It's always a treat grabbing food and drinks at 28 North Gastropub. We love this place! While we waited for a table, I found myself watching the kitchen line and caught a glimpse of a glorious Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich. I'm so glad I tried it and would recommend. My partner had the Roots & Halloumi salad and added a side of grilled chicken. She loved it, and so did I! We started off with the Rueben Egg Rolls because it sounded so strange and I got to admit, I'm not mad at my decision making skills! The vibe is fun with the hint of steam punk. The service has been attentive, without fail, over a number of visits.

Arrived here late with the kitchen about to close. Very much appreciated our server who convinced the kitchen to make a last order of deviled eggs. She also talked me into getting the candied jalepenos on the side. Great advice! Everything tasted fantastic. The burger and fries were huge. I thought the crispy Brussels would have crispy Brussels but the crisp was from the fried shallots. Good flavor on the Thai chili sauce but the texture was underwhelming.

Visited 28 North after a work event with a group of 12. We were seated immediately outside with a table already ready to go. Server had waters ready which was great. Outdoor area is really pretty in the middle of the town center with a small park area nearby. Drink orders seemed to take unreasonably long, say 20-30 minutes once ordered, with a couple folks being skipped who didn't get to order until everyone else's drink finally came. Finally able to order food at that point. Appetizers came out probably 30min later and then main courses took another hour.... we were all seated by 6pm and food finally came around 8pm. My cowboy steak sandwich and the appetizers were all amazing and tasted great! My review would be 5 stars if the wait hadn't been so painful. No apologies or explanation from the staff. And unsure if any discount was provided as would be expected for such a long wait.

My husband and I dined for lunch today for the first time and I have to say we were blown away by how delicious our meal was. The restaurant is so cool inside and the service was amazing. Server explained the scratch kitchen concept and a little about their history and offered his suggestions. I enjoyed the Coco Grouper Sandwich which is coconut encrusted grouper with their homemade key line tartar sauce, arugula, house slaw, red onion on a fresh ciabatta roll. My husband ordered the Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich with cheddar cheese, red onion, cowboy candy and hot honey. Both came with Boardwalk fries that were fresh and hot and crisped to perfection. They gave us a side of the garlic aolie sauce to try and it was good if you like that kind of dipping sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite and would not change a thing for our order. The sandwiches were amazing and we highly recommend. Not sure what it took us so long to check this place out after moving to Viera last summer but we will definitely be back. A little in the pricey side but honestly worth it for the meal we just had. Kudos to the chef and server. They are doing it right!!!

Sat at the bar early Friday. Wasn't too busy. Bartender was quiet but friendly. Ordered ceviche and the Spring Fever. Loved the ceviche and the sauce served on side was delicious. Drink was ok. Next round was duck wings and an IPA. Wings were very crispy and a little on the dry side.

I only got the Poke Tuna and it looked beautiful and the sauces on it were delicious. But when I got it, I noticed that the tuna was very dark. I get this item a lot of times from other restaurants and I have never seen it quite that dark. But I was in a hurry so I ate it in about halfway through, I was starting to feel nauseous, but didn't think anything of it. As the hours went on, I got more and more ill. By six hours, I was sicker than a dog. Since it was the only thing I ate, I can only guess that it came from that. It's unfortunate. Because I can tell that they really do care about their dishes. Maybe it's just an item they don't sell a lot of so the fish doesn't get turned fast enough. But I heard from other guests while I was sitting there that their food was delicious so I'm guessing that they do have great food. That's why I gave them a three and instead about one for food.

Nice atmosphere, great tasting food, and great service at 28 Gastropub. Located in the avenue shopping center in Viera. Safe location.

This restaurant does not get the hype it deserves. Menu changes frequently for season , local ingredient's used . Craft cocktail menu has a variety of options for any gin, vodka, bourbon or rum lover. I had the fig mojito which was very refreshing , at first it was a tad too sweet but after adding some club soda it was perfect. My husband and I split the Mexican nachos, seafood risotto and fruit /cheese charcuterie board. Food was 10/10. Service 10/10, server very attentive and anticipated our needs throughout. There is an inside bar we like to sit at depending on bartender , or outside is more loungey.

Pleasantly surprised by this local scratch "bar". The waitress explained the concept of the establishment, history, and name sake. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and made a few great recommendations. I made a meal out of the Cuban nachos and crispy brussels off the shareable menu. Because it was our first visit were where presented by the manager a glass of champagne, like who even does that! So many delicious dishes to try we have since been back. This is a stop we make traveling as it is an hour from home or I certainly would be here more frequently. Great service, drinks are a good poor, and food is yummy!

We came once before and the food was fantastic. I forgot to review then. We made reservations for 10:30 on a Sunday this time with a party of 7. Only 6 ended up coming and they weren't rude about it. Our table ordered the French toast, 2 kids cheeseburgers with fruit, the hog breakfast sliders, and the western omelette. One of us had a Diet Coke and it tasted off so they switched out the syrup and it was much better. They were so nice about it. They actually knocked it off the bill and we weren't even angry or rude just thought something was off. The food was so good! I ordered the fruit with the kids cheeseburgers and I was so relieved it was berries- instead of the cheaper melons that you get elsewhere. The hog breakfast sliders were PERFECT! I loved the sauce on it. Greg - our server- was so attentive and super sweet. I had requested for a quieter area of the restaurant and they sat us in a booth and because it was early they kind of seated people every other table so it was definitely a pleasant experience. Inside is like a nice upscale pub. I like that it's not near the busiest places at the mall so parking isn't a headache most times. We will definitely come back more frequently and request Greg specifically when we do!

Wow, we missed so many things about Crush! Those bacon-wrapped Medjool dates, the amazing cocktail program... so many things. My wife's chive and Gruyère biscuit was awesome, and her strawberry-rhubarb cocktail was delicious. The ambiance is that of every other bar, which in itself isn't bad but it is when you don't do anything to really stand out. I ordered the southern burger and their special of deviled eggs.
