The employee at the register, who I believe was named Jayden, I'm unsure but he was a black male in his younger years with red colored hair, he had a clear attitude while taking our order and acted like we were inconveniencing him. He even mumbled inappropriate language under his breath, and when I politely asked him to watch his language in front of children, he rolled his eyes. I chose not to make a scene for my daughter's sake and finished ordering. However, things got worse when she came back from the restroom and told me the same employee was nearby blowing clouds from his mouth, which was concerning in a restaurant setting. Overall, between the unprofessional behavior, inappropriate language, and the food not being up to par, while the restaurant was clean, the prices seem to be high and the experience was very poor. I'm very unlikely to return to this location.

We stopped by our local Chick-fil-A and had one of those meals that just hits every note right. I went with the large chicken sandwich meal (because why go small when you can go big?), and it was absolute perfection. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and flavorful, the bun was soft and buttery, and the pickles added that classic tangy kick. Paired with a generous side of waffle fries and a drink, it was everything I wanted and more. To round things out, we also got a bowl of chicken tortilla soup -- and wow, it was excellent! Rich, hearty broth loaded with tender chicken, just the right amount of spice, and those perfect tortilla strips on top for crunch. It was comforting, flavorful, and honestly one of the best versions I've had anywhere. The service, as always at Chick-fil-A, was top-notch. The team was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming -- they even remembered our order with a smile. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. This is the worst CFA experience I've ever had. Their customer training Fe some serious work! We went on a weeknight, not busy at all. I had a coupon for a deluxe sandwich and ordered it. My husband ordered his meal and the employee asked if he wanted to upgrade to a large fry and large drink so we said sure. Get to the window and they wouldn't take off my sandwich because they had accidentally made a spicy deluxe instead of a regular, even though that wasn't what I ordered. They gave us our drinks and they were both regulars. We said one of them should be a large and then said 'oh yeah sorry about that but we'll have to charge You for a large drink.' When we took our food out, they had barely filled the large fry. My regular fry had more fries in. It's fast food but I expect more from a company that brags on their customer service. They could have at least offered to fix their mistakes and not make the customer pay! read more

Food: The food served here is spectacular. Even during the lunch rush our order for 4 diners made it to the table before we did. Not only does the food has an excellent taste and quality, but it is served in a manner that is represented by the photos on the menu. Staff: The staff at this establishment were all visibly concerned with customer service. There were attendants constantly in the dining area cleaning something. They stopped by our table to be sure that we did not need anything. It was like having a waitstaff at a fast food restaurant. Dining Area: The dining area was very clean. The play area is semi-sound proof so you could hear the screaming, but at a comfortable volume. It was so wonderful to sit and enjoy our lunch right next to the play area without the headache that would normally come with it. read more
