I don't understand every time we get food to go from In-N-Out. They only give you two or three napkins, but this lady can come in and get a wad and I mean a whole lot of napkins and she wipes her mouth throws it away gets a new one wipes it throws it away that's a waste of napkins, but they allow her to do it in the same with the drinks. Been to this location multiple times over the years. But last night I was extremely impressed with the customer service. It had been several hours since my dad & I ate because he had been in the ER for a broken elbow. Although in n out typically has long drive thru lines- it was manged fairly well and the cashier had a great positive attitude. He was very kind & sympathetic. He was enthusiastic and also checked over our order when I had a question (bc I hate onions on my food lol). There were no onions lolol. The pickup windows host was also extremely friendly and the service was quick. The food looked amazing & everything was cooked to perfection. I always get the burger with extra grilled onions and tomatoes and pickles combo(w/fries and soda pop) don't be discouraged if you see a long line usually goes by fast. The people are always polite and courteous! I also enjoy their milkshakes I like to dip my fries in it before I eat them. Try it you might like it. I frequently come here and recommend you do too. They cut them thin, which I like, and it was a good amount of salty. The chocolate shake was your classic diner chocolate shake and it was good. I'm glad that I am finally back home and can drive down the road for me and grab me some of these burgers. This is by far the most consistent, flavorful and affordable burgers I have had. I tend to order off of their secret menu to liven up my usual orders and I am always very pleased and satisfied. Double double animal style is my fave one and with that, the taste just explodes in my mouth. I also love that their fries are actual fresh potatoes that they cut on site. You could never go wrong with their thick shakes as well and in this summer heat, it satiates my parched mouth. When I got to In-N-Out the drive thru line was exceedingly massive. The food was great and the workers were nice but I'm just so mad how everyone wants to go to this location it's not OK. I feel that people should not be there when I want it. And maybe the workers could hurry up a bit and make the food faster in the drive-through line so people wouldn't have to wait an hour to get their food. Yeah that's right an hour I said. But I didn't go to the drive-through cause it was too long. I actually went inside which was pretty fast and I enjoyed that. I'm just so annoyed seeing all the cars in line in the drive-through. In and out is the best multistate burger chain on the west...don't @ me, you know I am right. The problem with greatness is the insanely long lines. First time I've visited location and this is the shortest line I've seen of any of their restaurants. Mind you it was still long but wasn't into the street. The wait wasn't too bad by the regular standards and the employees were great. We had a particularly big order on the visit but they completed it with no issues. To top it all of we got a few shakes on the house! So overall this a great visit, quick service and the same great quality I have come to expect from In and out! read more

I have to commend the workers of in n out. Specially during this Covid 19 out break. The drive thru line was insanely long but they had it move so efficiently. Every single employee was wearing a mask and they were WORKING. The credit card machine was placed outside so the employees didn't have to touch it. My point is.. with everything going on. I love in-n-out, but today's burgers were extra salty for some reason. I ordered two 4x4 double doubles protein style (because in doing keto) with onions and pickles. My boyfriend ordered the number 1 meal. Which comes with fries, a drink and a double with cheese. He too thought that the burger was really salty. I've ordered many times from this location before and that wasn't an issue. I'm not sure if the meat was oversalted or if it was the cheese, but I definitely should have asked for some water. They were generous with the lettuce and the pickles which was great! Though the pickles today were also more sour than usual. Thus, this is why I'm knocking one star off. Just too salty! The grilled cheese is the best. I'm not really a burger eater and I love the grilled cheese because it's basically the burger with everything but the meat. I also appreciate that they are one of the few places in town that are open late. I'm from the East Coast, so In-N-Out has a somewhat mythical aura around it to me. Stopped in to this location on my way to Yosemite. I've enjoyed the two other times I've eaten at the chain in Nevada, so this time was a little disappointing. I got the cheeseburger and fries animal style and a reg vanilla/chocolate shake. Now, the shake was by far the best park of the meal! While the burger and fries looked pretty, there were a few issues. First, the burger had very little meat to it. So much so that I pulled the buns apart looking for it, but didn't really find anything. It was mostly iceberg lettuce.Secondly, the fries didn't have any seasoning, so they were pretty bland and the cheese on top was just dry and hard by the time I sat down with my tray. It looked great, but since I only get to eat at in-n-out every few years, I expected a tastier experience. Also, I hate wasting food, though about half of my order went into the trash since I just couldn't bring myself to eat it.
