They just can't get the orders right. First of all you pull up in the order window and then make you wait so you're usually lying for 10 minutes or more then you get your order and it's incorrect and the french fries are cold. I will warn that they don't mess around with spice here, it is pretty hot. The mashed potatoes were quite good, I have no complaints from them, they were buttery, well seasoned and had just the right amount of texture still left.
