I've missed this place! I just forget it's tucked away on Air Depot. Lots of new options on the menu. I stuck with the small Original and it was delicious! I love the melted cheese on the sourdough bread with the mustard and olives. Next time I'll skip the tomatoes because it was a little soggy by the time I got it home to eat it. We just saw small and medium options on the menu but said large for my son and hubby's sandwiches and they were huge and $12.99 per sandwich. So for 3 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips it totalled over $40!! I could go have a nice sit down meal for that. But now we know large means large and not medium! Lol! When this place first open I had a horrible experience here at the MWC location. I remember ordering coffee to have with my Cinnabon and the container was empty. They told me they were going to make some fresh for me. I watched them as they took the container to the back and when the fresh coffee was brewed they poured some fresh coffee into my cup with the remains of the old coffee. Ewwww. I actually called them on that one and made them give me completely fresh coffee. That was just one example of service gone bad. I talked to the manager about all my concerns and all I got was excuses. I contemplated calling their corporate office but decided to vote with my pocketbook instead. Fast forward two years to today. I came in for another Cinnabon. I find the restaurant pretty much the same. Customer service is just ho hum. No attempts to be welcoming and friendly. I blame management for this. When I told them I was going to eat my Cinnabon in I wish they would have offered to heat it up for me. It's cold now and not they appealing. The restaurant is clean though and has a nice mellow vibe with some soft music being pumped in. If I ever go to another Schlotskis again I will not go to this one. read more

I get the broccoli and cheese soup, here lately. It's always super hot, and delicious. They give you 2 pieces of bread with garlic butter, I get an extra one, they haven't charged me...yet. I stick the bread inside the soup, and it softens up and you can cut off pieces. Such a treat. read more

Even though I was going through the drive-thru window, I was treated with the same courtesy and respect as I would have been as a walk-in customer at a mom and pop restaurant. On 1/19 my mother, sisters and I had the best experience at this Schlotzsky's location thanks to Cameron. We came in really late in the evening and he remained so patient and smiled even throughout all of us giggling and eating. Towards the end of the meal, he came by the table and said, "We've closed but here's a cinnamon roll," (because we had mentioned that we'd like to purchase one). He even heated it up and brought four forks. He is seriously such a rockstar and is the reason we'll be coming back in the future. read more

Okay, I tried the Cinnabon at this location and it was awful..they ended up giving me a full refund. We just tried the sandwich portion of this business and another awful experience. I ordered a salad with apples on it. They hand it to me and the apples were brown and gross looking. I told them and they literally took it..plucked off the apples and handed it back to me. Seriously?!?! I told them I will just have a sandwich. They were extremely rude about it and then brought my sandwich out without a refund for the difference of a salad.
