Sadly, I do not have much good to say about this Chick-fil-A. In my opinion it is the worst one in the area. This location was the very first one where I have experienced a rude Chick-fil-A worker. It was years ago, but I still remember it. Additionally, they are heavily disorganized and it leads to longer than normal wait times even by Chick-fil-A standards. I think the thing that made it worse for me is I got overcharged for my breakfast meal on my last visit. Instead of charging me for the meal, they charged me individually for every item which resulted an additional three dollars being charged to me, than should have been. I really hate going to establishments where I feel like I have to double and triple check behind the workers. Additionally, they did not ask me if I wanted any condiments so I went without by the time I remembered it. I avoid this location at all cost from here on out. read more

We visit this location regularly and always dine in before going to the movies. Food is great, but the annoying aspect about this location is the section with booths is an employee lounge/hangout. Every time we visit, we are surrounded by young loud employees. Every. Single. Time. It would be great if they could move the booths to another section and put regular tables along the window where the employees socialize. read more

This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-a in the whole area. Every other location has employees trained like corporate drones but with a heart. This location is unorganized and often has employees who have no clue what their job is and are often in roles they aren't ready for. Gus should lose his franchises and allow someone with a clue on how to hire and train take over the stores. The quality of the food is adequate but service has to be some of the worst in the area. This has happened multiple times by now as I just got home after waiting 30 minutes for chicken nuggets and they don't have my completed order. I went to Drive Thru and Kenyonna the employee that took my order, she was very unpleasant and made me feel like I was making her life miserable, rolling her eyes when I was asking question about my Chick-Fil-A App; she doesn't know how the app works because she doesn't have one; that was her answer. I did order spicy sandwiches meal with large fry with Diet Dr Pepper, the food was cold; when I decided to check my order the large fry was a joke, attached picture for facts. This location is a joke. I tried calling the restaurant to inform them they are selling carbonation with a splash of Coke. No one bothers to pick up the phone at this location. Plus, the gentleman asked for payment though I had a reward and plenty of money on my app. He refused to double check and said the system was correct. I paid with cash. If the employees spent more time paying attention to the customer and their products versus all the personal conversations, maybe orders would be more accurate. The food quality is awful. The chicken sandwich is so thin and overcooked and the fries are tropically over cooked/seasoned with salt. The service is the WORST! Where in the world in management?? Honestly the workers are working hard. I wanted to come on here to compliment 2 people that I encountered with my visit. One was a young African American gentleman that was doing it all. He multitasked, he was handling the entire front end with no worries, he was awesome along with I believe the manager gal, I didn't get her name but she took my order and I think all they need is structure and more employees! I realized as we were eating and the sugar ants were getting in my Grandsons food. The young lady supposedly cleaning up was 1/2 cleaning the tables and kept walking right over garbage on the floor. Actually several employees walked over the garbage. There wasn't one employee who said thank you or my pleasure while we were there. I'm going to leave a 5 star review not because this location deserves it, probably more like 4 stars, but because these other reviews are insane! This location is constantly slammed morning noon and night in a horribly designed parking lot. This is not their fault. I live right down the street and have eaten here many times over the years. The service is always fine. I can't think of a single time I thought anyone was rude? Im sure with this many one star reviews there certainly has been some issues but I also think people tend to be more likely to leave a review if they have a poor experience, then all the other people who had to wait 20 minutes wrapped around the building and still left satisfied. We stopped going to this location 4+ years ago because of the slow service and the condition of the dining room (every trash can overflowing). Headed to a ball game on the weekend, we decided to place a mobile order and pick it up on the way. After remodeling, this is currently drive thru only. We entered the drive thru lane and after about 5 minutes we moved close enough for an employee to approach and register our name & order. After about 7 minutes more, no vehicles had moved. I called over the employee (who had stopped approaching cars since there was no movement) to ask if there was a significant problem. I explained that if it was going to continue at this pace we'd be glad to get out of line & cancel our order, since our car was still in a spot where this was possible. If we moved any farther, we would be trapped in line. She replied, "Things are starting to move forward" and we advanced a car length, where we were blocked in. No more movement for another 8 minutes. By the time we reached the window, we had been in line for 30 minutes. I interacted with 4 employees throughout the experience - not one of them acted as if they had received training or knew what was happening. No explanation or apology. If you know and love Chick-fil-a, please avoid this location. You will be severely disappointed. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest CFA I have near me. I say unfortunately because every single time I come through the drive thru. It's filled with rude employees who act like they don't want to be here. What happened to the CFA feel? The niceness and being courteous? I have been going here for 4 months now and have yet to meet one kind or courteous soul. I despise writing reviews of fast food restaurants because I feel it's unnecessary but CFA is not a fast food place for most people I suppose and I just can not keep going here and getting treated this way every time. Let's start off with the young man that took my order was hunched over the terminal and never asked for my name nor if I was eating in or carrying out. My boyfriend and I waited over 45 minutes for 2 salads, asked about our order several times, and eventually decided to leave without our food. The facility was absolutely disgusting and there were several tables covered in garbage. There seemed to be no one in charge and every single staff member moved at a painfully slow pace. When asked about our order, several staff members seemed to be absolutely clueless. I used to commend Chick-fil-A for how they reacted to the pandemic times and were able to move people through extremely long lines quickly. I've seen this service replicated in Washington state Arizona and California all during pandemic times. But recently moved to Florida and going to the one right down my house I have never experienced terrible service and the longest wait times. iI you have a bunch of teenagers running the show at night you might want to hire an adult to watch them because they're pretty much doing whatever they want in the line is literally wrapped around the building two times. This location needs some management!! Avoid by all means unless you are ok with waiting at least 20 minutes to get your food. No one directs traffic, orders are not taken in any order and the last 4 times I've gone through the drive thru I have waited a minimum of 20 minutes. Today I waited 30. I usually don't write reviews but my last few experiences were terrible. You would think if you were waiting almost a half hour the fries would at least be hot. This place needs to get it together. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I live around the corner and choose to drive to Seminole because of how terrible the Pinellas location is. The service is really atrocious. It's all young staff who clearly were not trained properly. The food is always incorrect and cold. The staff never pays attention to your order or requests. They chose to remodel this location only to make it the same layout with a long wait in the drive thru. I always give places multiple tries and the benefit of the doubt especially since I am a restaurant manager but this is just unacceptable and not the Chick-fil-A way.
