Chick-Fil-A is my family's favorite fast food place. Their employees are always polite, helpful, and accommodating, and their food is consistently good. The wait at this location is usually incredibly long though due to all the traffic here, and it's like that almost any time of the day that you go by. So, we often decide not to go here because we don't have an hour to commit to sitting in their drive thru. Also, almost every time we place an order here, something is missing from our order, so if we don't check the order before we leave, we will get home before realizing someone in our house didn't get his meal. We have brought this to managers' attention on multiple occasions, but this persists, so double check your bags before you pull away so you don't go hungry! ;) read more

It's chick-fil-a. They treat you like the family they wish they had hahaha. But seriously they're great especially this one. They always make sure your order is right and always friendly and wanting to help you. Food is hot and fresh and fast. They bring the food to your car for you. Waffle fries are amazing and so are the chicken nuggies. Cant decide where to eat? Just go here man. I never have any issues with Chick-fil-A, until now. I ordered 2 milkshakes through curbside and waited an hour. I flagged one worker down to tell him it had been 30 minutes since I had placed my order (multiple cars had already come and gone), and he said he would get it taken care of. Had to wait 30 more minutes and flag another worker down to tell her I had been waiting an hour at that point. Very disappointing, as I had been very patient with them. read more

Do not go to Chick-fil-A In Madison, MS. I travel all over the southeast and always order my Chick-fil-A nuggets well done. Tonight I was refused that service. I was told the owner , Chris Rossen, instructed the workers not to sell or cook any nuggets well done. That is not acceptable. I will never come to his location again or County line road as I was told that he also had instructed them as well. This is poor customer service. This Chick-fil-A does not live up to the good customer service that I am used to receiving. When I told the customer service representative that I would not order the nuggets any other way she told me she could not serve me. Very disappointing. So folks, find somewhere else to eat where the customer matters. read more

The best CFA there is. Anyone who says different is wrong. There's consistently a line wrapped around it because it's the most popular restaurant in Madison and yet it still takes 5 minutes to get your food. Great service, great food, and you get it fast. Restaurant is pretty clean, too. read more

We live chick fil a. My family eats here every Monday. The drive through is always long, but you come to expect this at all chic fil as. The good is always hot and the service is great. My only complaint is I wish they would supply ketchup with your order without you needing to request it. read more

I love Chick-fil-A as a whole, but the Madison location was at its very WORST today. It took over 15 minutes to get to the window for a mobile order... And my order wasn't even ready. We ordered milkshakes and a frosted lemonade. My frosted lemonade was terrible. It was more like slightly lemon tainted milk. The Chick-fil-A name deserves MUCH better than this! read more

Chick-fil-A has fast food down to a science! There were two lines of vehicles for the drive thru, maybe 10-12 or more. So I had my meal inside, BUT after seeing how fast it was moving, I could have stayed in the car. Inside my order was taken immediately, and my meal was at my table almost before I sat down. Great food FAST service, Four Stars only because the temperature of my meal could have been better. As I left, I noticed the guys next door that sell "back yard burgers" had maybe 3 cars in the lot and 1 waiting at the drive thru... Across the road at a major fast food joint, NO cars in the drive thru line. Goes to show, if you give good service, good food, and friendly employees, folks are going to come back! read more

You really can't go wrong with chick-fil-a. The chicken biscuits are amazing, the sweet tea is refreshing, and their milkshakes...thick and sweet. On top of that, I love their ketchup packaging and their honey mustard is the best. The staff is incredibly friendly, cheerful, and full of happiness. They don't hesitate to serve. read more

Too bad that you cannot leave zero Stars. The lines at the Chick-fil-A's are bad enough as it is, this location does have the double lines. I was sitting there waiting patiently to have my order taken when a Chick-fil-A employee came out into the parking lot and went to the far Lane and advanced nine cars that had arrived after me. The result they got service before I did and I had been there longer. I tried to speak to the lady at the drive-thru and she was very rude to me. read more

This is the worst CFA I've ever been to. It takes 2-4 times as long as any other location I've been to. They often mess up orders, getting sizes wrong or giving incorrect items altogether. When you go to a busy CFA, usually you can get served still a lightning speeds. They, however, are about on par with McDonald's for their speed and accuracy. The owner needs to take notes from other owners who run their restaurants efficiently and accurately. read more

Service fast and friendly. Better than most for fast food. Clean nuggets and strips very tasty.

The food is terrific, but what absolutely amazes me is the amazing staff. They are so consistent and are totally top notch.

I was told my food would be a minute and could I wait in the first spot by the mailbox....11 minutes later I went to Back Yard Burgers with no chicken in sight. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to. read more
