Best Chik-fil-A I've ever had! Super fresh and hot! We were on our way back to San Jose after a long day of hiking in Yosemite. Almost chose another place because the line was out to the street. But big WOW! They had 2 lines running with 6-8 employees running around taking orders. It took TEN MINUTES from when we entered the line in the street to get our food! For sure the fastest service I've ever had a Chik-fil-A! And there must have been at least 30 cars ahead of us! The employees are doing a great job and are extremely efficient! read more

Worse chik-fil-A location, only reason this place will stay open is because it's the only chik-fil-A in the central valley besides Stockton. The amount of time you spend in line waiting you could drive to Stockton, eat, drive back through Manteca. I never had Chick-Fil-A before my family in Texas raved so much about this place so when I heard one was opening in Manteca I was excited to try it out. First time I went was beginning of October my husband and I ordered the same thing combo 1 we got our order and went home. One of the chicken sandwiches was spicy we never asked for that but he ate it anyway and I didn't call to let them know of their mistake. I went last Week for the second time and again they got my order wrong my grilled chicken sandwich was supposed to have cheese and bacon and it didn't have it. I contacted them and told them what was going on a manager came on the phone and asked me the name of the order I gave it to her and she found my order she said the sandwich we paid for is the correct one we got I told her that wasn't what we ordered so now I'm supposed to eat what an employee messed up on and she was pretty rude she basically said suck it up or come return for a refund and get back in line to buy the correct sandwich like if I was the one who ordered wrong. Clearly there's no way I was going to get in that long line again so I did not go. When I tell family and friends they are shocked to hear the bad customer service going on at this establishment! That was the last time I go there I honestly don't know what the hype is about the food taste comparable to Wendy's. The food is okay I do love their fries but the customer service here is terrible even the workers taking orders don't greet you and stare at you to hurry up and order I have only encountered one good worker here I wish I would have gotten her name but the second time I went I was waiting for the food at drive thru and she came to my car to give me my food she greeted me and was super nice other than that I can't say anything good about this place. read more

Gross bathrooms with no toilet paper or hand towels. Mobile ordered and stood there for 25 minutes today while people who ordered in the restaurant after me got their food first! The chicken tenders were half the usual size (is this a corporate thing to save money now or just a flaw of this location?). Only saving Grace was that the staff was very sweet, but someone should be managing them better to be more efficient. This location needs to work on order accuracy. I've been here multiple times since they've opened in Manteca and every single time without fail they mess up and give me regular nuggets instead of grilled nuggets. The order takers will repeat back the order as grilled, yet when I get to the window I get regular nuggets and am told I need to do a whole refund and recharge process to get the food I ordered. Every. Single. Time. It's ridiculous. Once Is a mistake, every time I come is a serious issue. I don't recommend anyone come to this location. read more

Worst drive thru experience ever...... orders 2 salads and extra nuggets got to window and there was only one salad I told them the mistake the drive they person did and they refused to make a second salad. No explanation just nope can't make changes at the window, mind you no one went over my order with me told me a total anything. You need to train your staff better been going to chick fil a for over 20 years!! People really need to take lessons from the south about manners! I went to Chick-fil-A last week and we got in line for breakfast at approximately 10:25, and was 10:30 on the dot when they took our order, but refused to still give us breakfast. When we asked if they had breakfast, the workers were very short and seemed rude and mad at the question and the service was not up to par. This past Thursday we went for lunch and my friend ordered a regular chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich and I had ordered grilled chicken nuggets and received regular chicken nuggets. Then today we go to breakfast, and we did not get any straws for a our drinks, or any sauce, even though we had requested it earlier. Changes need to be made at this Chick-fil-A in manteca, I've never been so disappointed in such a good restaurant. read more

Thanks yelp for deleting my previous negative post again! Just because they're buying adds from you! Anyway, second incident where I ordered cookie and brownie along with the sandwiches. I always check my order before pulling out and didn't find the desserts. I tell the female manager who says to check the bag again. Low and behold the cookie is being crushed by all the other items at the bottom of the bag. I tell the manager who didn't even seem to care! The brownie was still missing and rather than giving me another one she asks for all the bags and sticks her hands in the food searching for it! So much for contact free service! I was appalled that she would think I would lie about a missing food item! Worse off there was no apology and I got this feeling they're blaming me for holding up their line. If they had just given the brownie in the first place then problem solved! Brought it up to the franchisee who didn't even bother apologizing and offer something as compensation! Just came through the Drive-Thru, not as busy as usual. Chicken was extremely salty, no napkins, and only one straw but had two drinks.

The food is really good the only problem everyone else thinks so too so the line is always wrapping around the street. I've gotten it with door dash and bypassed the line a few times. There is always almost nobody there at breakfast so that would be a good time if you wanted to try it and didn't want to wait in a ridiculous line or DoorDash. read more

I really hate to do this because chick fila is really the only fastfood I eat. However this location has a lot of work to do to catch up the standards I am used to. I've gone on 3 different occasions and on two of those occasions my order was wrong. The first one I didn't complain about but the 2nd time I had to. All that was done was she offered me rewards since I had the app and that takes a week to happen. No refund! Just rewards that I won't get for a week. My second complaint is the service. I've received meals without napkins or straws and I had to park and go back and get them. And my LAST complaint is I've only heard "my pleasure" once in the three times that I've went and that was only when I called back to complain about my order being wrong. Pleeeease get it together so I can come back!!! read more

Sorry to whoever reads this. This happened at the Manteca location. I ordered a frosted lemonade and in special requests I put can you add strawberry puree. You can check recent ordered. Upon getting my order which I paid through the app. I think the manager in training came up and demanded I pay for the strawberry puree in the drink. I explained there isn't an option to pay for it and it's just a request. They insist it's there and make me open my app to show them that it is in fact NOT an option. Keep in my this is in a crowded restaurant and I'm being held hostage for a drink I paid for. After that she insists I go to the register to pay for the puree. I don't have cash or my wallet since I ORDERED THROUGH THE APP. she keeps insisting I have to pay for it so I tell her to take it back and just make me what I paid for then. So she does that and throws away the drink. What kind of logic is that. She ended up throwing the drink away that I maybe would have had to pay 50 cents for more? What kind of service is this. I don't think it clicked in her head how stupid this entire situation was. You know how insulting it is after I've already paid for my drink to not be able to leave. I wonder how long it took before her brain processed what she did. read more

But, especially during this time with covid-19 and an ongoing line that never ends, every staff member gave us their 100%.
