I went through the drive thru last night and it was a terrible experience. Unorganized. Long wait. Order taker seemed tired and ready to go home. Got to speaker and they tried to take my order again. Cars skipping each other because they don't direct you like the Winchester/Memphis location. Finally got to cashier/food delivery area and my order was wrong and the fries were cold. Mediocre Food and Anti-Gay The Yelp Overlords again bowed to pressure from a timid business and deleted one of my reviews. But, I posting it anyway. The problems with Chick-Fil-A are two fold. Their food is mediocre, and they are an anti-gay organization. I have had food here a number of times, and have been unimpressed. The chicken runs dry, and the breading has an odd flavor. This is true of other Chick-Fil-A's, and it is true here. Their Chicken Salad Sandwich wasn't very good for quite a while. Recently, it had gotten better, but is still pretty expensive for what you get, and it is no better than what you get at a Flying J. Also, their waffle fries are odd, again dry and with little flavor. The other problem is that this is an anti-gay organization that openly opposes Gay Marriage, and is opposed to gays in general. Their President and CEO Dan Cathy proudly and unapologetically donates to anti-gay causes. Extensive information is available online. So, if you go to Chick-Fil-A, your money is going to prohibit the civil rights of millions of Americans. And, their food isn't good, either. read more

Meh! I really don'y understand the big fuzz about the chicken here... there is another chain that has way more options and the chicken is tastier (starts with Z, ends in s). I just came here (for the third time in my 6 years of living here!) because the kids of a friend I was taking care of wanted to go there and play for a while. The customer service here was awesome! A very nice young lady named Bri assisted us with our order. It was like a breath of fresh air as we had just left a Popeyes establishment on Goodman Rd with the worst customer service ever to the point we didn't receive our food. Every time I go by the drive thru I alway seem to have the same problem. I always order a market grill salad WITHOUT blue cheese. First time around there was a long wait which is totally understandable but to get it wrong on top of that just makes it worst. They gave me a gift card to come and get another one at a later time due to the long wait and incorrect order . This place isn't capable of running a drive through. Expect to wait 30+ minutes every time you order. Lines out to the street. Get up to the window and are asked to pull up and wait. At least they are somewhat friendly about being slow. read more

The food is good as all the other chick-fil-la's . But the drive-thru lane is ridiculous. I watched as the worker taking the order didn't move up as the car ordered. So the line was taking the whole street lane up. This is the only one that I have seen with the drive-thru outside ran inefficiently. Food is great like all chik filas are, but my goodness the lines! I have turned back several times because of the long wait! I understand why they are busy tho, their food is great. So I can't blame them. 25 minutes waiting in line to get mediocre food. Today my fries were soggy. Sometimes they are too salty, burnt, or old. The chicken sandwiches are also a hit or miss. Sometimes they are super good, other times they have too much breading, and sometimes the chicken is fatty. Lately, the service has not been as good as usual. Today when I went through, I said thank you after receiving my food, and the response at the window was "pleasure" with such an attitude. Rude. Got in line at 9:40, finally made it to the call box at 9:58, had no idea they close at 10 since lights were in and lobby was full. Asked on call box, no one answered, drive up to the window, 3 girls goofing off in window and they couldn't bother to tell me they were closed. Just looked at us and shook their head and walked off. The food is always fresh and great tasting. Lines are typically long but I don't mind. They have never messed up my order, which says a lot since most fast food restaurants can't get your order right for nothing in the world. Definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

We usually eat at the Olive Branch Chick-fil-a about twice a week. I have noticed that the service through the drive thru has declined over the last year. However, today was especially bad. We ordered 3 Chick-fil-a meals and a chargrilled sandwich meal. We had to pull up because a portion of the order wasn't ready. When we got home, all of the fries were soggy. The box that the grilled sandwich was in was even soggy, and the tomatoes and lettuce seemed as though they had been on the sandwich for hours. This Chick-fil-A is consistently great in their food quality (always hot and fresh), customer service and clean store. This is one of the best fast food restaurants you will find anywhere. Once we ordered some chicken strips, and while there was nothing wrong with them, they brought us some more from a fresh batch and gave them to us because these would "taste better". I never once complained or asked to have any replaced. In fact, there was nothing wrong with the ones we originally got. But they went the extra mile to make sure we had the highest quality food.
