Another great Chick fila location. They recently did some renovations. I believe there's a children's play area inside, and overall they've got a great setup for ordering, waiting and dining. I typically do curbside or drive thru. Curbside can sometimes be a little slow but it's typically on point as is the drive thru. You receive the typical warm, friendly, pleasant Chick fil a service. The food is great. Standard Chick fil a chicken excellence. Today I ordered mac n cheese to go with something I already had at home and a chocolate sundae as a nice little treat. Then I let them scan and reward yet it didn't go through and they still charged me full price for everything and didn't say anything till I pointed it out. We love this location so much! They always strive to be sure our order is correct & our food is fresh. The restaurant is clean & tidy. My favorite employee is a young lady named Hollyn!! This particular chik fil a pulls down the brand...mainly because the employees here are slow, unskilled, unwilling to help. The "managers" look, sound, think, and act like high schoolers, which I think is one of the main reasons this chik fil a is such a disappointment. The line is always a mile long and is so slow, the employees always give you less sauce than you ask, the portions they give are so ridiculously small at times (like 25% of a normal serving), they are constantly out of certain menu items like mac and cheese, and it's very difficult to get ahold of anyone above the high schooler management team at this location and talk to the owner/operator. We visited this location on 3/17/25 around 7:20pm. I have to say Patrick is amazing and so is the whole team there. It's not uncommon to receive great service at a chick-fil-a but it is so refreshing every time you come across genuine kindness that's not just for a job. Although we came in requesting a large, unexpected order, his whole team was so incredible and patient with us and everything was fresh and accurate. They even threw us a "ranch party," inside joke :). They weren't aware of the situation we were going through but we had a friend in the emergency room and their family hadn't eaten. We packed everything as quickly as we could, took off and picked up food for them along the way. I can't tell you how even not knowing what our situation was, just how comforting their kindness and how easy they made things for us that day and how it helped us be of the right mind set for our friends. We were in the area and decided to stop at this location. The professional attitudes of the staff were noticed immediately, but I was really impressed when my order arrived at the table. I was initially disappointed because my usual order, a grilled chicken cool wrap, was sold out. So I opted for a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. The amount of pickles was amazing! I've never been to this particular location before but was a bit disappointed, I always get my nuggets extra well done and my fries extra done, they said oh sorry we don't do that at this location. I mean it's not a huge deal but it's not a huge deal to just cook something a little longer either. I'm guessing it's bc they are just serving what is already ready and sitting under a heat lamp bc my chicken and fries were barely warm. So I wasn't thrilled with that. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST Chick fil A I've been to. All I was trying to buy was a Diet Coke & gift card and they couldn't even get that right! Jake was completely flustered at the register. There was approximately 15 employees in the area doing Nothing!! After my an employee yelled out " don't let the door hit you on the way out". After shopping all day and my mum was craving her favorite go-to fast food spot, we stopped here to get some eat. When we get to the drive-thru line, we were friendly greeted by a nice employee who was taking orders on an iPad device. I was pretty skeptical on what to order, since I no longer eat chicken. On the other hand, my mum knew exactly what to get, two number one's. I told the lady taking our orders, my concerns and she recommended that I order the wrap and they can make it without the chicken. I was excited to hear that and agreed to her excellent advice. I got the honey mustard dip and the ranch lime dip. When we paid for our food, we even received complimentary water on a hot sunny day. My wrap was beautifully prepared, wrapped in vibrant colors of purple radish, green lettuce, orange carrots, red tomatoes, in a green tortilla. They forgot the hash browns! I mean, I should have known; this Chick-fil-A NEVER gets my order right, but I had tried to check the bag before the delivery person brought it out, but he just asked for my name and handed me the bag, wouldn't wait around. I had glanced in and seen a box and a wrapped sandwich, but the box turned out to be chicken minis, not hash browns. First visit to Chic-fil-a: Ordered 30 nuggets, 2 drinks and 2 large fries. All of which tasted like they had made a 2nd trip through the fryer to heat up. Also asked for extra chic-fil-a sauce, was given 4 and told we have a sauce policy!! Ok. Want to explain your sauce policy and not be so condescending? As long as you educate the customer they'll get it. I think management was stern with you and other employees to make the point, but you don't need to pass that to the customer. Educate the customer. We tried to eat the meal and then just threw food out it was awful. Trust me it was worth the ham sandwich. Second trip to this Chic-fil-a today while 4 men dressed in CHIC-FIL-A clothing outside store taking official pictures at the sign (sign read "HOLY COW!! DINE IN SEATING NOW) and looking around store. Once again surprised had the same experience. No receipt instead station credit card podium was manned by young lady who was practicing her cheerleading moves but no receipt provided and had to ask at window. If I were the franchise owner heads would roll! These folks seriously told us after we entered the lobby as the drive through was being blocked off BEFORE 10pm that they had thrown away all the food! After being told that all the food had been thrown away and registers closed My husband asked the young man to look at his watch and tell him what time he had---10:02. If you don't close until 10pm you should still be serving until the clock strikes 10pm, not closing up so everyone can leave at 10pm! Off to Cane's like all the other people that were turned away!
