used to be so good here but they got rid of the man who had everything in place. Had a mobile order two simple orders one chicken biscuit with cheese and a grilled fillet with egg so simple right? wrong they messed everything up gave me three different bags and question me if i got everything as soon as they handed it didn't even have time to look at it, then there was a lady at the window saying "get the fillet bag, get the bag!" apparently they gave me an extra fillet and wanted it back badly lady had an attitude. terrible workers except the one man that worked there he was kinder than the girls. after that i pulled over to see if my order was wrong it was they gave me a whole different sandwich no chicken it was sausage muffin i never ordered that don't like sausage. had to go back in the drive through wait a huge line again by the time i got to the front my other order got cold. don't recommend this place anymore until they change the two ladies who work drive through May 2,2026 at 9:20am they both had red shirts and both had attitudes didn't feel welcoming like before. read more

In Jan I gave this restaurant 5 stars and they have maintained my opinion of them. Just outstanding! Have to admit, my go to is the waffle fries with Ranch and Buffalo sauces, it is just perfect. Chick-fil-A has to stop drive-through get breakfast come home again. Hashbrowns are soggy and greasy like they fried them at like 5 AM in the morning and just left them under the warmer till 10 o'clock and then my chicken minis are cold and my chicken nuggets are dry as hell and they're not crispy. The batter is soggy and I paid $15 for a chicken mini meal and a breakfast sandwich. Disgusting I'm so disappointing. I like start making it order by order stop being lazy. read more

Poor experience today. After placing the order & receiving the food, my son noticed that the deluxe sandwich didn't have lettuce. It looked like someone's special order. When he went to return it, he was told they're out of lettuce. Understandable, just say it in advance. I shared concern with Randy, MOD and specifically asked for a credit. He asked, "where's the sandwich?" I told him my son is probably eating it. He walked out to the car to get the partially eaten sandwich. Asked how he could replace it. Suggested bacon instead of lettuce (really) My son fell for the okey-doke. He then brought a free "brownie" for the brown people. He was supposed to honor my request for credit. That's it. Well I'm happy to report they have solved those issues and are now cranking out Chick Fil A 5 star food! No lunch rush wraparound this location, no sirree! I drove to this location loathing what I may find: automobiles, single file, wrapped around the CFA! There was NOTHING to fear! I pulled into the drive thru lane and noticed at least dedicated three team members taking orders on devices. The young lady taking my order first asked my name, took my order and then my card payment and voila! I was done. Two other crew took orders from cars in front of me and everything moved swiftly. Could it be a Dream? I pulled up to the payment booth and received a receipt. I pulled up further and two more team members were running orders to cars in line! That's SIX people, outside, dedicated to quick drive thru service. All outside workers were beneath a shade structure complete with fans and heat modules. Kudos also to the unseen inside workers committed to this locations drive thru momentum. I've never seen anything like this and it was my pleasure to visit the Martin Plaza CFA. Their line for drive thru can come out of the parking lot and into the lane of traffic that flows to Target and out of the parking lot. Stopped in for dinner on a Friday evening around 5:30. The place was packed and the drive through was about 20 cars deep. I figured that's a good sign that the place is so popular. I went through the drive through and, even though it was at least 20 cars deep, we were in and through in five minutes! They had three people outside in the line taking orders on a tablet to speed the process. Excellent idea. Over all, the service was fast and friendly and the food was as expected. Chic fila has the best customer service in the fast food business. I think the chicken sandwiches are delicious, I'm not a big fan of the waffle fries although they do taste better with the chic fila sauce. I've never had a bad experience with any of the locations. My daughter and I went on a Friday evening. Well my goodness you would have thought they were giving free stuff bc the lines were wrapped around the entire parking lot and out to the street. We went inside and ordered our food. There were at least a dozen or more employees working the registers, foods and drinks. They seem to be equipped to handle massive amounts of people. I think there food is good but I'm not sure why it's so popular. The employees are always respectful and smiling. The ordering and food was quick but milkshakes and coffee took what felt like forever. All in all a decent trip. read more

I took my daughter here for a lunch date. This is not our normal CFA, but we were very happy to find one on our way to complete our errands. We recieved quick and friendly service. If you're looking for quality fast food, Chick-Fil-A is the place! The ambiance is friendly and reminiscent of a barn-style restaurant. I feel like family whenever I enter this establishment. The servers are always friendly. Now the food...the food is bomb dot com! The chicken...the chicken, ACTUALLY taste like chicken. You can actually see the delicate chicken pieces as you chow down on your sandwich. The bun is buttery and moist. I typically get the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The meal comes with a variety of sides but I usually get their waffle fries which has never let me down. I love their freshly squeezed lemonade with half sweet tea...it's the best combination. There isn't much to say about Chick-Fil-A other than I wish I could eat it everyday but then again things are only good in moderation. Enjoy! read more

Dined: 01/17/13 It is hard to believe that this location goes unrated until now. I very rarely give 5-star ratings to chain establishments of any kind, but Chick-Fil-A is an exception to the rule. I've eaten here several times now, and each time has been beyond reproach, and each today's visit was no different. Great food and friendly efficient service. Today I enjoyed their seasonal soup (Chicken Tortilla Soup) and Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich. The soup was hearty and filling with just the right amount of bite. The grilled chicken was hot, juicy, and extremely tasty. But the really amazing thing is that both items are rather easy on the calories, with the grilled chicken sandwich running 290 cal and the soup 260 cals (if you leave off the tortilla chips only 180 cals). I've been here a few times the last time was definitely my worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. I was highly surprised and disappointed. My meal was rushed food was cold. They forgot to give me my sauce. I ordered a large fry that was less than halfway full. They also forgot the milk included in my sons kids meal. The girl in the drive thru was horrible and confused. Chick-fil-A use to be my favorite fast-food restaurant but recent experiences have made me not want to come back ever again. I have been coming this Chick-fil-A since it opened like 10 years ago. It truly WAS my favorite Chick-fil-a in the nation. However after the bad experiences out weigh the good ones, things change. This store has gone downhill. On July 20th 2019, I ordered a Chick-fil-A cookies and cream milkshake and paid for 3x the cookies. The milkshake may have had more cookies than standard but I paid for 3x more the cookies. I come here all the time and if I am tasting more vanilla and one cookie crumb through my sip there is not enough cookies in it. I have gotten just 1x regular extra cookies in the past and it has had more cookies than today. I ask for it to be remade and Haley insists it has all these extra cookies and the remade milkshake tastes worse than the first one. I don't understand all I wanted was extra cookies in my milkshake. If I'm telling you before you remake it there is not enough cookies why wouldn't you make sure there is enough the second time. Also a month ago I came here and the fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. I reached out to Chick-fil-a corporate since no one at the store seemed to care and no one has yet to respond back. Then Haley tells me today that the operator Doug Honbarrier will not speak to you personally if there is a problem he has people to do that.
