I love Chick-fil-A but not so much at this one. Getting in at lunch time is crazy. The drive thru is swamped, cars entering the parking lot from various points. Once inside there's a cheesy rope divider as an attempt to direct customer flow but it doesn't work very well as several of us entered from different points. At the counter I was greeted by Tiahna. She blurted out "I can help the next guest in line" and as I proceeded to speak she turned away to finish her conversation with a co worker discussing personal business. Very unprofessional! I gave my order, paid and moved aside to let the next guest get waited on. Tiahna decided she needed to redirect me (very rudely I might add) to the area where my order would be brought out which was already crowded with other guests and my order wasn't being called. The counter was a mess with water and melted ice everywhere from the staff making drinks haphazardly. Low and behold when they called my name to get my order, it was wrong. I didn't order waffle fries so I was forced to get back in line to get a refund from the mgr. Went over to the condiments counter to grab a straw and some pepper packets and it too was messy. I should've snapped some pics. I'll avoid this location but will revisit the restaurant elsewhere. read more

Went to this chick fil a today and the service was poor, they forgot all our sauces and forgot our 8 count nugget, we also ordered the Mac and cheese and it was cold, I also ordered half lemonade half water and got all lemonade, the trash cans were over filling and there were hand prints all over the windows while we were eating our cold Mac and cheese, we sat at dirty table because it was the only one available we went to grab napkins and there were none. This has to be the worst chik fil a I have been to and this is my go to chik fil a and I've never experienced it like this before. I usually go thru the drive thru which seems like the better option so you don't have to see the shit show inside. read more

Crazy how i was was waiting on the drive through and this lady taking orders started taking orders from another lane that had formed when my lane had like 8 people waiting before. When i asked her why?? If i came wayyy before them. She rudely replies " madam there is someone else that will go to you" like if that will make a difference. I was before so my order had to be put before just like people behind me. Very sad that they dont see that! I had to go back to work but i left after waiting 15 mins or more with no food. I visit this location at least 3 to 4 times each week. Last Saturday was my last, I ordered and paid for my food and used points to get a cookie. At lunch time I went back and when I returned to work I realized the lemonade was hot, nothing cold and refreshing about it, the waffle fries were so cold and halfway in the box and most of all the cookie was hard as a rock, I had to throw it away. Very disappointing, I reached out to them through the app the same day and as if today no response. Right now I am very turned off and not interested in visiting this location. read more

The food is always good but the customer service is so bad. Poor management is allowing the staff to not deliver the standards that Chick-fil-A is famous for. Do not expect the infamous Chick-fil-A hospitality, you won't find it here. This is the ONLY Chick-fil-A restaurant I have ever been to that repeatedly gets my order wrong or when I use the drive through and they ask me to park out front, I have to go inside to get my food - while several servers are taking a break at the front table eating or on their phones. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Even when they are extremely busy, the quality of service and food does not suffer at all. The manager here is outstanding and one of the friendliest people I have ever met. The food is always great and consistent. One time, my car broke down in the drive-thru and instead of getting upset, the manager and two other staff members came out to help. I thought they would be upset, they let me come inside and cool off (it was the middle of July). During my other trips, the staff always offers to refill my drink and do whatever is necessary to assist me. I love it here and always look forward to visits when I come home. I can't say enough about the quality staff here. I have never been to restaurant be it fast food or fine dining that has comparable service. Keep it up the good work! Went the other morning to pick up some food for myself and my co-workers. I ordered 15 sandwiches, 5 of 3 different kinds to spread the love. I asked if they had ice coffee and was promptly told 'NO' ice coffee here. But they have ice & they have coffee, but they can't put them together.???? So that didn't go over well, I ordered hot coffee. I paid my $50 and was told to park on the side of the building and wait. And boy oh boy wait I did. People went in, sat down, ate, and I was still waiting. I waited over 20 minutes!!!!! I finally went inside, because I thought they forgot about me!!!! They were in the process of packaging up my order, they did apologize for the wait time and blamed it on another large order that came in at the same time. What I don't understand is how other people were able to come in AFTER me and get their food and not have to wait until my order was finished? They also provide me with a free meal card for my next visit, but to be honest I'm not sure I will be visiting this location ever again. This place is a little different than typical fast food places. Instead of burgers, they focus on chicken sandwiches. Instead of hiring immigrants, they seem to hire friendly young Americans to serve you. And they do service well. While you're seated, someone will come along and offer you a dinner mint and a wet wipe for your hands. And the young man who brought out my food tray wishing me a "blessed" day was a somewhat subtle hint that this is a faith based company. But politics and religion aside, the food and service here is pretty (dare I say) damn good. The chicken sandwich is tender and juicy without being too greasy, and very simple with only three pickles as toppings. I would disagree that this Chick-fil-A is located in the ghetto. At least it didn't look that bad around 1 pm when I stopped by. There are far worse areas in Pompano. This one is located near the corner of Federal Hwy and Copans Rd. I hit the drive thru and it was slammed, but the cars moved through pretty quickly. My order was taken correctly and it was no problem to get an unsweet ice tea with my combo and I wasn't charged extra. I tried the new spicy chicken and it was about as I expected - like a regular Chick fil A sandwich - only spicy. I didn't think it was the best spicy I've had compared to other fast food places, so next time I'll probably go back to my tried-and-true #1 combo (regular Chick-fil-A) or the deluxe. Now they just need to put a Chick fil A in Fort Lauderdale! There's one in Plantation, Tamarac, Pompano, Boca, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs and Sunrise...but NO FORT LAUDERDALE LOCATION? C'mon, they have every suburb of Lauderdale covered but each are a 15 minute drive away. Step up, CFA! read more

Chick-fil-A is the In-N-Out equivalent of the east coast. The food and service never disappoints! Don't know what they do to their food, but it's pretty damn good! They also must treat and pay their employees well. For some reason, they are always very friendly and in a great mood when you order, it's like Disney World for fast food.
