This place is awful, it will not last much longer. Save your time and money and head to qdoba so much better. Lets start with service the people do not care one bit, they just stare at you and throw some slop in your bowl. Next food it was awful the rice was dry the beans were slimy the chicken had so much fat on it i thought i was chewing bubble gum. The extras they charge for chips and queso on your food. Not chips and queso to clarify. Qdoba is so much better and they dont charge you for everything to put on your bowl plus they have double the options to go on your bowl or whatever. Finally the cleanliness of the place was horrible and they had no intention of cleaning they were lucky to serve the slop.... Ugh i think this is my worst review but well deserved. read more

Walked over while waiting on glasses. Walked in and right to the line. You have to decide pretty quickly what you want. I opted for the bowl with spicy chicken. You get your choice of white or spicy rice, pinto or black beans. Then all the different veg with pickled onions and jalapeños. They build it while you watch. I had a little bit of everything. They have 4 salads heat levels. I got #3 which had a nice bit. Shoukd have went 4 but just wasn't sure. Everything tasted fresh and was hot also spicy. Not a big fan of walk thru order but this wasn't bad but it also wasn't busy. Definitely worth the 10 dollars. I skip the drinks as Thts where they all get you. Usually get water but passed on all this time. Mouth still has the heat effect. Check them out. Ambiance is nice. Music playing but not too loud and the place is comfortable. read more

Midwest city Qdoba SUCKS!!!! I've ordered 3 times already and they are stingy with their portions. I don't expect my bowl to be filled but don't just give me 3 pieces of chicken. I've been to so many Qdobas and they give you what you pay for. They're portions are great. I ordered chicken there was literally 3 PIECES ONLY! Love the idea to build your own by requesting what to add to nachos or anything ordered. Choose you beans, meat, and extras added. They don't blink when you ask for more added. Portions big and food pretty good. Place is usually clean , fast and most times friendly. During this time they have removed cup area and give you sealed silverware. Front servers had mask but not all. Especially not the guy that refills the serving food and another girl behind the food line. After eating out, quite a few places are not 100 % mask but hoping they take it serious. read more

Alejandra "general manager" at the MWC store , was very rude and did not honor my order that I was told would be replaced for an inconvenience I received when the order was placed approximately 2 weeks ago. I was told that my order would be replaced free of charge due to being incorrect. She debated with me regarding the order despite me telling her I placed my order online and was told that it would be fully replaced free of charge. My son's been asking to try this restaurant forever so we finally did. I chose the chicken taco salad. The bowl tasted chewy and stale. The chicken tasted over cooked and dry. The sour cream was out and the two employees didn't want to go get more and the guy said it will be a few minutes "to make more" the girl went to the back and first said they were out so by this point I wasn't going to leave without it! So the girl went to the back again and came out with a brand new sour cream container! Not sure why the guy lied and said they had to make more. You'd save money and time just eating from home because the customer service is very rude and they skimp on the food up charging small portions and then acting like it's a reasonable thing. They used to not be this way with how skimpy they are but I guess they prefer to pinch a penny instead of keeping a loyal customer base. I rate this a 1/10 if I could go lower I really would because who in their right mind wants to pay $20 for getting maybe $6 worth of food and some greasy chips. And to rate the ambiance it's goofy. If you want to eat at a place that hasn't shrunk their portions try jack in the box or Texas Roadhouse those places are truly the MVPs in a world that runs off of short changing you. If you are on the south side try CHIMEX or EL REY. They don't rob you on those portions! If you accept this forced normalization of skimping on food then you are part of the problem too. This was a door dash order. I paid $10.+ each for the taco salad and brisket keto bowl. Plus $5 for chips and queso. The portions were so small, I couldn't believe how overpriced it was. I would go if your ordering in person, if not they rip you off, I always order extra of everything and today the bottom of my bowl was barely covered. If I'm paying the same price online I should get the same amount. Qdoba has great flavors and is miles better than Chipotle as a chain. However, as good as their ingredients are whether your food turns out as tasty or enjoyable is depends the ones making your meals. This location has gotten worse employees over the years especially when it comes to making the burritos. We can guarantee that every time we get a burrito at this location it will not be wrapped correctly at all, if even fully wrapped. My husband has even tried to guide a struggling worker through making it the right way and she still went ahead and wrapped it her way. They've been making balls not burritos for the longest time now. We typically stop by for either of our birthdays as we joined the rewards programs years ago, and occasionally throughout the rest of the year, and this has been as issue for at least two. Also while some workers are more than kind, others are rude and couldn't care less (such as the aforementioned burrito ball maker.) Many times it's very filthy at the dining area even when it isn't busy, so we only ever get to-go. Qdoba itself is great but only go to this one when you've got a bad craving for it and don't want to drive out to a better one (wherever one may be.) Or if you're due free chips and dip and it's not out of your way to get them. read more

Restaurant was dirty, understaffed, we were charged for the wrong thing, I got the veggie fajita bowl and they gave me a super small serving of guacamole. Overall, I was very disappointed. They accidentally put the fajita peppers on my daughters meal, I asked for chips and salsa as well and they took way too long to get the salsa. They need help. Not as polished as Chipotle. Ordered a vegan bowl but got home to only rice and beans . No fajita veggies, no corn salsa, no salsa verde. Like come on man this location has been crappy for awhile. Avoid this place unless you want food poisoning! I came here on Dec 30th and got sicker than I've ever been in my entire life! I felt like I needed to be admitted into the E.R. Is everyone new?!?! waited in line for 15 to 20 min which isn't the worst thing, I could stand to have a few more patience. Where I wish they could improve is how they handle the line...I ordered a simple menu option. First off the lady behind the glass couldn't hear me. Short of me leaning over the glass there wasn't much else i could do- I literally pointed at the big sign on the menu with the item i wanted. I ordered 3 items at the same time. Each person seemed to wana just push my item down the line to the next person and move me down to get to the next person in line. It would be fine if they didnt lose my food! Qdoba gets an A for food, but this location gets a D for cleanliness. My last visit was slightly better than prior visits, but it had been a long time in between because I was trying to give them a chance to fix it. You have an open kitchen, it should always be clean! Step it up! I would come here a lot more if they would take care of the cleaning issue. They started out good, but then just went downhill from there. I usually come here after work, around 4:30pm. I'm not the mind to complain- I typically only take to Yelp to post about places that go beyond my expectations. This Qdoba is so subpar that every time I go here I remember why I don't go here. And I LOVE Qdoba. Today, specifically was the last straw. Everything had either run out or was running out, but I can deal with that. That's fine. It was the lack of food handling etiquette that bugged me. Among other things, I watched the lady answer the phone (with her hands gloved) and then proceed to touch my food. After my burrito was wrapped, she picked it up and there was some quac coming out. She proceeded to grab a PAPER HAND TOWEL from the hand washing station and wipe off my burrito. I had placed my order to go and once I go home to eat I noticed my bowl I ordered barley had enough to cover the bottom with the rice, double beans, steak n cheese I ordered and the burrito I ordered for my husband had more tortilla then any of the toppings.
