I came in today at 10:35 to order breakfast. As I approach the counter to order, the fellow by the name of Tyler, rudely say, we no longer serve breakfast. It stopped at 10:30. Let me start my review by stating that I am nothing if not tolerant, and I pride myself on this point. I am cognizant of some religion-related news stories about the CEO of Chick-fil-A some time ago, and I actually stopped going here for a while.......but I defy you to find any business where the founder didn't say something stupid and offend somebody, somewhere, at some time. Also, my brother and his life partner eat here all the time, and they have told me it's ok if I do, too, lol. If we all permanently boycotted everyplace where somebody disagreed with us we would all starve. I also think it is nice that this company, for whatever reason, closes every location every Sunday so the employees may rest, spend time with family, or whatever. Too many restaurants work their employees to sheer exhaustion. Anyway, I really like this place....and the employees and management make it so. I read some of the "I don't get the hype" reviews, and I have to say, I DO get the hype. Have you ever heard of a fast food place that doesn't mess up on orders? I have never, ever received a wrong order here- and that is worth a lot when you go thru the drive thru famished. The food is always of good quality, and the employees- even the young kids working there- are SUPER polite. They always say the same thing when they answer you "It will be my pleasure." They also ask you what condiments, and how many of each, while you are ordering on the speaker, so it is all ready for you when you pull around- none of this one sauce packet per six tacos bs like you get at some places. They also have never forgotten my napkins, which may not seem like a big deal, but it sure is if you eat in the car as much as I do (I am also kinda sloppy). When you go inside, there is always an employee walking around asking to take used trays, almost like a server, and they actually constantly organize the condiment packets into straight rows- they must do this 1000 times per day! The play area is nice for little ones...Most parents watch their kids, but there always seems to be some butthole kid being mean in there while his parents space out or text on their phones- but that's everywhere. My husband would review this place a little differently, because he is a pure carnivore who would bite the ass off of any animal if he got hungry enough. What I'm saying is he wants a juicy burger once in a while, and this place has no beef. Also, I guess some older lady who works at the Cornhusker location almost ran into him when she was leaving work one day....but neither these things, nor the dumb name of the place (Chick-Fil-A? Really?) affect my 5 stars here. read more

Cleanest highchairs around! Taking my toddler out to a restaurant is always a little bit of a gamble as I never know how clean the highchairs are going to be. Luckily, the Papillion Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Clean, friendly, and delicious chicken. My favorite is the spicy southwest salad with the creamy salsa dressing!! It's big enough that I eat some when I'm there, and can take the rest to work the next day for a full lunch! read more

After several friends told me that the chicken here really was delicious, I decided to give it a go. While not a life-altering food experience, it was definitely the best fast food chicken I have ever had. The main reason for the 4 stars was the incredible customer service we received...I felt like the staff genuinely cared whether our dining experience there was good. As far as fast food goes, Chick-Fil-A is the best. No one makes a better chicken sandwich. It's delicious. I would agree with the other reviewer -- the waffle fries are definitely not as crispy as I've had at locations in Colorado. The employees are always extremely, extremely friendly. I hate that I love this place. I do NOT agree with the company's strict Christian "values". That said, I can't help but come here every once in a while. read more

Had a hard time giving this palce 4 stars but the customer service allowed me to. Every employee is extremely helpful and go out of their way. It's like Hy-Vee of fast food places. Prices are a little bit more than most places, but I'm OK with that. I mean they have waffle fries. I usually get the chicken strips, which are better than most places (I still pick Raisin' Caine's as my #1). They fill your soda with like 90% crushed ice, so make sure you get a refill when you leave. You have to ask them for one by the way.....I wouldn't go out of my way to stop here unless I was meeting someone, but if I happened to be in the area I would gladly stop for some food. read more

The chicken is always moist and juicy. The service is prompt and friendly and the prices are usually average. I prefer them over KFC now and try to stop whenever I'm on that side of town..... Unless I drive to that side of town as an excuse for chicken. lol read more

