So I have no idea if it was a lack of cooks or what, but the wait time was so long. We finally got our food at 7:55 p.m. And my wife's steak was cooked too long and it was cooked medium and not rare. We told them we didn't want to send it back if it was going to take super long for it to be redone and we believe that's the only reason it came out so fast. This was supposed to be a romantic night out but it ended up just making us both really frustrated and annoyed. We chose a locally owned restaurant we had never been to. But with how the experience was, we could have gotten a better experience at Olive garden which is really depressing to say. The one highlight, was our server Di'el as she was quite attentive and apologetic.
