NOPE I have to physically bring back the sandwich and the copy of the receipt back and then I can get a refund she says.. (this location takes 20 mins) I told her I'm off on Monday and she said that works. Now I have to go there on my day off with a moldy sandwich I guess when the manager could have done her job correctly and followed the directions on the online order to avoid a situation like this. I am VERY disappointed and won't goto this location ever again. I love fire house subs but the Customer service was a zero and it's now not worth my time or money. Who ever was the on duty manager tonight at the Grandview location if you're reading this I hope you know you provided the worst customer service! Good job on losing a customer.

I agree that Chick-fil-A is know for its speedy drive thru, however, this location needs to slow down a bit. People, if you order a spicy southwest salad, please make sure you tell these 16 year old kids that it comes with tortilla chips and pepitas. They are trained on verbal communication but apparently not trained on food preparation and customer satisfaction. It was not a pleasure of mine to open my bag consistently without these items. 5/31/2021: Once again, this location has failed to introduce their pleasure. They have provided me with a southwest spicy salad but not the contents that come with the salad. Will this ever end? Stay tuned to find out..... read more

I had the worst experience ever @ this Chick-Fil-A. The white employees are extremely racist. The AA employees are trained to be rude to blacks. The food is never fresh and hot. I will never eat at this restaurant again. The workers throw your money on the counter instead of handing it to you in your hands. How disrespectful? How hard is it to hire people with common sense and dignity. I can't believe blacks are being discriminated against @ a chicken restaurant.
