Just got back to my house which is 5 minutes away from this franchise. Very bad quality of sandwich and wrapping. This sandwich was wet and soggy and the chicken and cheese is everywhere. Waited 20 minutes or longer on sandwich. Meat was cold and dry. No seasoning at all. Bread was not toasted. Overall the sandwich was given to me basically cold. Gave me the wrong sandwich initially. Employees uniform unclean and restaurant unclean. Would not recommend. read more

I'm not a steak person so naturally not a STEAK Escape person but the healthy bowls they offer really appealed to me. I tried to get a chicken bowl from here a few weeks ago but they were out of chicken..sad but I dealt with it and passed. Last night I tried again and got a sriracha steak healthy bowl out of fear that they would once again have no chicken and.... WOW!! It was PHENOMENAL!!! Props to steak escape cause this bowl was absolutely delicious. Tons of shredded steak and veggies with the perfect amount of sriracha!! Shout out to Madison steak escape! We decided to eat here a few days ago and it was atrocious. The building interior has a faux-stainless steel look. If you have a stainless steel appliance you'll know it shows every single handprint, smudge, spill, dust, etc. Now imagine that on the interior of a fast food establishment with people inside of it every day. Waiting for our foor we saw dirt, grime, food spills hand prints, and a dead mosquito on the counter. Not very appealing. We ordered two grand escape sandwiches, fries, and a kids meal. They forgot to put 2 fries in the bag so we had to drive back after a minute down the road. The food was revolting and tasted like beef stroganoff hamburger helper on a bun. Not only that but we asked for no lettuce or tomatoes, which they put on the sandwiches anyways, because when you are eating beef stroganoff hamburger helper on a bun you of course want lettuce and tomatoes even if you say you don't. They know what you really like. We took about 3-4 bites and threw it away. The biggest kicker was 2 gross sandwiches, fries, and a kids meal cost $30. I am ok paying that for something good, but this was me basically being robbed. Avoid this place unless you like beef stroganoff hamburger helper on a bun. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a Steak Escape. I ordered a Large Grand escape, and there was barely enough meat on it to probably cover. 6". I also ordered Exrra mushrooms and they didn't put any on the sandwich. I actually threw the sandwich away, it was all bread. I won't be back, it's sad, because I just moved 1/2 mile from here. read more

I would confirm that this is by far the worst restaurant I've ever visited. If there was a 0 star, then that's what I would give this place. The service was poor, the dinning area was beyond filthy and the food was half ass cooked! The manager that was there was non-existent and should be fired from my perspective or at the minimum be written up for poor job performance. I would not advise anyone to eat at this establishment ever. read more

This restaurant location is TERRIBLE!!! Especially now since we're living in times of covid. The lady that took my order was scratching her face with her mask "under her chin". The guy that fixed my food was using his "shirt" to wipe sweat from his face. Management needs to take a closer look at what's going on there. read more

I tried the steakhouse sirloin today. It came out fast. The staff was very nice and polite. The store is very clean inside. There are tables and booths for dine in customers. I ordered my food to go. Definitely set up more for drive thru or take out business even though they do have some tables inside. We ate inside & had to constantly ask for things (knife to cut up my salad, crackers, salad dressing) due to the way things are set up.
