Went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and the guy at the window said, and I quote, "Sorry man, I don't have an order for you." I sit there dumbfounded and show him I payed through the app and all he said was, sorry we don't have an order for you. I'm like, uh ok???? I paid for the darn thing but he offered no help or guidance. The place is horrible. One of the best locations I've been to. Amazing staff and great service. They are very supportive of the service men and women that work close by. Be prepared with your app or you will have a long wait during lunch do to this being crazy busy during this timeframe. I just use my app and choose pick up. Perfect good quality fast food. It is expensive but it is with it! I would recommend the chicken sandwich with American cheese and mayo. The waffle fries are amazing. And the sweet teas are heavenly. There chicken nuggets are great too and they provide lots of sauces to choose from. If u are craving breakfast I would recommend the chicken minis. If I can I go out of my way to get some for breakfast. They are quite expensive but if u taste them u will know why it's worth it. And the service is always great. This is one of the most amazing places to visit when coming to MWC. Exquisite food made for king and queens alike. The way the bun melts in your mouth leaves you with a feeling of warmth like a mother holding there new born babe. The chick ohhhh don't get my started on them juicy thicc chicken slices. My usual go to fast food if I don't have anything I'm craving or if I don't have much time. The lines for drive thru and dine in both go fairly quickly. They have individuals outside taking your order prior to even getting to the window. It is great to take kids and the service is always extremely friendly. Discovered by the Germans, I stumbled up this delicacy by mistake one fortunate weekday, when we mistakenly received the order of another patron. If you haven't tried them, give 'em a whirl...trust me, they're magical. However, this C-Fil-A location is down-right inconsistent. More often than not, they fail to produce this product at a reasonably warm temperature, leaving me to either discard the food or heat it up in the microwave upon my arrival at work. On more than one occasion, I've ordered my burrito "extra hot," with the hope that some enthusiastic employee might bother to assess the holding temperature while packaging the food for delivery to me. Sadly though, the only response I receive from employees are remarks to the tune of, "of course it will be hot." Have you ever bothered to taste the food you're selling?! This is customer friendly restaurant. They have plenty of parking and they have a two lane drive thru which doesn't prevent walk-in customers from backing out of their parking spots like most of other Chick Fil A establishments in OKC/Edmond areas. They utilize the full staff during the peak periods so you are in and out rather quickly. The dining area is clean. Let me say that I love Chick-fil-A. I grew up in Georgia with the Dwarf House & Truett's. So I grew up eating Chick-fil-A weekly. But this Chick-fil-A is probably the worst I've ever been to which sucks because it's the closest to my home. Every time we come we ALWAYS have an issue with our meal. Either they don't change the soda & we get carbonated water. Our food is cold & not the correct portion size for Chick-fil-A standards. & so many more issues. The workers are very kind though. We LOVE Chic fil A..... That's why we decided to have dinner here while visiting Oklahoma from Georgia. I've never been disappointed in a Chic fil A, until we had this one. And, I've never written a review but this one hit my sore spot. It's 9:00pm on Tuesday night, I placed my family's order then I let the cashier know that mine would be "special". I ordered well done fries and well done grilled chicken nuggets. He seemed to kind of pay attention. When the tray came out one of our fries were scattered over the tray and neither my fries or grilled nuggets were well done as I requested. I sent the nuggets back. They came back ok. We decided to go back for dinner there a few nights later. We placed the same order and this time I was told they were not allowed to cook nuggets well done. This was very disappointing, especially since I've eaten Chic fil A well done grilled nuggets EVERY Friday for almost a year. In my opinion they just didn't want to be bothered. Until now I've never been in a Chic fil A without hearing "My pleasure" at least 100 times before leaving. Heard it once here, and it wasn't to us. Good thing we were just visiting Oklahoma, I would have been really disappointed if this were my regular Chic fil A. Thankfully I don't have to eat here again. Been here at least a few dozen times in the last year. Never once have I had service less than a 10 or had a meal that was wrong. Service is always friendly. With so many options around Tinker to choose for lunch, this is always one I can depend on to get in and out of on time even when the drive thru line is thru the parking lot to the street (which is typical). It's still a toss-up for me personally between this and Cain's, but the kids love this place, so it usually wins. I still think Cain's sauce wins, but I'd rather have Chick's sweet tea. So conflicted. Guess I could just drive through both and pick and choose and make a mega-chicken meal with all the greatest hits. Let me preface this by saying I am a big Chick-Fil-A supporter. My morals align with theirs, I love their food, and for every event or camp I run I usually purchase from Chick-Fil-A at least once a day for my big groups. I'm just shy of being a signature member (currently a red member). I have purchased from many different branches across the country and never once had a complaint. I live close to this branch in Midwest City and I will NEVER be going back to this Chick-Fil-A. First, the fact that that you cannot go inside to order is a red flag. Especially when I just got an email stating that other branches are fully open for not just ordering, but also dining in and even the playground is open. Second, they have just one line and force the cars to wait outside of their parking lot (in the road) instead of using all their lines. Lastly, I had a mobile order and saw several women getting orders from the door. We didn't want to wait in the road, and cars were waiting behind, so I ran up to get my mobile order. She came out and said it was waiting inside but she refused to give it to me. She was not rude, but she literally had it and wouldn't just hand it to me. I already paid for it and there was a table out there. If she was worried about contact she could have set it on the table. Kaitlin who was outside in the chili weather confirmed they were no longer serving breakfast so I just got chicken nuggets (which you can never go wrong with) I paid outside and was given my meal at the widow by Noah who was also standing outside. I left without checking my back because that's not something I EVER have to do at chick fil a and once I got stopped to eat, THEY GAVE ME FREE CHICKEN MINIS! This Chick-fil-a location is no different from any of the other ones. The service is top notch, the chicken sandwiches are top notch and fries are awesome.
