BACON CHEESEBURGER FRIES (REGULAR) CAJUN RANCH GARLIC AIOLI
    Christina W.

Stopped by Super Bowl night for a bite. The three gentlemen working did an exceptional job and had such great attitudes. Though they were slammed they were all in great spirits and still kind under pressure. Even with the never ending line of uber drivers coming in for the same 48 burger order the customer refused to wait patiently for. It took quite a while to get my order, but all was perfect. I sat in the lobby to enjoy my bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. The lobby could've used some cleaning. Wasn't horrible, but small things here and there. Walking towards the bathroom I could smell the worst stench. In the bathroom it was the strongest. The bathrooms looked clean, but they had the worst smell ever. I will say this isn't typical for this location though!

Listen, this place makes some amazing burgers and fries. But they also do some awesome custard and they have some great flavors as well. The Customerservice is pretty awesome and you can order right at the computer. If you don't wanna order out the computer, you can order through the app.

"CEO burger" with bun that was wet but also crumbly. Made wrong.

I used to like this BurgerFi. Today we went and saw signs all over saying, "under new management." Okaaaay.. maybe it will be better? The kids chicken tenders tasted good but otherwise, no. The burgers were not good and the order didn't come out right. No truffle on the fries, no honey mustard for the chicken tenders, no bacon jam on the CEO burger. And the burger meat is gray, flavorless, and dry. The top of the bun was really wet and falling apart. All of our fries were overcooked. The sprite literally tasted like soap. The cashier tried it and, to her surprise, agreed. No idea how that could happen. My child drank most of it! There were also no knives, no iced tea, no root beer, and broken dispensers. The ordering machine was slow and annoying (the other one was broken). The "owner" was dismissive and unhelpful when I showed him my burger. He asked what I wanted to be done but was clearly not trying to solve anything. I said at least an apology and to recognize the problems. He said that the woman making the food already apologized (not to me). I asked for a new bun only. He said he would make it again. I said, no thank you - the young woman making it may not have been trained properly but she did an awful job. She did give me a new toasted bun. Later, they brought over a new CEO burger before we were to leave. It was still overly greasy (though much hotter). My husband tried it and said it was better, it had some kind of sauce that he liked and that the first one didn't have on it. I just couldn't eat it. It's just not like it used to be. (They also don't have the hot dog anymore.) I should've asked for a refund but instead will just avoid this location.

I came in on a Saturday evening for my birthday freebie! I noticed they have added screens where you can order your food, I waited in the line to order my food with an employee just cause I'm old school. I was stuck between the mocha coffee and cookies and cream! She suggested the mocha coffee if I'm more into bitter coffee, so I went with the cookies and cream! The service was quick my shake was made within 5 minutes! The inside was very clean as well as the outside. I sat outside because the weather was so nice. I enjoyed every sip of my shake! It has nice chunks of Oreos in it! I can't believe I've never had a shake here. I will definitely be back for more delicious food!

Messy condiment station. Greasy. Ketchup machine broken.

RAW CHICKEN AND DIRTY DINING, YIKES!! MANAGEMENT MIA! CALL CORPORATE AND THEN CALL THE DOCTOR! As a repeat customer, I am shocked at how far BurgerFi Coral Springs has fallen. What was once a clean, enjoyable, and reliable spot has now become a cautionary tale of mismanagement, neglect, and unacceptable risks to customer safety. I dined at 8pm on Friday, September 26th, 2025. From the moment I walked in, it was clear something was wrong. The dining room and ordering counter were untidy--greasy surfaces, old napkins, dusty fixtures. My father always said, "If the front of a restaurant looks dirty, imagine the back." That thought haunted me throughout the night. The cashier struggled with a malfunctioning iPad instead of the standard POS system, leaving customers waiting far too long. The staff--young kids clearly left to manage the store alone--were doing their best, but there was no sign of management . The ordering area was a mess: dusty card holders, soiled napkins, cups covering the beer taps (apparently "out," though likely because nobody was old enough to serve). Even the soda station was sticky, oversprayed, and out of stock on several options--worse yet, employees were using it casually while customers waited in line. The floor was greasy and covered in rags. There were kid menus and no crayons. Ripped seats. A clear overture for what was yet to come. When my order finally came, it was wrong. The cashier had rung in a plain burger instead of the cheeseburger I asked for. No utensils were provided--I had to dig out a broken knife from a jammed dispenser to cut my daughter's chicken tenders. And then came the worst moment: her chicken was undercooked. I immediately returned to the counter, terrified that my child could be sick from eating raw chicken. The young woman helping me was kind but powerless. With no manager in the building, nobody could issue a refund. Instead, I was asked to scribble my information on the back of my receipt. Let me be very clear: there was not a single manager in the restaurant on a Friday night during dinner rush. This is not just poor service--this is dangerous. The restaurant was filthy, the staff was untrained and unsupported, and the food was unsafe. I am left hoping my daughter doesn't get salmonella from what should have been a simple kid's meal. To the credit of the young employee who kept her cool and tried her best--thank you. But this is not her fault. This is a total collapse of management, training, and corporate oversight. Final warning: I will never return. This location is no longer clean, safe, or reliable. Customers deserve better, and families certainly should not have to fear food poisoning from a kid's meal. Please--stay far, far away.

