This is the worst CFA in the area! The food quality has gotten worse over time. They will take your order from the end of line and wait until you are in the front to give it to you although it has been bagged just sitting there so the food is cold when you receive! What happened to the pompano location??? So we were here after a school function around 8:25 pm and they must have ALL the kids working at night. There was 3-4 sitting at a table , 2 going on break and the rest having a great social hour around the hot station, just out of sight- all while we along with a line behind us trying to get our dinners. The Facebook "ads" for this location seem so nice and friendly but the opposite atmosphere in store. Very disappointed how quickly this location went downhill. Wont be quick to return. read more

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They're always clean and friendly people working there.I love their grilled chicken with cheese and bacon sandwich and their chicken strips are always nice and moist, not too dry.Im not saying it's the healthiest food in town, but it taste good and better than most other fast food chains.This particular Chick-fil-A is really busy at lunch time so try to beat the lunch rush or wait till later in the day. read more

The meat here always smells bad, flavor is nonexistant, and the ice cream taste like an icey slushie. I never knew a horrible Chick-fil-A could exist til this one proved me wrong. Yes, I visited Chick-fil-A on its opening day. Yes, I braved the long lines and chaotic counter. And yes, I would have been one of those people who camped out the day before, except I had to be all "responsible" and go to work instead. I visited knowing full well it would be a madhouse, but the excellent service and attention I received made up for it. The interior is smaller than I expected, and the counter curves around just inside the door. They had six registers lined up, and every one of them was packed. But they all went so quickly that we didn't wait very long at all. My only complaint is that they forgot to give me the brownie I had ordered for my co-worker with her meal, but I bear some of that responsibility for not checking before I left. But the nuggets were perfectly cooked (I was afraid they'd be underdone because of the huge rush), the service was great and a guy even came around asking how our food was, while handing us a mint and purell wipe. I've gotten better service at Chick-fil-A than most sit down restaurants... that says a lot about them. I'm a huge fan of this place, so to FINALLY have one in my neck of the woods has made me very happy. If the massive crowd today was any indication, I'd be willing to bet others around here feel the same way. read more

I visited March 23 @ 2P. Despite the fact it was well past lunch time, it was deathly crowded. I could not park due to the line in the drive thru. I am glad they are obtaining great business, so no fault. I entered & was taken immediately. I ordered #1 & had a coupon for an additional sandwich. I used said coupon & ended up with a standard sandwich, medium fries, Diet Coke (#1) & somehow an additional large fries. They made an error regarding the second free sandwich. It happens, as we are all human & it was crowded. I asked for it to be fixed & the logic of how they went about adjusting it still confounds me. They provided a refund on the large fries which I didn't want & charged me the different via a sandwich! Also, the Associate Ben who conducted the change was snarly & a bit rude me. Finally, the replacement sandwich came out straight away, but unfortunately it tasted half baked. I asked for the Owner Operator's email & they didn't want to provide it. They seemed shocked & scared that I the title of a higher up. I was given the card of an Assistant Manager who saw the incident. I didn't bother to email her cause I felt she would not stick up for me & just wanted me gone! Prior to visiting I thought, should I drive to my usual Deerfield Chick-Fil-A?! They are amazing! I said not today cause I was right across the street from this establishment. It was the worst decision made that day. If you want an overpriced sandwich with a side of snark & unapologetic employees, this is a fit. If you want very matured & caring employees which make you feel better after visiting, see Natalie & the excellent staff at Deerfield Beach. Never again will I go to Pompano Chick-Fil-A! read more

Those Christians know how to make a mean chicken. I'm a sucker for anyone who says "My pleasure" I can't help it, it just makes me giddy. Add that to the wonderfulness that is Chick Fil A and you got a great location. It's always been a clean store with friendly employees but they could use some more staff. I always see a lot of employees there but only a person or two manning the counter while the line is out the door. If you follow them on Facebook or Twitter, they usually put a ton of promotions on there for free stuff. If it's free, its for me!! read more

Yeah the food is great here but the bad part is finding a boot on your tire because they don't have enough parking for their guests. I had to pay $68 to get it removed .. beware of what could be your most expensive Chick-fil-A meal ever folks! -because of their lack of parking I should get my $68 reimbursed!!!!! read more

I haven't reviewed this yet?? We go here weekly for the kids to have one of their kids meals. Occasionally we brave the play area inside, which is kept clean, but can be overly chaotic and dangerous due to too many parents that dump their precious darlings in there and then ignore them. Only knock on this place. Service is impeccable and solid and friendly. Everyone is positive and makes sure everything's to your liking. So unlike every other fast food joint. The quality of the food is great, and it's way healthier than McDeath or Burger Thing or KFC. Yes, they get crowded, but they keep it moving great and another nod to the staff, they don't get frazzled. Another great local place that does great things with local schools & charities to help raise money for them. As for the ghetto, uh, not really. This is on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and across the street from a mall. Sure, the Long John Silvers is pretty ghetto, but that's it. Awesome place. read more

