The service at this CFA is always top-notch and I never have to wait too long to get my food. When I dine in they tell you to grab a table because they'll bring the food out to you. The condiment station is always well stocked including napkins (huge pet peeve of mine when a fast food place is out of napkins). The drive-thru is quick too; they have 2 ordering lanes so that by the time you get to the window to pay and get your food, everything will be ready for you. read more

This chickfila is definitely a one of a kind. Meaning, avoid it. They do not go by the CFA standard by any means. The drive thru is extremely slow, and I have never once had a correct order given to me. I once asked for the manager because of the way I was being spoken to in the drive thru, and the lady replied she was the manager. I was like WHAT? This was the issue: I had an EMAIL stating I was able to get a free combo for my meal being inaccurate my last visit. She argued and told me she couldn't honor it because she didn't have anything in her book stating that was the case. I was like this is an email from your owner and she rolled her eyes and did it anyway. I'm not sure what else I was supposed to do on my end other than show the email. I gave up on any other visits when I realized she was the manager. Not sure there is any hope for this location at all. The staff here definitely needs some CFA training, or else needs to shadow other locations to see how its properly done to CFA standards. read more

Second miserable experience at this CFA location. It is worth avoiding at all costs. They had two lanes open but one day they had slow help and it took forever while the other lane breezed through. You can guess which lane I was in. Yeah, I came in ahead of 4 cars and left behind them. Today I went back for whatever reason and they decided to turn one lane into mobile express leaving those of us that aren't addicted to cell phones to wait in line forever. One car took 3 min to order. 3 minutes! After 12 minutes, my patience was wearing thin as I did not see much mobile express lane activity but of course as soon as I order and get to the merge, out of nowhere comes an idiot from the express lane who almost took my bumper off. Could have cared less I was there and I had been there awhile but she was in a hurry. So, we wait and wait to make the turn around building and my order just so happens to come out first. That's great, right? Except now I get to wait on miss fancy pants in her Hyundai for her order. I just exploded after waiting on her because all she got was a freaking ice cream cone. Why did it take so long for an ice cream cone and why did that warrant mobile express lane? They're basically saying at this CFA, drive up, but we do not care about you. This CFA is arrogant and the managers are the worst as I spoke with one on the first crappy experience here. Have only visited CFA twice this year as the food continues to get smaller while the prices continue to skyrocket and damn it if I chose this one once again. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you. My recommendation is you keep driving until you find another location. Just not worth the hassle here. They aren't hiring the brightest bulbs and I'm sure the franchisee sits at home while raking it in. read more

If I had and option I would leave zero star Awful customer service. Waiting on drive thru for 20 min with 3 cars on the front of me it is understandable then they forgot my drinks. By the time I drove off I looked my bags half of my food was not inside. Stopped at the parking going back inside. Lady finally noticed I am waiting there . I give her my receipt and told her to check what I got for what I paid. Pushed the bags to her so she can check. She answered with that horrible attitude Don't push your bags to me! Then grabbed them with even more attitude and tossed them in trash right in the front of me without even checking what was inside. Then she decide to start digging in the trash inside the bags to see what They give me at the drive thru WITHOUT WASHING HANDS she started putting my correct food in the bags and toss it with exactly the same attitude. Now it is a bit odd to review a fast food restaurant... But they deserve the high marks because their service is impeccable. We have lived in this area for 3 years and I will drive out of my way to come here for food. The people are so incredibly nice and friendly. The food has always been great. The manager here really steps up and cares for his customers. I was once in line and a lady in front of me was freaking out because she couldn't find her card to pay for her kids meals. I was going to be a good Samaritan and cover her $7 total, but the manager came over immediately. Told the woman not to worry, that this time the food was on the house. She was so relieved. I thought that was such a sweet gesture and spoke volumes to the character of these people! If you live near here, be sure to sign up for their emails! They have parties and giveaways constantly. Love this place! Sure Chick-fil-a is Chick-fil-a, right? Nope!!! This one is great, the people are super friendly. The Employees even come out to your table when they don't have a huge line to see if you need refills and take your trash away. I was blown away by the courtesy here. The kids had a great time too. I think all Chick-fil-A locations are pretty much the same.. 1. SUPER friendly staff 2. Food is delivered quickly 3. Restaurant is immaculately clean And all this, no matter how busy the place is. The staff at Chick-fil-A restaurants really go above and beyond. They are always there to ask if you want refills on your drink, take your trash away if they see you're hanging around, and one time, there was even a guy with an umbrella walking customers to their cars while it was raining. Like. wow! Lol. This location is a little different though. They have a recycling center instead of just trash cans. They have pictures above each can to tell you where to put everything. If you are what you eat, then I fear I am turning into one giant ass french fry... When I crave fries, I pop up at Chick-Fil-A....and I'm always craving fries. I like this location because it's easy to get in and out of and it's not like some other death trap Chick-Fil-As, where you may get into the location, but getting out is like squeezing water from a rock (not these rocks in GA...they contain water) but you get my drift... Go to the light to get in or out, don't turn into the wrong lane (I've seen it done and hoped no one turned in before the light changed) and just watch out for the people leaving the apartments behind the shopping area and you'll be a-ok. I only go through the drive-thru and I've never experienced any bad service, I might've gotten 1 or 2 cold fries at like 9:30 at night but 2 out of 20 isn't bad at all... So overall it's a good Chick-Fil-A, good drive-thru service, and as usual yummy fries... And if I do happen to turn into a french fry... I'm definitely going to be waffle shaped read more

