Generally food was as good as other Chick-fil-A by dining room floor was littered and multiple tables had not been wiped down. It was 7 pm on a Tuesday so not overly busy. Several live flies were on the window and the trash can in the bathroom was running over with dirty paper towels. Sorry but this restaurant was somewhat scruffy and not outstandingly clean like I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The staff was not attentive and service was slow by Chick-fil-A standards. Wow! I have been to several CFA restaurants, but this one is amazing. Over the top ! They have all things. An amazing dinning room that is absolutely spotless and has one of the only remaining (as far as I know) kids play areas left! My 10 year old had to go play in it --- so Also, the drive through is amazing and their parking lot is so accessible (i think I heard they were going to add on to it- big surprise right) and to top it all - they have their own fleet of their very own Chick -fil- a automobiles. I love knowing that I can order food from them and not have to take the risk that my driver is doing anything that will tarnish my food - like vaping - gross!!!!! I found myself last Friday coming back from an appointment in Summerville about 3PM and realized I hadn't had lunch. This Chick-fil-A like all others around town is usually 20+ cars deep in the drive thru at any time day or night. But the best part about that, is they can handle it. They hire the best of the best and can take care of business! I ordered a number 1 extra pickles with a Sprite. No sauce, just simple and easy. I asked the young man outside taking my order if it was easier to pay with card or cash and he said card. Less than a minute later my order was up and I was leaving before three cars in front of me. The sandwich was delicious and just the right size to fill me up. I don't do fast food often, but if you need to, CFA is the route to go. read more

I mean this Chick-fil-A used to be really good! After they renovated it seems like the restaurant got better in terms of aesthetics but the quality of service has declined particularly with their delivery. Again, I never had issues with this particular Chick-fil-A however over the past several months when I've tried to order breakfast for my kids via delivery it always arrives either missing items, smashed hash rounds, or in my most recent experience the app processing my order, taking my money, and then for some reason crashing. I ordered breakfast at 9am and by 11am I realized, as well as my hungry kids, that their Chick-fil-A breakfast had not arrived yet. Long story short the app crashed but the order processed as far as payment goes which was reflected in my bank statement. They say call the restaurant you ordered from with any issues but yet you can't get anyone to ever answer. I'm done ordering for delivery or going to this Chick-fil-A. There's another location opening up by Palmetto Commerce soon and I hope their service especially delivery is better than this one. read more

On the morning of 12/4 I went to this location and used the drive through. The staff was as courteous as ever. However, the food we received was underdone. The biscuits were doughy, the hashbrowns were soft and mushy (that's happened before but we overlooked it), and the worst part of it was that there was some type of burnt plastic string/ hair in one of the biscuits. I usually use the app to order and this location has the pull up area for online orders so no need to hop in drive thru or parking spot and put the number. The app remembers your vehicle, favorite orders, and you get rewards after spending a certain amount of money. You can either park in the designated mobile order area and they'll bring the food to you, or you can order ahead of time and just go inside to pick up. Very easy. When the manager first told me about the app, I was excited but procrastinated on getting it. I really wish I didn't! Now I love Chic Fil A. But this location time after time does not meet expectation. Now to put this into perspective. I order a basic spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. Nothing else on it. Three times in a row I have ordered it correctly(after speaking with their management team) and the sandwich comes without bacon on it. Three times in a row. I almost didn't go today as I was a little fed up but I gave them another try. And they again, left the bacon off that I paid for. I called up and told them I didn't even want anything for free, I just want this problem to be fixed. I asked if this happened frequently and I was told this location has a 95% satisfaction score or something and that it's very rare for something to happen to a customer more than once. It must be my lucky day as it's happened three times in three visits to the restaurant. They ALWAYS come through and give me a free sandwich which I don't even necessarily want/need, but I would just like the problem to be fixed. CFA is my go to when no one can make a decision on where to get something to eat. They usually don't disappoint! The food is delicious, everyone knows that! The staff is so friendly, the dining area and bathrooms are clean, and even waiting in line (inside or drive thru) really isn't a horrible experience! This particular CFA has been renovated recently so it looks like the other ones. The parking lot has been expanded because we all know it needed to be. But here's something that has happened since the "upgrade:" the quality overall has taken a hit. The other day, I went through the drive thru. Usually, this is not eventful and the person taking my order is attentive. This was true, but he wasn't attentive to my order. He was busy yelling to another co-worker who looked like he was getting off work (I'm guessing they went to school together) behind him about a girl and some place or party that had occurred. He would yell back questions