I read that burger fi will be using beyond meat for their veggie burger (so it is vegan and not just vegetarian). Does anyone know if this switch has been made?

I'd say yes. I'm here now and the napkin dispenser has it advertised.

He represents everything you love about a true, independent neighborhood spot -- passion, pride, and a genuine connection to his customers. This place is a labor of love. Started back in 2008 by Harvey and his wife Judy Zimmer, Hotdogopolis isn't just serving hot dogs... it's delivering a proper Chicago-style experience right here in Boca. The foundation is top-notch -- Vienna Beef hot dogs, authentic rolls, and all the right ingredients. From there, it's anything you want... every possible topping, done the right way. The Chicago dog is the star, of course -- dragged through the garden and perfectly executed. Snap, flavor, balance... just excellent. The Chicago Dog was perfect, A dog with Cole Slaw and Onions, also great. French Fries are a must order. When I ordered a Malt, Harvey made it himself! Wow!! What also sets this place apart is the variety. Not in the mood for a classic? They've got game meat hot dogs as well -- something a little different, and a fun change of pace if you're looking to mix it up. Reminded me of the legendary long-gone Chicago spot, Hot Doug's. But beyond the food, it's the feel of the place. Casual, unpretentious, and real. The kind of spot that reminds you why these independently owned gems matter so much. Harvey isn't just running a business -- he's putting himself into it every day, and it shows. Great product, great guy, great experience. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My wife bet me $100 that they wouldn't take it. So, I showed it to the elderly owner/ cashier, he frowned, and bellyached that it was purchased 14 years ago. I showed him No expiration. He called the company, who had me in their system, but no record of the coupon code. He told me he couldn't honor it, he'd go broke if he did. I asked if he'd been in business 20 years, and it wouldn't kill him if he extended a little customer service for the $10 off of a $ 20 purchase. (Spent $35.00) Apparently, Restaurant .com changed their coding system years ago. So, I psid cash (with a 15% discount). Needless to say, the hot dogs were borderline awful, the fries were mealy. That was a half-hour I won't ever get back. And I wont be patronizing his business again. Yuck! And I lost the bet.

They served authentic Vienna Beef Chicago with mustard, relish, pickles, tomatoes, celery salt, and sport peppers on a poppy seed bun. In the 1980s, they purchased the modest 780-square-foot building that still houses the restaurant today. Back then, a Chicago dog cost just $1.45. When the Stars finally retired, it looked like Hot Dog Heaven might disappear forever. Fortunately, Joe Barra stepped in to keep the legend alive. Rather than reinventing the place, he kept everything exactly the way people loved it. The menu remains a tribute to classic Chicago street food. You can still order a dog topped with mustard, grilled onions, and sauerkraut, or go for chili and chopped onions. If you want the full Illinois experience, there's the classic Chicago dog piled high with mustard, onions, neon relish, tomatoes, pickles, celery salt, and sport peppers. The menu also includes Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches, sausage and peppers heroes, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. I ordered the Polish sausage with mustard, grilled onions, and hot peppers. The fries arrived hot, crispy, and perfectly crinkle-cut the way God intended. After I finished my sandwich, only one thought came to mind: Dang, that was good. The bun really makes it. This is old school comfort food done right. Prices aren't what they were in 1979. My Polish sausage and fries came to about $13, but it was worth every penny. Inside is tight with stools at the counter along the window, but there are three tables out front where you can enjoy your meal while watching the parade of traffic roar down Sunrise Boulevard. I'm sure it helped that I was hungry, but I ordered fast. 2 dogs to go and the philly steak egg rolls. I had asked, "what's good to eat in the car on the way home?",, a couple people said the egg rolls. They were right. I don't know how they make them, but I would swear they were made in house. Great beef. The hot dogs made it safely home. a tasty Chicago dog and a Polish sausage. the latter was the winner, with its shrooms and sautéed onions. They've been here for 40 years, and that kind of longevity doesn't happen unless you're doing something very right. The formula is simple. No frills, no gimmicks, just food that shows up and delivers every single time. And a staff that runs the place like they've got a sixth sense for when you need more cheese or another napkin. Tonight I went with my usual, the five-way. Spaghetti, chili, beans, onions, and enough cheddar cheese to make a cardiologist raise an eyebrow. It comes out looking like a beautiful mess. Like if comfort food and chaos had a baby. One bite in and suddenly you understand all your past decisions and forgive yourself for most of them. Add a splash of their hot sauce and now we're cooking with purpose. Brought my mom for her first visit and she went with the chicken tenders and fries. I expected polite bites. Maybe a "this is nice." Instead, she absolutely crushed the plate like she was in a competitive eating league I didn't know she joined. Her review was "this is really good," which in mom terms is basically a standing ovation. Then we made the bold, courageous choice to order funnel fries for dessert. Were we full? Yes. Did that stop us? Not even a little. Crispy, sugary, and worth every single regret we don't actually have. We left full, happy, and walking slightly slower than when we came in, which feels like the correct pace after a meal like this. Pro tip: go large so you've got leftovers. Nothing hits harder than opening the fridge later and realizing past you had your back. And grab a bottle of their hot sauce on the way out. Fair warning, you will start putting it on things that have no business being that good. Five stars!
