I have frequented this location since their initial opening. Unfortunately, their quality and service has gone down tremendously. The food is never consistent; considering that they're a chicken and fries business you would think it would be. Sometimes the chicken is too "chickeny" with such a nasty flavor that I have to spit out. The fries, hard and old and no salt. Just now, I picked up two meals and an entree and they forgot one of the sandwiches from one of the meals. When I made them aware of this they acted as if I were lying and asked to go through my bag. So it is normal for our order to get messed up at this location since they opened back up. I advise to check your order since they never get it right. I literally came from work and two hours before I asked my sister to get me some food from this location. So when I came home to re heat the food, I opened the box where the sandwich was placed. I removed the lettuce and tomatoes, lastly when I removed the pickles there was a roach on them. A literally small roach was there!! This is the most efficiently run Chick-fil-A drive-thru I have ever been to - EVER! They may be busy (aren't all Chick-fil-A's busy?), but they get you through the line lickety-split. The employees are so friendly, heck they even provided a cookie sample while we waited once when the line was extra long. The food is as good as Chick-fil-A can get, so if you like CFA, you will love this place. Although I had some trouble with my mobile orders being ready in a timely manner early on, they seem to have gotten better over time. (I think it was/is more the app than the store. They don't get the order until you click that you have arrived in the parking lot. I just learned to hit it a little earlier.) I love how the store employees/management get involved with the community; and it was a special bonus to go through their drive-thru during the holiday season - because they were also the best decorated Chick-fil-A! read more

My all-time favorite Chick-fil-A in Pasadena! All of the employees are amazing and remember the customers. (I'm a regular and there's a couple of employees who are always working drive thru when I go and they recognize me) I usually get something different each time or I know they would know my order. Everything I've ordered at this location was amazing and always served hot with a smile. The parking lot is usually a bit congested especially with it being right off of the road and not back into the parking area - but I know this isn't something they can control. Yup, Kelli H is right on point. The service at this Chick-fil-A is AMAZING!! It was raining when myself and two coworkers ventured to this Chick-fil-A. To my amazement as I walked out of the car (without an umbrella) one of the employees walked out with a huge umbrella and walked me all the way to the door! Wow! Talk about going out of the way to give great service! They were doing that from every single door. When I walked up to the cashiers they were all open and ready to take my order. My nuggets were ready in record time. The tables are decorated with fresh flowers and the place was super clean. One lady was walking around asking if anyone needed refills. Other employees were taking people's food to their table. Another lady was picking up trash and yet another was making sure all trays were picked up before the customer would even reach the door. I love Chick-fil-A and their service, but as for their new curbside lane it's a complete let down. The new service is very time consuming and is not efficient. Unlike the old curbside pickup, where you usually park and check-in with an assigned number... they now go based off who arrives first. You have to wait your turn just like the drive-through. read more

This location is notorious for being a HIT or a MISS or me. That being said.. let me start off with when I come here in the morning either there's always just one person taking orders which I understand it's not as busy as during lunch/dinner hours but other locations I have been to usually have 2 people taking orders IF the line gets busy.. I'd also like to add that the way the drive thru is and how you exit seems unsafe and cars are always braking because it is a pretty tight fit when they exit the line and when you enter to drive past the drive thru. All in all, customer service is mediocre and I haven't had them mess up on my order yet. read more

I love chick fil a!! Most of the time I always get the nuggets or a market salad with the nuggets. If I go with the market salad, the blueberries are always smushed. So I order my salad without blueberries. Other than hat, I have no complaints. I love that chick fil a bc they go above and beyond when you are eating there. Someone is always walking around trying to refill your drink for you. This makes them stand out from the other fast food restaurants. I also see employees clean tables after guests are done eating and I really don't see that at many fast food restaurants. The drive-thru lines at chick fil a is really fast at fulfilling orders. Most of the time I see 2 employees one per line taking orders so when u get up to the windows, your order is ready for pick up. I like their system. I just feel bad for the employees who have to stand all day outside in the sun/rain to do it. But it is very convenient for me as a customer. This place is well worth the 15 minute drive from my office. In Pasadena, there are a few restaurants and a ton of fast-food options. I can't give it a 5 star, simply because it is fast food (as much as I love Chick-Fil-A's brand of fast food). I can, however, safely say that this is the best fast food around. Food quality wise, it is as good as any CFA, but it distinguishes itself with the service. It's probably the busiest lunch spot in town, routinely seeing 100 people in and out in a half hour of eating there. You wouldn't know it though, because they get you your food with lightning speed and take the time to come and check on every single table. They offer refills, get you napkins or condiments; its as though you have a fast food waiter. Its a very kind and welcoming atmosphere. Cheap, tasty, and great service. Rarely do you see that combination today. The highest possible fast food rating. read more
