The other fries Cozumel or something like that didn't have those. No fountain drinks. And the counter where the fountain drinks are was gross. Food came out. Hummus had too much olive oil. Fries were hot-good. Falafel salad was disappointing and small. And the chicken wrap was a chicken dish with rice. I be told the guy I wanted the chicken wrap. He said I charged you for chicken and rice. So that's what I got. Chicken with a white sauce not sure if it was tacziki or garlic and rice. Nothing else like a veggie was there. Chicken was dry and rice was meh. Ate a quarter of it and was afraid I'd get food poisoning. Plus, this is weird. There is a bed in the office back area. Like someone is living there. He also gave looks and not so nice remarks when another girl came back in and complained about her order. So I get to my car and drive off because I have some place to be in an hour. At the stop light I look in the bag and there's only 8 tiny cold shrimp and 2 biscuits thrown inside the bag in nothing and 2 fries. So I took pictures and I didn't have time to go back and I didn't want to deal with that rude uncaring manager. So I called this morning (Monday) that same manager answered and I explained what happened and all he had to say was well I don't like doing replacement orders after a whole week has gone by and I couldn't hear much else he was saying during that 5 min call because he was taking orders at the drive through he said. So while Fatbird is known for their chicken sandwiches, my bf and I ordered the $40 lunch for two from this special 2026 menu, which was heavily indigenous Latin American-inspired in the ingredients. For the starter, we shared 8 sweet plantains slices which were yummy but we wish we had more. Then for our main, we split one grilled jerk chicken sandwich with VERY unique ingredients like a pickled green tomato as well as two creative tacos with tender shredded pork and more pickled veg. The tacos were spicy as heck and definitely not for the faint of heart! Lastly, we split a small bowl of arrow con leche brule, which helped bring the heat down from the tacos. While we didn't leave full, we had fun trying a curated and very unique set of dishes with interesting flavors, textures, and spices. The other 4 people we ate lunch with ordered a variety of stuff from the normal menu, some of which are in my attached pictures. My bf also ordered himself a pineapple tepache to sip on, which was $8, and I got myself a diet coke with lemon ($3). Our waitress was on top of her game and was very friendly. Chick-fil-a is the one fast food place that can make my husband chose a chicken sandwich over a…read morehamburger.  My husband orders a burger everywhere he goes, but willingly comes here for a sandwhich when we come to the mall.  The waffle fries are a great alternative to the average fast food fries you can get anywhere.  Staff is friendly and service is decent but be prepared for a line because even though the service is fairly quick, everyone wants Chick-fil-a.  The line is even more overwhelming because once it gets too long the line gets a little hard to keep from bunching up since it is a mall and not a normal restaurant.  My husband may be willing to deal with the crowd but my awkard booty is going anywhere else.
