I ordered a loaded baked potato on the side. 1st time having their baked potato. They overcooked it, so one side around the skin was hard and inedible, but the majority of it was very good. My boyfriend and I were excited to try this restaurant because the pictures of the food on yelp looked really good. We stood at the front waiting to be seated since there's a host stand. Apparently it was seat yourself but there was no sign. Sat at the table for about 10 minutes and had not been greeted or anything. Someone finally asked if we had been helped and gave us menus when we said no. She said the table needed to be wiped and unfortunately didn't come back and still had not been asked about drinks or anything. We waited about 5-10 more minutes and no one came back so we left. I think I've been to all the locations and I can say the food is pretty consistent. The wings were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Everything is made to order, but done efficiently. I stopped in for a quick lunch at the Goose Creek location recently and was in less than 45 minutes. Service is always great. The staff are always friendly and professional. The fairly priced drinks, great staff, and vibe this place gives off is unmatched. It's one of the places I love recommending to my friends when they come in town. I wasn't sure what I wanted and my girl Kira B hooked it up with the most tasty recommendation. She steered me towards a combo plate that had HUGEEEE delicious shrimp (fried, per her recommendation) and it came with a side (beer battered onion rings, which were the crunchiest, crispiest, most amazing "beer battered" rings I've ever had. I think she might have had one other difficult table that was keeping her attention, so I sort of let it slide. Food: An order of their fries is HUGE. They included MOUNTAINS of toppings, which is incredible. I never thought I would say this, but the chicken tacos had way too much cheese. It was everywhere. They were also sort of room temp - I'm not sure if that's how they are meant to be or if that's just because they were waiting in the back for a while. My husband's burger had an odd taste to it, so we skipped that. Atmosphere: This is where it gets tricky. I can only vouch for the one night we were there. Seeing as there is a bar/nightclub next door, it is a VERY casual atmosphere. The other table of customers made themselves at home, yelling across the table, kids running around the place blasting music on their phone - it was definitely a different experience than I've had in almost every other restaurant.
