I've been coming here for a while and at this location you can always count on fast service, a smile, and seasoned fries! I went to another Zaxby's in the area and it was absolutely horrible. Absolutely no seasoning on the fries! Booooo. That's WHY you go to Zaby's. This Zaxby's does it right! Also, Alec just made my night! He was giving me back my carb in the drive through and I dropped my card on the ground. He immediately says "oh no! I'll come get that for you!" And runs outside with a smile on his face. Ordered at drive thru 12/9 about 3pm. My order was not correct. I ordered chicken fingers, coleslaw, and fries and what I got was chicken fingers and fries. I asked for my fries to be well done and what they did was they made my fries crispy and they cooked my chicken fingers beyond the point of being able to eat them they are now probably to the point of being used for kindling in your fireplace. This location needs to learn to listen and do better. read more

I haven't been to Zaxby's in a while but I came in search of the Zensation salad! To my dismay, there was no Zensation Salad to be had, so I opted for my usual Cobb salad with grilled chicken and blue cheese dressing. It was extremely fresh as per usual. This salad is really done right and I just look forward to further expansion of their salad menu. The service was fast, as I was there outside of peak lunch time (4pm). I brought my furry friend along (Franklin) to the drive thru and everyone that served me was so kind and friendly especially to Franklin! Both gentlemen that assisted me offered him a doggy treat which was a nice surprise. We declined the offer because Franklin needs to lose a few pounds and treats are where we are trying to scale back :D read more

This particular Zaxby restaurant has rude staff members on weekend nights. One of cashiers threatened me over a simple sauce exchange. When I addressed the cashier over the disrespectful behavior her supervisor or the cook contacted the police. I am still pursuing with my attorney to file a formal complaint. The chicken and the fries are always very fresh served and delicious. The service is very good and upscale they won't charge you extra for like cheese or side dips which is always great! The location is also very good and not a busy area which I like a lot about this place. Was really happy going to this location. I ordered togo, there was no wait, as soon as I was done ordering I pulled right up to the window. Food was ready immediately and was fresh. Chicken tenders were HOT! Everything was correct also which is always a plus when ordering togo.
