I went through the drive through and this lady was just rude and totally just unhappy and unprofessional.

The service at this location is terrible! The lady who took our order in the drive through did not speak English well. We placed our entire order and then she could not figure out how to charge us. She told us to pull up to the window to pay. We waited in line and when we pulled up they did not have our order. We had to pull into a parking spot in the front to wait. The food was good and fresh. the only reason for the low rating is because of the bad service. read more

Ordered a Chick Fil A Deluxe sandwich and the bun was hard & crunchy for some reason. The sandwich looked extra small, not like the usual. The Lettuce was brown & wilted. It was pretty gross I couldn't even finish my meal. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. read more

I was really disappointed with the West University location. They are usually pretty good, but today was awful! My tenders tasted like leftovers, and my salad had a few pieces of chicken on it plus the lettuce was wilted. Chick-fil-A is over-priced as it is! Never thought I'd be petty enough to write a review for a fast food place, but here I am in hopes someone in charge sees this. Not only did they forget half of my order, they placed a half open container of sauce in the bag. Not sure how you don't notice it's half open unless it was on purpose. As I got my food/sauce out of the bag, it immediately spilled. Again, don't know how it managed to not spill prior unless someone delicately placed it in there on purpose. Went inside to retrieve the rest of my order, and mentioned to the manager (grey shirt, shorter guy) about the sauce. He proceeds to whisper to the kids whom I can only assume put the sauce in the bag, and they look at me and begin to laugh. I'm still trying to keep my cool as I was already having a bad lunch, see my only other review, as the manager returns and gives me my food without a word. Never once been to a Chick-fil-A where I felt so disrespected Food was alright, but this seems like the kind of place that employs the kind of kids who will spit in your food. read more

Shouldn't of even be one star. This is the second time we come thru drive thru and they don't give us straws. We ordered macaroni no fork. The drinks were flat. Went back made us wait for the manager which wasn't our request and manager didn't seem apologetic at all. Still had to wait to get new drinks and cutlery. It's chick fil a so you definitely have high hopes but it seems that this location just doesn't care about the quality of there food which is strange but also we got ice cream but got no spoons and asked for sauce which we never got it seems like they rush to much instead of making sure everyone has everything they need ...now my sandwich I got the chicken breast was undercooked like come on !!! I came to town to visit family after being away in the military for two years. Made an order in the drive thru and the order was missing two breakfast sandwiches. I called once I got to my hotel and the Manager (Kim) said they couldn't replace my breakfast sandwiches until next week because they stopped serving breakfast. She offered to replace my breakfast sandwiches with two chicken sandwiches and two fries (as an apology). I arrived and the manager attempted to give me one sandwich and one fry to replace the two sandwiches I ordered. When I reminded her of our conversation, she gave me the second sandwich and threw the fries in the trash. She tossed the bag up on the counter and walked off rudely without saying anything else. The quality of the food is sub-standard for the Chick-fil-A brand. Tiny, wizened chicken fingers instead of juicy, fresh chicken strips; lukewarm, floppy waffle fries; and bad service make this a place that survives because it has a critical location in a small town - by the mall and university. I sat and waited inside an empty restaurant for a good 15 minutes after ordering my food. I was tied up working but had realized I hadn't even received my food yet. I proceeded to get up, go ask where my food was and they said they were wrapping it up. Food came out, no condiments, had to ask for condiments that typically come with the order. The response was very rude and unprofessional. I don't think I'll be coming back to this particular Chick-Fil-A. I almost wish I knew someone who worked for Chick-Fil-A to make a surprise visit to this place. I think it would easily be shut down based on the service alone.
