310 pm I walked over from my hotel to get some early dinner. The drive through was packed. I walked in and ordered at the counter. I ordered a Cobb salad and an extra side of grilled nuggets. Plus a large tea and a large water . It took about 10 minutes to get my food. Several customers came and went while I was waiting. Not a big deal really, but like most fast food restaurants, they prioritize the drive-through first the dining room. My food was hot and fresh, and I really enjoyed it. We decided to dine in and they had some sort of training in a small section of booths in the dining room with a small screen. Any time you got up or even looked in the direction of training, the lady in charge of training and sitting right next to the screen would give you a death stare acting like you had absolutely no business looking at the screen or towards her direction, even if you just needed to get up and find the bathroom she looked like she wanted to murder you. Great place for breakfast. I normally stop at this location for their drive through but decided to go in the restaurant for breakfast. Glad that I did. The restaurant was spotless, that staff was friendly, the breakfast burrito was excellent and we were the only customers. This is an excellent location and has a good amount of parking around and behind the building. We ordered at the counter and they brought the food to the table. WoW disappointed in this location! Haven't been here in 9months or so but we used to live in Melbourne and was a devoted fan of this Chik-fil-a. Seems standard have dropped tremendously so much so that I had to look at the wall to make sure it's still the same owner! Problems with cold, soggy sandwich, shake sat on counter too long and was liquid, too many employees wandering behind counter not paying attention to customers, etc. Was very shocked at utter lack of CFA standards. Some days you have a craving and today a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese lettuce and tomato from Chick-fil-A was going to hit the spot. They're outside order taker said the chicken sandwich and I corrected her saying no the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and she charge me accordingly. Of course it was 5 o'clock and the line was already 20 minutes alone I receive my sandwich and drove home. I found the regular chicken sandwich in my bag along with semi-warm fries- I live 1.2 miles away. I know the Chick-fil-A really wants to get it right so I called immediately to speak with the manager about my order. I gave my full name, email address, phone number, and address per their request and that they were going to do everything to make it right by sending me something in the mail. Two weeks later still nothing and so I called back only be placed on hold 3 different times. I was coming up on this location again from 95 North, hopefully to get the right order. After 10 mins, they once again ask for my name phone number address and email address as I, sadly and disappointedly, drove by the exit...I asked, "Don't you have it from the time I called 2 weeks ago?" No reply. "Guess i won't be coming by to eat there". The manager seemed to be ok with this. It's been over 10 weeks now- nothing in the mail, email, and no contact.
