Absolutely horrible. Ordered on the app at 5:30 said it would be ready by 6. Arrived a little after 6 was told they just received my order and it would be a few mins. At 6:15 asked about the order and they said they just dropped the fish on the order and it would be a few mins. At 6:20 asked again and the same person I had been talking to, told me they never received my order. Showed them the confirmation and at 6:30 asked about my order and was again told they just dropped my fish. At 6:45 asked again and was told it wasn't ready, was kinda upset at this point and the manager said the order had been bagged and sitting on the counter the entire time. Guess the employee couldn't figure out my 3 letter name, on the receipt. My husband wanted chicken wings but thankfully they didn't have any so he ordered a 3 piece catfish combo, fish was fried when ordered so it was hot but his fries and roll were cold. Worst chicken place I've been to. First, instead of giving me what I ordered and paid for I got no chicken or green beans! Instead I got 2 containers of gravy 2 rolls instead of the four I paid for and no green beans. When I got home and called the restaurant the woman working the window informed me to get the rest of my order I'd have to drive 45 minutes back to the restaurant and show my receipt to get my order. When I was able to go back this is what I received instead of the breast I should have gotten in my order. When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed she only speaks Spanish. I can only speak about the wicked wings and fries which are the only things i order. Fries always come good but multiple locations send plain unseasoned wings without the spicy lotta zing seasoning which is what we want and why we order. The orders were correct at first and now we get either plan unseasoned wings or packets of seasoning if we ate lucky. read more

When I went to this location today, not a single employee was wearing their mask correctly. They were all wearing it like a chin strap. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and they don't seem to care. I did not feel safe eating my food or even taking a drink from my cup. I did not even feel safe to go back there for a refund. Amazing service and juicy chicken! My wife and I stopped in here after hearing good things and we were not disappointed. Everything we tried was fantastic (and we ended up trying all 3 types of chicken). The roast chicken was some of the best we ever had and the chicken fingers are the best in the area. Drinks come with coupons for free yeast rolls which are also one of the best parts of the meal. To top it all off, there's soft serve that's absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back and try to resist coming everyday. It's that good. read more

We went through the drive through. We waited at the speaker for an extended period of time without even someone saying, "We will be with you in a minute ". We finally got to place our order and they are out of catfish. The drive-thru person was not rude, but wasn't very friendly either. I gave it two stars because the tea and rolls were good. Other than that chicken was warm and you get a spoonful of gravy. Their "spicy" chicken is regular chicken strips they sprinkle with seasoned salt. Save your money and go to Chicken Express or Popeyes! read more

This was my first time ever going to a golden chicken. The lady taking the order was a smart aleck when my mother was ordering. The lady wanted to know what side and drink we wanted. My mother already has a hard enough time ordering due to her stutter, so when ordering, my mother was ordering in the way that would be easiest. So she said we wanted the 4 piece tender meal, ranch, and before my mom had the chance to say she wanted an unsweetened tea. My mom got a smart aleck answer of "you want ranch to drink?" Not only when we got to the window we did not receive ranch but when asked we were given vinaigrette. It shouldn't be that hard to get ranch. Normally I would not have gotten this upset over ranch, but the customer service made me upset enough that I will not be going back to this location again. read more
