First time eating at a Chick-fil-A. Went to this one and it was busy and backed up, as far as delivering orders. It was a Friday night and the place was packed, including the drive thru. After waiting for about 10 minutes for our order to be brought out, Sylvia (I assume she was the, or one of, the managers on duty) came over and asked had we been waiting long. We told her yes and she immediately went into the back and returned with our orders in hand. She included cookies to hopefully make us feel appreciated even though we had to wait. She went above and beyond to apologize for the wait time and offered to help us in any way that she could. We really appreciated her efforts. She is great! read more

Super busy and low key kind of a complicated drive through... but I was very surprised by how fast they were. We had to go inside for something and it came out seconds after ordering. They do always get our house salad wrong which is disappointing but the food is good. read more

The service is bad, at best. Other than the cleaning people, the others are surly and slow. The restaurant bathroom is dirty and without towels. The nuggets were small, and they did not even fill up the container with fries. My order was wrong and missing items. This place has gone down in every category. I never leave reviews but felt compelled today because of our order. Me and my husband thought we would grab a milkshake. Nice day for a shake. Our order couldn't have been more simple. 2 vanilla shakes with whip cream and cherry. They couldn't even put whip cream and cherry on them. They looked really sorry compared to the advertised picture on their window. So we sent them back for the whip cream and cherry that we paid for. Been to lots of CFAs and this was the worst. Placed a mobile order for dine in. Tables weren't being cleaned off. Sat at the table and submitted our table number. Nothing. Said something to someone, couldn't find our order, she started handwriting our order and someone else shows up with the order. Everyone's food was warm except my nuggets and fries. No napkins or straws.ens bath was without paper towels and women's bath soap wasn't working. The trays were stacked high and bags were being used to deliver it in orders. Incredibly busy location but aren't most CFA places busy? They've just made improvements to their drive thru. Also one of the rare places that still has a play place for kids to burn off some energy. Every time we go to this location something with our order is always wrong. On multiple occasions I have asked for chicken minis and been handed 12 nuggets instead. Most recently, they have been messing up drink orders. Every time I ask for a half sweet and half unsweet tea, they always just give me unsweet. This also happens to my mom who frequents this location as well. Today, my half sweet/unsweet tea was just unsweet, my husband's egg was overcooked, and my minis, while correct, were also overcooked and looked like they had just been thrown in the box. The hashbrowns were not crispy, either. On top of all of this, the employees at this location almost never say "my pleasure" or even acknowledge you. The inside of the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty and a mess. We never eat inside the restaurant for this reason. I don't understand how this location and the Ridgeland one have so little in common even though they have the same operator. Just because you're making a lot of money at the Madison location doesn't mean you shouldn't value customer satisfaction over how quickly you can throw out food. read more

So my first mobile order transaction on the Chick-Fil-A One app was a complete and utter... SUCCESS! The biggest issue was finding an open parking spot to pick up my to-go order. (Don't tell anyone, but I had to park at Chili's) You know lunch time C-F-A traffic is a killer! Think we can get mobile order pickup parking spots in the near future? Maybe? (I know-- give an inch, we'll take a mile!) Once I parked, the rest was a breeze. I walked in and over to the "pick up" sign as instructed on the app, and Rob asked for my name and took over from there. Meanwhile, I got to skip 10-15 people that were standing in line waiting to order! #WINNING Rob gave great service with a smile, reviewed my mobile order, made sure I had all the requested condiments, and handed me my meal that was already bagged when I arrived. Overall I experienced a seamless transaction, and I was in and out in roughly 3-5 minutes tops! That's my all-time best record! Thanks Chick-Fil-A One... I'm a believer! read more

I've always loved Chick-fil-A it's a great place to eat but the one in Madison is overrun with customers... They need another location in Madison desperately ... They are way too busy to serve the customers that they have efficiently ... I had a catered order ...they told me to pull up and call the number when I did the number didn't work ... I asked one of the employees and they said that I had to download the app I did. It didn't work thank... so I pulled into the drive through that process took 30 minutes... 30 minutes for fast food... I will no longer be eating at Chick-fil-A in Madison simply because they cannot handle the customer volume that they currently have.. it sounds like they really care... This location is and always has been a favorite of mine. I actually came in to get a 12 count nugget, some fries and a water when I asked the employee Ben about there Mac and cheese. He didn't hesitate to say it tasted amazing and actually would offer me a sample of it. I received my food and not only did he give me a sample and brought it out with my food. Not only did he do that but he made my cookies and cream milk shake to perfection and declined to accept any tip of any time. Ben is awesome and so is each and everyone of Chick Fil A's employees up there. I will definitely be coming back to that location for a long time. read more

Similar food to any other cfa. Long lines. 20-30 minutes on most Saturdays to get through the drive thru. At one time, maybe still, this was the second busiest in the country. Needs 2 lines for pickup in the drive thru but the parking lot is too small. Area has lots of soccer camps etc., and they always come here. Staff are very friendly. We place many big orders in the 40to50 dollar range, and they frequently get something in it wrong, so it pays to check. It really is better to order using the app here and park next door. The parking lot is too congested and recommend avoiding parking here during peak hours. read more
