Sure, it's an airport Chick-Fil-A, but I'm surprised at so many one star reviews. The service and variety are not up to the standards of a free-standing CFA restaurant, but the nuggets, fries, sandwiches, and lemonade are the same product. I got a large diet lemonade here on a layover because I was thirsty and wanted something sweet and tart. Being from the South, Chick-FIl-A is a brand I know, trust, and have high expectations for. The staff were nice enough, but not over the top- and I was fine with that. The prices here are higher, as expected, and they do not accept the app rewards or even have an app scanner. I tried to enter my receipt into the app to get credited for my purchases, but it did not work. My diet lemonade was delicious, and the order/drink lady did give me a free refill. I would recommend a free-standing Chick-Fil-A over this one, just because you can try soooo many more menu items and the customer service is better. The airport location will do in a pinch, but don't judge the franchise on it. read more

Few things to say! I know this is a airport Chick-fil-A and not better than a normal one, but, I had to come with my family to get on a AA flight (America airlines) and we wanted some dinner so we stopped here before are flight and the line was about 15mins of waiting and the lady that was at the front of the Chick-fil-A (staff) was being rude to the people in front of us which put a bad tone on what is gonna happen when I come up. I came up and we said what we wanted "chicken nuggets 8pc blah blah" I said, and she was just in a bad attitude towards everyone in-line including me. After I order she put a $15! tip on the receipt but I only put a $5 tip which the normal price would be $45.00 but it was $55.00 because the price with no tip was $40.00 but if she adds a $15 Tip than it would be $55.00 which I didn't do. I was stress out about my flight and getting there on time. Manager came out and said "You did it." One of the few bad chick filets . Service was fine but my chicken egg and cheese biscuit was dry, barely warm , undercooked biscuit, small chicken cutlet . Not a pleasant experience to end my stay in Philly. I had one at the Atlanta airport and it was the complete opposite of the same thing. Here. If I wanted McDonald's quality, I would have gone there. "My computer shut down, number 5" states the one sloth working the counter. "What about the other 4?" responds the individual I assume is the Supervisor, as he at least operates at the pace of a snail. They told us it would be 20 minutes until lunch was available, meaning they had over 20 minutes with literally no chicken available. As we were in line, an employee wearing a yellow apron marked "raw chicken only" and clearly coated in raw chicken walked into the front of the restaurant and bumped his raw chicken apron onto multiple people. Even if they were actually serving chicken, I wouldn't have wanted any with the lack of cleanliness. I have never understood the wild success of this chain. KFC and Popeye's are way better. At this particular store, the chicken ALWAYS has gristle regardless of the product (nuggets, strips, or sandwiches). But at least it is usually fresher than that at a few nearby joints. The Waffle fries taste and feel like salted cardboard. Literally. Service is slower than a dead snail swimming in frozen molasses. I am not a fan of the milkshakes: not sweet enough and sickeningly fatty. Prices are quadruple to quintuple McD's sale prices. Literally. And I actually prefer the taste of McD's products. The breakfast foods are decent, however. The muffins and biscuits are far fresher than at any other chain, never hard and dry. The hash browns taste infinitely better than the Waffle fries although not nearly as good as McD's. Parking and traffic can be horrendous. Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the Philadelphia Airport - E3. Ordered the Chicken Mini combo costing $9.93. After waiting a while and seeing others who ordered before and after me, a worker with glasses and long braids announced that for those waiting on mini's there would be "a long wait" and we could have a chicken biscuit instead. I said I just wanted my money back after the wait was quoted at 15 minutes. (How do you not monitor the level of your breakfast items?) I was told "the manager just went on break so you will just have to order something else." (Wow! Not the quality of service I have come to expect and receive from Chick-fil-A.) This is my go to stop for food at PHL airport when I don't have a lot of time. It's conveniently located in the atrium. This time, there was almost no line to order which was nice. There was a bit of a line waiting for food, so I probably waited 5-10 minutes to get my food. No complaints about the food. They made my chicken deluxe sandwich correctly with no pickles. I do think the menu should say that it comes with pickles so that people aren't surprised. The fries were good an expected as well. They were generous with the Chick-fil-a sauce which was nice. Watch out for some sass from one of the cashiers that mumbles if you come here early in the morning. When you talk under your breath, the customer is going to ask you to repeat yourself. I know Chick-fil-A has recently gotten some competition with Popeyes making a chicken sandwich but, Chick-fil-A is definitely the OG in this game! This is a great pit stop if you have a long layover or need a fill-up before your flight. I am always a sucker for airport food stands. Their waffle fries are delicious! The weaved texture of waffle fries always make eating it more fun. I liked how perfectly seasoned they were. Their nuggets are shaped like real chicken and taste like real chicken. Usually, nuggets have that texture of mashed up chicken that is shaped into a patty. I didn't like how all of their ketchup packets were smeared with ketchup. I thought it was cool how there was live music in the food court where this Chick-fil-A was. There was a saxophone player, drummer and rapper. It wasn't the quickest service ever but the wait wasn't too bad. There's plenty of seating because this place is located in a food court. read more

Food is excellent. The staff are full of sass. One customer was confused where the line was and came to the cashier directly. The cashier directed her to the back of the line and then complained to her colleague "can you believe people are stupid enough not to know where the line is?" Just a lot of ballsy backtalk in front of customers. The food is, as usual, amazing. Unfortunately, this location only serves a limited menu, so no chicken strips, grilled styled nuggets/strips, kids meal, salads, ice cream, etc. They do have the lemonade though. The line moves quick, and the food is freshly fried because of the steady stream of customers. Despite the attitude, the cashier still says "my pleasure," the Chick-fil-A way, when you thank them.
