This was my 1st taste of Chik fila....and it was AMAZING! I've been a vegetarian for about 10 years but recently started eating meat again. Let me tell you 1st the drive thru was crazy. The line was foreevvver so we dined in. There was only one family in front of us so we were able to order quickly. I selected the spicy chicken and my friend ordered the deluxe sandwich. He asked for every type of dipping sauce for me to try. My favorite is the original. For a fast food joint this place actually brings your food to your table! I stopped by the drive thru one morning when I encountered a very rude employee who was almost rushing me to say my order every time I would say something he would say the total, not once did he ask if I wanted anything else. I'm a regular at this restaurant I didn't get his name but he took my order on a Friday or Saturday morning his Hispanic black hair. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and halfway through eating it, I found a blue plastic-like string embedded inside the food (see photo). This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I expect better from a brand that prides itself on cleanliness and high standards. Most times, it's going thought the drive through and on the rare occasion, I actually sit and dine inside. The food at this location has always been done right. The Chicken is always hot and flavorful. The service has alway been speedy and helpful. On the visits I've made during the morning hours, the drive through service has always been speedy and the folks friendly. In the AM hours, I really enjoy the Chick-fil-A minis. Small Chicken bites inside of warm, soft bread with small drizzle of honey. Solid! SCENE: Check-fil-A Manteca is located on Cottage Ave. just off of E. Yosemite Ave and the 99 freeway. This location is horrible. Worst one I've ever been to. On multiple occasions the bread on all our sandwiches were stiff, cold and lightweight soggy. Other locations warm/toast the buns on the grill, making a crusty rim. This Chick Fil A location can be found right next door to Best Western Plus, with its own parking lot. One thing I do not like about this parking lot is that the drive thru line will block cars that are parked in the lot (which is a poor design). My husband and I decided to stop by here last Wednesday afternoon, around 12 pm. We made mobile orders so that we could just walk in and pick up our items. Although both of our online orders were said to be ready within 8- 10 minutes of ordering, it was double the time since it was packed. I know that the local Chick Fil A location near me is pretty busy during lunch time, but this was even busier. Anyways, when our orders were finally available, we got our items and headed out the door and then had to wait for some of the cars to clear from the drive thru so we could get out (you kind of have to be a little aggressive and drive against the drive thru line if you want to get out). What we both ordered was the new Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich, but without jalapenos, $7.50 each prior to tax ($8.12 after). This chicken sandwich was actually pretty good. I love the flavor of the honey and the chicken (although the chicken was oily, as that was to be expected). The bun held up nicely and also was a perfect fluffy pairing with the chicken and honey. Service was friendly, even though very busy. The woman's restroom was also clean upon this visit and adequately stocked with the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap). Went to see Santa a bass pro and found out there was a Chick-fil-A close by. We loooove Chick-fil-A and knew what we were having for dinner, since we don't have one in our town. Arrived to this location for a big meal since it was Memorial Weekend. We arrived about 20 minutes before Chick-fil-a even opened, so we had to park across the parking lot at Grocery Outlet before we were able to get into the drive-thru line. 15 minutes before opening, they took away the cones and we were able to get in line about four cars away from the front. Ordered multiple sandwiches, waffle fries, a bottle of ranch and BBQ, some drinks and a frozen lemonade. Because it was a big order, we expected for some of the food to be missing since every time I go to Chick this has happened multiple times. The only item missing was the frozen lemonade which we had to address after receiving our food. Not that big of a deal or something to complain about, but not the greatest impression especially since the location just opened up. All the food was as expected when we got back to the house, but the other complaint I have is that the waffle fries tasted like they weren't even cooked properly. These waffle fries had to be either the first or second batch made and they tasted really soggy. Overall, the food was okay, but I would try to skip out on visiting this location of Chick if you can. read more

We absolutely love chickfila and come here at least twice a week. I want to point out the service was not an issue. The employees are always great. When we came we got a few meals. We started eating our fruit bowls and we noticed there was mold growing on them. I know things happen but yuck. I am praying we don't get sick.