each time I would place an order for something and even while he swiped my card. Another incident this month occurred in the drive thru where I placed an order for a meal and I didn't get the fries with my order. I didn't even notice until I got home. Bad on me, I know! I usually check my drive thru orders any place I go, but this is CFA! Lesson learned. I called and was sent a "treat" for my next visit. So at my next visit, I ordered my usual order for me, a kid's meal for my daughter, and got the treat for my son (who only wanted fries). See the picture with my review. This is the second time my fries were given to me this way and they were cold, too. Actually, my BF ordered CFA the other day and had it delivered via DoorDash and the fries looked like this, too. Went through the drive-thru last night. I ordered a cobb salad and a large diet lemonade. WHEN I get home, I realize I received a regular lemonade. No biggie, nobody's perfect, right? But I didn't want a regular lemonade, and because they WAY WAY WAY overcharge for beverages, I decided to swing back through the drive-thru on my way to the gym, and swap it out for what I wanted AND ORDERED. I pull back into the drive-thru and I explain to the same "Drive-thru girl" who had taken my order about 20 - 25 minutes earlier, what had happened. She asked me if I had the receipt. I tell her no, it's probably on my kitchen table, either in, or next to, the bag my food came in. So "Drive-thru girl" gets on her headset to (I guess) consult a manager. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT ONE LARGE LEMONADE. Then "Drive-thru girl" asks me if I called it in? Not understanding what she meant, I explained: No, I came through the drive-thru and actually ordered from YOU. "Drive-thru girl" says something like: No, did you call ahead about the return/exchange? WE'RE TALKING ABOUT ONE LARGE LEMONADE. I didn't realize they need advance notice to prepare one cup of lemonade. So I reply: Uhh... no.... ??. So, into her headset, "Drive-thu girl" tells whoever she is consulting about one large cup of lemonade, that no, I didn't call ahead to return/exchange one cup of lemonade. (BTW... something I could get multiple free refills of in the lobby.) So, whoever is talking in "Drive-thru girl's" headset either likes to hear themselves talk or takes an inordinately long time to say: Tell him it's your pleasure and to pull around. After about literally fifteen to twenty seconds of silence, awaiting "Drive-thru girl's" response, I just decide it's my pleasure, and go ahead and drive forward. So I pull up to the window, and they ask me if I'm Brandon (not the name they actually used, but I don't remember who they asked if I was. Using "Brandon" for this review because he seems to be a super popular guy these days #LetsGoBrandon). So I briefly explain to the "Hand out the food girl" standing outside the window that I had been through the drive-thru earlier and received regular lemonade, when I had ordered diet lemonade. "Hand out the food girl" asks me if I STILL HAD THE LEMONADE I had gotten earlier. (I did and it was still very full). So I say: Right here. Without saying anything, "Hand out the food girl" presents me with an open paper bag . . Literally standing there holding the bag open with both hands. I ask if she wants it back. "Hand out the food girl" indicates she does, in fact,, want the lemonade back, so I gently place it in the bag, while she is sure not to touch it, as if she is collecting vital crime scene evidence on CSI Las Vegas. WE'RE TALKING ABOUT ONE LARGE LEMONADE. "Hand out the food girl" then very gently hands the bag containing the lemonade to someone just inside the drive thru window as if she is handing off an explosive devise whose detonation is imminent. "Hand out the food girl" then hollers into the drive thru window that she needs ONE (1) large diet lemonade. And NOWWW I understand why they wanted me to call ahead to return/exchange ONE (1) LARGE LEMONADE . . . I mean . . . the time it took "Inside the drive-thru window girl" to grab . . ONE CUP. . off the stack of cups, fill the cup with diet lemonade, and hand it to me MIGHT HAVE taken fifteen seconds. And maybe "Hand out the food girl" feared the fresh new cup of lemonade may cause her bodily harm, because, for whatever reason, she didn't take it from "inside the drive-thru window girl" to hand to me. "Inside the drive-thru window girl" handed the cup of diet lemonade directly to me, with a stare and a glare as if I had just told her that I hate Jesus and puppy dogs. As I pulled off with my ONE (1) LARGE CUP OF DIET LEMONADE, I smiled and said: Read the Yelp review. Still giving 5 stars because Chick-Fil-A stands in a class by themselves and the diet lemonade is WORTH going back through the drive-thru for. Note to self; Do not expect excellence from a fast food establishment that like so many other businesses are short staffed, especially on a Saturday night! And, really shouldn't be in the delivery business. Note to Chick-fil-A; Please don't make promises and set expectations that a customers food can be delivered in a certain amount of time or at all if you know you don't have the support staff to make it happen. I'm quite sure if I had not called twice, after delivery was supposed to be complete, we would still be waiting.! If you are going to participate in delivery, on top of making sure that your app can be adjusted to reality, please don't pack and stack the fries on top of each other. Please make sure condiments and utensils, etc are included. The people that work at this location are lovely, I know...I called 2x... however even though our fries were "warm" they were not fresh and quite literally stacked and packed tightly on top of each other. The bag was rolled up tight, clearly to fit into a thermal bag for transport. The bottom box of fries was completely compacted, the top box just bent.
