was a small patio, a nice and spacious dining area with background music, and two drive-thru lanes. Very nice. read more

I love me some Cane's chicken! The Olathe location is but one of several that I frequent. It's a great venue with ample seating for the inevitable lunch rush. The menu is, by design, very limited: chicken fingers, fries, toast and slaw, but they do it VERY WELL. Prices are absolutely reasonable for the food you receive, and the customer service at this location is top tier! On my most recent visit I brought my 24 year-old daughter. I was shocked to learn (maybe because I eat at this location so often!) that she had never been to Raising Cane's! Needless to say, she is now as HOOKED as I am! It's great to have quick and easy food options in our community-- especially when they offer great quality and value. I'll be back soon! read more

I understand why the line is so long in the drive thru. Raising Canes is giving Chick Fil A a run for their money! Upon entering the restaurant it was very clean and well kept. Nice and entertaining to look at and behind the counter was very clean. The cashier was so nice and friendly...GIVE HIM A RAISE! I really enjoyed my time. Wait time was probably 5 minutes, I think it was faster to come inside. The chicken strips were delicious and very juicy. I don't like the Canes sauce so I got honey mustard. The bread was nice, buttery and sweet. Friends were nice too. Not out of this world but not bad. I recommend over the other chicken place and heres a plus...they are open on Sundays! Just ordered two 6 piece chicken dinners to go. Both had three good size strips and then three very small. If they were giving you small strips for the price you pay they need to add a couple of them! The price of fast food is really expensive especially at Canes. I stopped here for lunch, food and service was excellent and tasty. My car needed a jump after my meal, and the manager, Will, brought his car out (during the tail of end of a lunch rush) to help me get back on the road. I come here all the time. I was one of the first to come here when they opened. They were amazing. Staff was dedicated, managers paid attention and bags were always checked. The past few months this place has gone down hill. I've had 2 bad experiences and tonight ended it. And I will never go to a raising cains trash chicken again. The chicken gets small and the price gets bigger. They can't even listen when you tell them you want extra sauce. They can't make fresh fries. So done.
