I have traditionally loved this Chick-fil-a, but since it changed ownership the service has gone way down. EXCELLENT service!!! I can't remember when the last time was that I experienced such great hospitality/customer service. I was told that I'd have to wait 3-4min. for a certain item...not a problem as I figured as much considering I'd stopped rather late at night and figured them to be closing soon. Well... not only were very apologetic (which that alone is rare to find...usually just told to pull up and your order will be out) they even went above and beyond by compensating me with a few freebies...WOW!! I absolutely ADORE this place! The food here is GREAT but what's even better is their service and pace!!!!! Every single time I go, it is PACKED regardless if I go in-store or through the drive-thru but yet, there I am, less than three minutes later out with some hot, fresh food and a big smile. Chick Fil a hands down is our favorite fast food option. We live the chicken sandwiches but eating out several times a week required me to select healthier option from the menu. Over the years I have loved their salads and it is frustrating that when they get it right the remove them from the menus all together. First they changed to a more grill smoked type flavor on the salads which is fine on the sandwich but can be overpowering to the salad. Once they did that I switched to the Asian and now they have removed that as well. I have been trying the new salads and the southwest one is pretty good. The chick Fil s we frequent most - at least 3 times every week is in el dorado and gulf freeway which we have been typically happy with till recently but will review that on their link Today at this location they have 2 people at the kiosk taking the orders rather then talking to the speakers. This is great when the attendants have answers to specific questions such as "we have the mystery calendar card what is it this month" and they say they don't know and to ask at the window. If the person inside was taking the order they could have answered the question for us. The problem is that once at the window it backs up other clients that want to get their orders number one, and number two if we want to make adjustments to or order it's difficult to do it at that point. It seems the smarter thing to do would be to just use their head phone and ask management and determine the outcome right then. Don't get me wrong. I love chick Fil a and always will but you still have to have the customer service right. read more

We used to come here all of the time but the past couple of times we have found a hair in the food. The first time it was in my sons fruit cup now in my salad. This was the worst tasting meal I have ever eaten at Chickfila. Usually it tastes fresh and great but today, the chicken nuggets and the fries tasted old and stale. I couldnt even eat even half of the meal because it tastes so bad. I drive out of my way just to go to get Chickfila and to get home and my meal is nasty. This is such a disappointment. Never have I ever been treated rudely by an employee until today. I went in for Chick-fil-A's cow appreciate day. Theresa (marketing manager) held the door for me since I was carrying my infant child. As soon as I got inside, she then said "Cow appreciation is over. It ended at 7." I looked at my watch and it was exactly 7. I said "Oh, I didn't know if it would still count that I was in the door by 7." She said "No, it's over at 7." WOW!!! I was just appalled. She was so rude in how she spoke to me. I very kindly said "Ok, no problem" and walked out the door. Maybe I can't complain since it was free food giveaway and they can make their own rules, but I was still in shock since I had never been treated rudely by an employee. I will never buy anything from this Chick-fil-A again. There are several others in my area and I will gladly drive a few extra miles to purchase from employees who actually value manners and customer service. read more

The food is still wonderful but the service and new workers are not as 'professional' as they seemed to be under new management. I think my biggest issue is that the teens are hanging out and talking about teen things. I think it's great management allows them to eat or take breaks, however the placement of them where frequent patrons like myself are standing or by mobile pick ups make it crowded and loud, not to mention the 'talk topics' are not necessarily good for us patrons to hear. Please look at moving the workers to another table or do not have them 'on break' during rush dinner times. read more

Carol noticed i was kinda confused when she brought me my order and asked if that wasn't my order. So i told her what i had ordered and she said ill be right back. I've never had a complaint about chick-fil-a until now. They always are speedy and have the art of fast food and drive thru down to a science. They are always super efficient. Here's my complaint, I ordered a #1, which is the original sandwich combo and my sandwich was salty as hell. My husband even complained. My usual order is the 8-nugget meal with their Chic-fil-a sauce. Their lemonade and sweet tea are the best out of all the fast food restaurants. Prices are just a bit more expensive, but the quality of the food is worth the extra cha ching. The tuna sandwich is a good healthy choice.
