Stopped in for chicken and a biscuit , this place was chaos... It opened sometime in October and is understaffed and mismanaged... 15. People lined up to get orders they purchased online and it took 10 minutes, literally 10 minutes for me to be even acknowledged at the counter, my chicken and biscuit order took 20 minutes for me to receive it. This is the first time I've ever been to Bojangles and was not impressed how the place is run. They have no condiments outside where you get your napkins, and straws, and refill your tea, no salt, pepper, or ketchup... Wanted to check out the "Southern Rite of Passage" so I was told. My son and I hopped here for lunch yesterday and we split a 5 piece Tender meal with Fries. I also had their Southern Ice Tea as my bev. I did enjoy the tenders but for me the fries were over-seasoned for my taste. I'm sure that's how it's presented but not my jam. Their biscuit was good but it could've used some honey. I'm not sure if they offered that but I could've asked. The place was kinda messy with the floors and some of the tables dirty. I did notice a manager kinda walking around and if they were busy he could've helped clean up but he didn't look like he was in a rush. The best thing about them is that everyone was kind & not pushy. - Even the customers. I will probably return when the smoke clears because they haven't been opened a week even but overall they have great biscuits & the dirty rice ain't bad!! I generally don't choose tenders over a bone-in piece so I didn't eat them but the texture was crispy & golden. Well, that is an hour and a half of my life I will never get back. A steady stream of cars went through the drive through while a handful of us waited for more than an hour inside to get our meals. When our order finally came out, several items were missing, including our French fry and the dressing for my salad. My salad also arrived without cucumbers and without cheese. When we went up to ask for the missing items, the staff acted as if we were making it up and asked to see the food. We waited another five minutes just to get one fry. I had to repeat my request for dressing several times before someone finally handed it to me, and then I was told they were out of cucumbers. I had to ask again for the cheese, and once more they wanted to see the salad, as if I would lie about that. It was very clear that the staff was not prepared for the amount of customers, and that reflects directly on management for creating such a poor first impression. The fries were stale and overcooked. The drive through line is still pretty long, but the wait wasn't too bad! There had to be about 10-15 cars in front of mine but I only waited about 10-15 minutes before I was taken care of. Because there was so many people in line there was an employee standing outside to take orders. I've never been there before, and they helped me figure out what was popular and what to order. Spicy Chicken Sandwich 5/5 Comparing it to other chicken sandwiches I've had from other places this one tops the cake. It was bigger than I thought it would be, very crispy and super filling. Chicken Tender Combo 4/5 The tenders weren't as crispy as the sandwich but still very filling. Their medium fries are huge and the biscuit was good! I also got the original bojangles sauce. I'm usually not a fan of horseradish but I had to try it and it didn't disappoint. Mac and cheese 4/5 Good amount of Mac and cheese and when it was fresh and hot it tasted great! Overall it was a great experience. Service was fast and friendly and the food was pretty good, even after the car ride home. I'm glad I called since I'm in Dunedin at the spot is in Largo, I was informed that their restaurant doesn't sell REAL FRIED CHICKEN! They focused on chicken tenders!!!??? What???? What a waste! Visited Bojangles Pinellas over the weekend and it's not exactly how I remember but it was good. I ordered a chicken biscuit with Hashbrowns and I love that nothing was greasy although it's fried! The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the biscuit was fresh. This location was packed and workers were friendly and got orders out efficiently. The fresh brewed tea was also very good! Just to get it out of the way, the food is fine/above average. It has a good flavor distinction between its other chicken competitors. Now, to address the negatives. This location opened a few months ago, and when I first visited I walked out due to the crowded chaos and lengthy line. I wasn't upset, I just chalked it up to the excitement of a new chain coming to town. My visit today was a nightmare. I placed my order online and arrived on the time specified. There was a scrum of around 10 people waiting for their order, including myself. The levels of disorganization was astounding. Various customers were just handing their receipts to the one employee who was doing her best to assemble the orders. 2 other front store employees were just kind of floating around while orders piled up. There were a lot of employees in the back that looked like they were making chicken, but the orders were not getting delivered in a timely fashion. I waited for my order for around 35 minutes past the pickup time until I got my food. My advice if you do go here is to use the drive through, so that they have to deal with you directly. I hope they get their act together and clean house, or else this place will be closed in record speed after it's opened to great fanfare. read more