Food wise, here are my regulars: - Chick-fil-A Sandwich: the quintessential fried (in peanut sauce) chicken sandwich, a pickle or two, surrounded by a soft, toasty, buttered bun. - Chicken Nuggets/Tenders: if you want to skip the buns and get more meat. Good dipping sauce options include honey mustard, Polynesian, and Chick-fil-A sauce. - Waffle Fries: some of the best fast food fries, never too salty or too greasy. - Cookies and Cream milkshake: so much diabetes-inducing sugary goodness. Sometimes a little too thick to drink right away. Be careful, you may be burdened by regret after you finish a large serving all by yourself. - Sweet Tea: probably the best made kind in fast food. - Iced Coffee: a simple mix if their coffee, 2% milk, and cane sugar. Surprisingly good enough for me to pass up Starbucks sometimes. In general, the quality of the food is definitely worth the extra few bucks you'll spend here. There's no dollar menu here because they don't need to do it. You know people will always come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because of the superior eating experience. The service at this particular location has been great every time. Even during busy hours, you'll still be treated with respect from the staff. I'm more of a drive-thru guy, and they can move at a surprsingly fast rate even during peak hours. In the case of service I was satisfied with this location however, when I got home and opened my eight count of chicken nuggets I was actually appalled. The nuggets weren't just small but they were like little tiny pebbles, about the size of my thumb nail. Crazy! The quality of the food on this particular day was just not good. This is my go-to Chickfila. I stop here at least once a week for breakfast on the way to work. The staff is always friendly and very fast. I've even gotten to know one of the guys at the drive-thru. I'm writing this review now because this is where I tried the infamous spicy chicken biscuit. I signed up on the webpage and easily got it through the drive-thru. The store manager was even there to serve it to me! The taste was delicious, much better than the spicy chicken sandwich in my opinion. The spicy taste just goes so well with the fluffy biscuits. This chickfila does a great job with consistency, my favorite, the chick-n-minis are always perfect. I find them to be hit or miss at other locations. Let me just say that we've never had issues with a Chick-fil-A restaurant. So when we got a rubbery chicken sandwich it was obviously a fluke. My wife called the location and spoke to the manager Deanna who told her to just come back at her convenience and she'd be taken care of. Of course she sent her husband (me). Deanna remembered the situation and was amazingly accommodating. She really did take care of use and was apologetic about the situation. Today the order included everything we asked for, however the chicken was covered in burnt pieces that were like rocks or sand on the chicken. I love Chick-Fil-A and routinely eat there, but I placed an order for delivery this evening at the East Lake location and everything was horrible. First they were late, the food was cold, they forgot one of the meals, and one of the condiment requests. So I called the restaurant in attempt to resolve and spoke the the manager Brian. He stated he'd gladly redeliver as soon as possible. The original delivery window was 15-30 minutes. An hour after I had originally placed my order I called again and Brian specifically told me that the driver would be here any minute that they had many deliveries tonight because they were giving away free food for Veterans Day. I thought, okay I'll give them a break and waited another 15 minutes and no food. It's now been three times as long as it was supposed to take to get my food here and I call Brian again. I am informed by Avery that he was getting in his vehicle to take out a delivery order. I politely as I could asked her that if it was my order to please stop him and ask him to come to the phone. I finally asked for my money back. I was more irritated with the fact the manager clearly lied to me the last time I called by telling me the driver would be there any minute, he knew they wouldn't because he hadn't left with it. Definitely put off with this Chick-Fil-A. This store did not live up to the standards of every other Chick-Fil-A I've been to. That's half of the reason I enjoy going there is they listen to your order and rarely ever get it wrong or they make it up twice over. Super disappointing service and food tonight! Without a doubt, East Lake has the best Chick Fil A in East Cobb. Its sandwiches are consistently moist and never tough or uncooked like the sandwiches at the Johnson Ferry CFA and others. This CFA's waffle fries always taste fresh with a soft texture and generous amounts of added salt. The staff here is friendlier than any other CFA in this area, especially the manager, Jonathan, who is such a great guy. This CFA even created a Christmas pseudo-tunnel with Christmas lights for the drive thru over Winter Break which is outstanding. There's so many reasons to choose this CFA over any other in the area to the point that I go out of my way to eat at this particular CFA rather than other locations. 6/5 This place is my phucking jam. read more