I have been to many Chick-fil-A's and found this one to be one of the better ones... Upon entering this Chick-Fil-A I noticed it was bright and airy. It was very clean and organized... I stepped up to the counter and placed a large order for 8 people... The menu is very easy to read. There is a great selections of items to choose from and many are healthy... Chick-Fil-A sells many different types of chicken...breaded fried, grilled,and side fruit. My favorite is their waffle fries... They even make wraps which have great flavor... Their shakes are thick and rich and the menu has something for everyone including a kids meal... The staff was really friendly when I came in .I like that our server repeated everything back to me and to my delight my order came out perfect with no mistakes.. There is seating if you want to eat at this Chick-Fil-A. There is even a indoor play area for the kids... Outside there is quite a bit of free parking... My spicy crispy chicken sandwich with melted cheese hit the spot and tasted great... It was seasoned perfectly...As I previously mentioned their waffle fries are really good and I love dipping them in ketchup... I noticed they still make a chicken Caesar wrap, but some of the other wraps are off their menu too bad. The food is consistently good but be warned they are not open on Sunday's...if your looking for something really tasty , fast and delicious then try this place. Bad experience when many cars on line. Chick-fil-a has good service but not here in pompano.

Free breakfast item on Wednesday with the app! This Chick-fil-A is always so tempting. Luckily I pass by on the opposite side going to work but if the light is green or there is a break in opposing traffic I pretty much always stop and get my fix of chicken. I've even tried to live late for work so I do not have extra time. I badly wish they still had the spicy chicken biscuit but my jam now is a chicken egg and cheese biscuit or the chicken minis on those little delicious yeast rolls. I'm pretty sure the free breakfast item is always the chicken biscuit but I have had a egg white and grilled chicken English muffin in my bag once and I was not disappoint eating it waiting for the light to change. So if someday I'm told they are out of the little fried chicken used for breakfast I'll know what to order. But given that Chick-fil-A is ran amazingly well and that I literally can't remember ever being told they were out of something in the 20 plus years I can remember I'm thinking that healthy option might not be ordered anytime soon. You would think I go to the gym because I live in South Florida and go to the beach but no it's for Peach milkshakes, Frosted lemonades, and Chick-fil-A sauce. Shout out to their marketing team. What was it ?????? Lack of training, prejudice against Senior citizens, ignorance, or just plain not caring. To a restaurant that has such a fine reputation, it was a shock. Whatever it was it was very upsetting to my wife and myself. Thursday evening Susan was hunger, so she did a mobile order. We then went to the restaurant and indicated we were there and wait..... and waited..... and waited..... over 15 minutes. Susan finally went into the restranunt and they said they were currently preparing.... Waited another 7 minutes..... she inquired and they just brushed her off..... everyone there was unaware of what happened to the order..... She came back to the car and I went in to see what the issue was.... I got the same treatment.... The brush off...... I ask to see the manager..... waited another 5 to 7 minutes..... and FINALLY a person named Valentina Iregui came out.... I told her what the problem was and she said she would check on it..... she walked over to the serving area and was checking the monitors..... and then began bagging other orders..... waited another 5 to 7 minutes..... why was she egorring me..... or was she just rude.... Just to clarify things I did not raise my voice or rude in anyway, we had just came from church..... tried to get her attention but again was ignored ..... Finally I just gave up..... was this something they just did to seniors..... just ignore them when there was a problem..... I thought maybe that we have made a mistake on ordering.... Lines in the drive through are ridiculous but I don't understand why people cant leave their cars and go inside. It's so much faster. Often Ill see like two three people in the line inside and 15 cars lined up in the drive through. There's only one drive through line in this location so it doesn't move that fast. GO INSIDE!! It's A LOT quicker! (90% of the time). I like this location as usual staff is very friendly and hospitable. Plenty of parking outside and it's in a good area. Ordered a Cobb salad and requested no bacon, as I typically do, and was told that at this particular location they do not remove bacon from their salads. I visit CFA frequently and have never been met with this type of excuse. The manager as well as the server stated that this is only at their particular location because the owner doesn't allow them to remove bacon from their salads. They're always smiling and seem to be enjoying themselves. 2. The speed - They are always efficient... even down to having 2 team members out in the drive-thru taking orders to make things go faster. So, even if the drive-thru looks ridiculously long, I still trust to get in and out quickly. 3. The food - I have never been to Chick-fil-a and received cold food. And those waffle fries are amazing... they never disappoint. 4. The deals - It seems like every time I go into the app I have a new treat waiting for me! This is twice that I've had a horrible experience here. The 1st time was ordering drive-thru and they forgot my 12 piece nuggets and me like an idiot didn't check my bag till I got home. I was so upset and it was too far to drive back. The second time, I placed an order through the app on the phone and pulled up to the curb for pick up, and ONCE AGAIN they forgot a chicken sandwich that was part of the order.......and once again I did not realize it till I was too far. Both times I called the store as soon as I realized and no lie... I called about 8 times and NO ONE EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE. Always loved Chick-fil-A since my kids grew up in the Midwest with fast food Chick-fil-a. NOW My little adopted Kids enjoyed playing here, so I gave the place another chance. Napkins receptacles are now available. I ordered the chicken noodle soup but instead I got a southwestern or something spicy. I thought I could try and eat it but after 4-5 teaspoon. It becomes spicier. So my boyfriend told them what happened so they replaced the soup with what I really ordered in the first place. I went there and told them thank you for replacing the soup. They made it a good customer service, they apologized again. Wet wipes is not there still or those mint candies that I used to like is not there as well.
