This is the WORST experience I have EVER had at Chick-fil-A. One evening in a rush, about a week ago, I stopped to get my family dinner. EPIC fail. HELLLLLLLL NO! You'll never get my dollars again. It was an interesting experience honestly. Entire order was wrong and its a real tragedy that the cashier simply wasn't listening, because she got the sandwich and drink and fries order wrong. Then it took almost 15 minutes to get another sandwich... At which point I had to get a manager involved because apparently the grill cooks were restarting an entire batch of chicken order and noone decided to tell me. To the managers credit she did end up refunding the order but that honestly didn't make up for all the time wasted and the bad service from the cashier. I contacted Chick-fil-A to schedule a birthday party for my child and the child of a friend. I spoke to a woman by the name of Diane. To my dismay she was short with me. I understand that I called at a very busy time (breakfast perhaps). She advised me that they no longer have birthdays for children on Friday or Saturday. The woman said that they stopped because some customers were complaining that the children's birthday parties took up too much space and some folks said that they did not have a place to sit. Now although this was disappointing to hear seeing that I had had two parties there in the past I was very hurt by the way in which a representative from Chick-fil-A spoke to me. Next I asked myself, does the owner not know how many parents solicit this location? This is a clear detachment from the local community. The people that move in this community should be treated kindly. Not rushed off of the phone or rushed through the line. Furthermore, as an A-Lister of Chick-fil-A and a loyal customer of that location I was shocked and appalled, because the woman's attitude and thought of the children's parties being "in the way" did not seem to align with the vision that Truett had for Chick-fil-A. Additionally, Chick-fil-A is a Christian organization and Christians know that Christ clearly esteemed and took extra thought for our precious children. Thus, the whole experience was not representative of the vision and core beliefs of Chick-fil-A. Furthermore, I feel rushed at this location. The phone call was even rushed. This location has changed since the exit of Tony Royal. The place now has a more corporate fast food feel to it. Before the new ownership I felt like I was coming to eat with family. The former staff recognized me and always greeted me well whenever I walked through the door. I spend at least 50$ a week at Chick-fil-A and sometimes order loads of food events that I have. I would like to contact the corporate office next so that I can encourage them to have all locations continue with the parties for children on the weekends and to make families with children feel welcome. Stonecrest is slowly becoming a non-friendly kid zone. I should not be made to feel like children are a "bother" or "hassle" or "in the way" or something. Additionally, I have had two parties at this location in the past and they were a blast. My prayer and hope is that this location will pull it together. I do understand that it can take a while to get things right when ownership changes. However, kindness, gentleness, meekness, and patience are all fruits of the Spirit. All of which were missing on yesterday. The one pro of this location is that this location brings out food very quickly when it comes to curb side pick-up. Faster than any location I have visited. They have mastered the Chick-Fil-A app and curbside pick up. And seeing that I have small children curb side pick up is a plus! Whereas, some locations still require you to walk in even after placing an order on the app, which is inconvenient. And when the person brings out your food they're nice. Overall, I had a negative experience there yesterday and my prayer is that it will get better as the new owner becomes more familiar with the residents and people of StoneCrest and Lithonia as a whole. read more

Ordered a sausage and egg sandwich on a gluten-free bun. Cashier rings it up as a sausage biscuit and then adds egg and the gluten-free bun. I tell her that she rang it up wrong as she is charging me for a biscuit I did not order and will not receive. I get attitude from her, but she rings it up separate, and wow....instead of $3.80 it is $2.77. Then she says that it is supposed to be rang up the way she did it. Oh, so you are supposed to overcharge customers and have them pay for something they did not order and you will not give them? Nice. Get my sandwich and it is a fried chicken, egg, and cheese on a whole-grain bun. Seriously? Give someone with celiac disease that bun and tell them it is gluten-free, you could make them severely ill. How can people in the food industry, especially those offering gluten-free options, not understand that severity of this or any other allergen issue? Then, I am told they do not have any GF buns despite the cashier having asked the kitchen before ringing it up. I guess they have the McDonald's/Burger King attitude now of "have it their way". Yeah, you ordered this, but this is what we have, so have it. Waited a while to just leave with a refund. Use to be that Chick fil-a was about customer service, and now they are as bad as McDonald's and the rest of the "fast food" places, which are not fast and barely food. read more

I've always been a fan of this location in particular. I've lived in the area for a while and have seen first hand how active the owners are in the community, as well as knowing many employees and friends who've passed through and earned scholarship opportunities. Location is always clean and bustling with activity, whether that comes from daily patrons or attendees at one of their many community events held in store. My food is always hot, fresh and delicious. And of course, in true fashion, the customer service is always stellar. I remember back a few years, this location's owners used to place coupons for free sandwiches in the local paper. I will always support this location with my business. read more

This Chick-Fil-A free-standing store is outside the mall parking lot beside Rooms-to-Go. I'm always fascinated at how consistent each location is as I travel throughout Georgia for work. I think having a working operator/ owner in the business and actually working in the store makes a huge difference. This drive thru can get very busy from the nearby offramp of I-20 traffic, but as all Chick-Fil-A's do, they move you thru very quickly. I use this location for food tray's for my nearby customers and they do an exceptional job of having the food on time and maintaining consistency on all my orders. I haven't experienced any problems at this location and they will continue get my business, my customers love Chick-Fil-A. read more

This is the worst location in lithonia. The fries are always old. How can you mess up fries? Smh If you order a large fry you may have about 5-6 good fries out the whole bunch. That's ridiculous. They are either burnt or hard or both. This is every single time I visit this location. And I visit quite frequent because it's convenient. Relatively fast and friendly service. I've only had an issue here once or twice in the past. The location is convenient for me whether I'm in the area for the mall or on my commute to work or home. I've never experienced hair in the food at chick-fil-a. Until yesterday morning, I got a grilled egg white breakfast sandwich and got it to go. Like everyone else, trying to get to work on time.