If you're looking for a fast food place with a restaurant feel, look no further than Chick-Fil-A. The restaurant is clean and the food is always fresh. Their drive thru is extremely fast and the workers are always very courteous. Every time you say "thank you", they are required to say "my pleasure." I wouldn't wear that one out though. They will get pretty angry. Go for the spicy chicken sandwich or the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. They are both phenomenal. Also I'm a big fan of their Waffle Fries and how they have blue Powerade as one of their fountain drinks. Overall, this is a great fast food place if you're looking for fresh chicken. I have visited many Chick-fil-A's in my day but none this busy! Good thing I ordered to-go because every seat in the house was filled. There were people hovering just waiting to pounce on an empty table/seat and others like myself, anxiously waiting for my order "name" to be called. I stopped one of the dining room attendants to ask if the crowd was normal and the answer was a resounding yes! I ordered to go and got the spicy chicken sandwich and a fruit cup. Everything was good except the apples in the fruit cup tasted like soap! Eww would not recommend getting the fruit cup. read more

Chick Fil A hands down is my favorite fast food restaurant. When I lived in Orlando I would get a shake almost everyday after working for the mouse. Then I moved back to Nebraska and they opened a chick fil a that is very close to my house. The only thing I wish that the papillion location offered was a military discount... They just raised the food prices, so now I go to the Bellevue location because they will give me a discount. read more

My kids and I love coming here but we recently tried their breakfast and now my kids are hooked. They prefer this over McDonalds! They have made comments about how friendly the employees are to them. They have also commented on the Christian music playing and that it is more comfortable temperature wise than other places we have been. And of course they love the play land. We love the breakfast food choices as well! You should try them for breakfast if you haven't already!!! read more

We eat here all the time because the food is fresh and delicious, the drive thru lines move fast, and the staff is always extremely friendly. Every time you ask for something of thank them, their response is "my pleasure". I was not born yet to experience the 50's malt shops, but I feel like they were probably a lot like this. The chicken salad sandwich is something healthy you will not find at most other fast food places, and they even take time to toast the bread.I wish they had bottled water here like the other locations, and the kid's meal "toys" could be better, but considering all the positives I still give them 5 stars. read more

Very efficient drive-thru, impressive. I had seven cars in front of me and thought I was doomed... I was back on 72nd street in three minutes. "You guys don't mess around" I told the worker who handed me my food, and he responded in the tone of Captain America "No we do not, we do this for you guys" Haha wow, talk about dedicated employees! Very good spicy chicken sandwich, thank you for not disrespecting me with a big disgusting glop of mayo, that always ruins a sandwich at other fast food joints. You need to work on your waffle fries though. Mine were not crispy at all, and that's a problem. The main benefit of the incredible waffle fry is its ability to withstand dipping, and a flimsy floppy undercooked version will not live up to that. Maybe you're not drying the potatoes properly before dropping them in oil? Overall I enjoyed the meal and the service was superb so I'm sure I will be back. Oh, and excellent lemonade! read more

It must be a great marketing scheme that convinces the pubic to pay an excessive price for a drive thru meal or a fast food dine in. If your a senior, you could only afford to split a meal......if you have a family it will drain your disposable income and you would have to save up.....if your a kid that has no sense of the value of a dollar you will just get the money from your endulging parents who also pay for your cell phone.....the up front staff have no concept of customer relations however the star is awarded to the store manager who assisted in the error via the kitchen....if you don't care about money.....that is you probably don't see it cause you use plastic, by all means go here but if you are a practical consumer fine dining can be obtained at other economical locations.....after all it is fast food......yes read more

I frequent this Chickfila at least once a week. I've never had a problem with my food while dining in the restaurant. However, I consistently have bad experiences in the drive thru. I usually wait just as long to get my food in the drive thru than I wait when I dine in. Many times I have been waiting in the drive thru at 8pm when it's not even peak time. The past few times I have just ordered a milkshake in the drive thru, and yet again around a 5-7 minute wait. I like this Chickfila, but will stick to dining in. read more