We ordered through the app and never got our food. We stood in the store for over 30 minutes AFTER the app said its ready. We asked three different people about the order. None of them cared. Dozens of people walking up got their order but we never did. I am from NC and I love Bojangles but I will never go back to this store and let it spoil something I otherwise enjoy. Not great. Just walking in the door the first thing I noticed were filthy floors and every table was dirty. There was about ten people who looked miserable waiting on their food as the wait was long. Worse than miserable looking were the employees. The last straw was when an employee kept shouting to someone named Tracy, that their order was ready. Apparently, she thought I was Tracy (Who probably got fed up waiting and left) so she stood inches from my face and stared at me without a word. I was so taken a back! It took me a few moments to realize what was happening but that was enough for me. My friend ordered and said the sandwich was good but he didn't really enjoy the fries or the much talked about sweet tea. As for me, no thanks. I came home and heated up leftovers. On 5/30/26 around 3:30 pm I bought a meal for $11.22 at Pinellas Park Bojangles and the thief at the drive thru window kept my card and used it at the same Bojanges for a charge of $22.45. When I realized this about an hour later I froze my account and now have cancelled the card. She handed me my food and I thought my card as well but the fraudster kept it and used it. It was a Discover credit card. The food sucked as well. If you decide to go here I would pay in cash as there are thieves working there. read more

And regardless of the small mishaps on the opening, we know the other menu items will be coming shortly and anticipate their arrival. The flavor of the food was good. The fries and chicken were seasoned okay. However, they ran out of Bo sauce, so we ended up with Honey mustard and it wasn't good. The house ranch was tasty, but not on the chicken. The Mac and cheese was just okay. I'm a sauce person, so not having the Bo's sauce was a big deal. I feel like I wasted $30 for a sub par experience. The tea also wasn't great. They didn't give us the large fries after they uncharged for them, I had to go back in. Awful quality food compared to their northern counterpart. The chicken tastes unseasoned, along with the biscuits and gravy. I'm used to biting into a Cajun filet biscuit and getting a mouth full of spice, seeing the orange seasoning seeped into the white of the chicken. Here, it tastes like a dry, barely seasoned chicken biscuit, with the chicken pure white all the way through. The chicken also has a strange consistency to it. Knowing that they probably have different suppliers for chicken in Florida, if it at least tasted the same I wouldn't mind. Up north the gravy has a brownish tint to it, with a spice kick. Down here it's pure white gravy that genuinely tastes completely unseasoned. At least the fries and bo berry biscuits are relatively the same. read more

Do not go to this location because you get enticed that a Bojangles you grew up with came to Fl. This place was kind of an insane experience because we walked in to no one in the store at 8:50 am besides a man picking up a small bag for a door dash order. That was the only person there and then 1 pick up truck in the drive through. The lady who was giving the guy door dashing his order started to shout out how the employee needed to close down the drive through insinuating that there was too many people there?? She kept shouting to the employees that one of them needed to close down the drive through line and block it off. It was our mistake of still staying to actually order right off the bat but we did. It took us roughly 15-20 minutes to get an order that we didn't ask for, and when we were looking for the receipt we realized she didn't give us one. So we basically got 1 different sandwich we didn't order & the biscuit I got on my sandwich that was the correct order was so burnt I couldn't bend it/ crumble it. My partner asked for a different biscuit, the woman was not happy about it. Starts to shout again in the back and when I looked at the chicken I realized by the end of the sandwich that it was fried batter & chicken skin without any chicken for the last .25 of the sandwich. I don't know why that manager/ staff member is there running a brand new opened location if she can't handle 1 car in the drive through and one couple that walked in but this place is NOT worth your hard earned money. read more
