She had me hooked when she mentioned a Salmon Cheesesteak which could have shrimp added. It's served with peppers, onions and Monterey jack cheese on a Liscio's roll. My sandwich was made to order and came out pretty fast. The guy working the grill did a great job. The sandwich held together well and was not sloppy at all. The salmon is finely chopped up/minced and had wonderful flavors. The shrimp were fresh and sat on top of the sandwich. I really enjoyed the flavor profile, it had a cajun black pepper bite and the cheese melted well inside the bun and with the meat to help give it a creamy flavor. I've never had a sandwich like this before and would definitely repeat. I hope these guys find a way to add pizza to this location, but they are doing ok with the menu as it exists now.
