Enjoyed my favorite Chicken Breakfast Burrito on opening day for this newly built location! I am so excited they decided to build on the south side of Pooler (next to the new Costco). I live on this side of town and will be frequenting this location. CHICKEN BREAKFAST BURRITO - my favorite item on the breakfast and lunch menus. it comes packed with their tender chicken (diced nuggets), along with hash brown potatoes, and cheese. SUPER CLEAN - you can tell that this establishment is brand new. It is super clean and sparkling. FRIENDLY STAFF - this new location certainly hold up the corporate reputation of providing service with a smile...and sometimes friendly chat. For instance I talked to the manager today about burgers...yep! He gets customers asking for burgers, and their brand is cows telling you to eat chicken. Customers should get the hint. NO BEEF - Don't expect to find beef here. The only place to find a Chick-fil-A burger is at the original location near the Atlanta airport, called the Dwarf House. I enjoyed a Chick-Fil-A burger there recently. Interesting enough, they originally opened as a burger joint.

waited 15 minutes for 5 cars today. the 5 orders were all sitting in the table while we all waited 15 mintues for car 6. instead of moving the car forward and have them wait. we all waited and then in seconds our food was delivered. why am i waiting 15 minutes in line when my food is sitting ready for the same 15 mintues? who runs this place incompetents? . obviously so

Worst chick fil a experience time and time again at this new location. The fact that the owner operator has previously had a chick fil a restaurant is even further proof that there no excuse for how this one operates. I live a stones throw away so it's a shame since it's so convenient but I'll continue to visit the Pooler location. Every single order from here has been wrong. When you try to rectify it through the app nothing is done. I have been here no less than 10 times. Nine out ten staff lack that usual friendly and competent chick fil a demeanor. The large blonde lady who runs the inside in the morning demeans her staff.

Went here was real big real hungry! Hopped in the drive thru like the realest. James took my big ole order and was very nice very pleasant! Went around to the window, and Queen Emily told me what it was and what it ain't. She said my food was going to be fresher than some big girls waiting on some doughnuts. She ensured I got a lil goodie bag for my wait. The wait wasn't that long but queen Emily made sure I was okay for that little minute and 30. Got my food and tore her down. She was very good they put they foot in it and it was so good it made Beyoncè pimp slap Blue Ivy. Service A 1 , customer Service A1 management A 1. 10/10 must recommend and try again. Will be taking my big back self there again !

Shout out to Genesis, for trying her best to make things right. She went above and beyond. The girl in the back with the dreads and head scarf though. One time I was left sitting outside for 30+ minutes because they just "didn't see" that the curbside order was here. Okay, cool. So I chose the drive thru. I was parked at 2:14 (the app said it'd be ready at 2:20. Okay). So I parked. 10 minutes go by.. then 15.. then I call. The manager was in the office and had to make my salad. Okay, that's fine too. 10 minutes go by and honestly, I'm done. I don't want the food I've waited 25+ minutes for. I just want a refund. The girl goes inside to tell them. Nobody says anything. I wait ANOTHER 10 minutes before I go inside. The manager says "oh I'll have to do it in our online system. It'll happen by 4pm." So not only did they take 25+ minutes to make my food, they also had me waiting outside for 10+ minutes because they didn't tell me they'd have to do the refund later. Waste of time. I won't be coming to this location ever again.

There are a…read morecouple of notable things about Naan Appetit that I feel I must share because there is a similarly highly rated Indian restaurant within a stones throw away from Naan that it that also deserves comparison. I will review that restaurant under separate cover, but just know that when comparing this one to Persis, I would rate Naan Appetit as the better restaurant. But ultimately they are two different experiences within the Indian food category and for that reason are very hard to compare (more on that in the Persis review). But now let's talk about Naan Appetit. So what I really like about this restaurant is the value for the ambience and atmosphere. This is a very nicely appointed restaurant that I actually thought was a furniture store before we realized it was an actual restaurant. Very well appointed well designed and upscale in look, feel and function. Service is very strong with multiple servers and front of house greeting you immediately upon entry. We were seated within 3 to 5 minutes of walking in, and this was on a Friday night with a fairly full house. Once we were seated, our server immediately came over, provided us with menus and gave us a bit of information about the restaurant. We then proceed to ask a couple of questions about level of spice, and were really pleased with the servers descriptions of the various items on the menu and which ones we may or may not want to avoid depending on our spice level preference. I really appreciated the way the menu was set up which allowed for fairly easy decision making when it came to what we wanted to order. We went with mostly traditional entrees, ordering the lamb vindaloo, and the korma. Both were authentic and very well seasoned and spiced. We also ordered a couple of the garlic butter Naan bread, which were also really good. And lastly, we tried out the tandoori wings, which I had read on previous Yelp reviews were a highlight of the restaurant. When we first asked the server about them, he seemed a bit reluctant to recommend them because of the time it would take for them to be delivered to our table, which was approximately 30 minutes. We told him we weren't in a rush and didn't have anywhere else to be so we were totally fine with ordering them. It turns out that they ended up coming to the table before our appetizers even made it. So a bit of an overblown concern there. Outside of that little wrinkle, our overall experience was really pleasurable, especially given the sub $100 price point we paid including tip. This is definitely one of the restaurants we will be going to during our stay here in Savannah. And if I had to give the best advice on the difference between this restaurant and the other, I would say pick this for date night and pick the other one for family night.

Do you ever get that late night snack craving for some fried chicken? No? Just me? Oh... okay…read more.. Well, that's what happened. Stopped by at 9pm for a little snack and went with the 3-Piece Tenders with their Honey-Buttered Biscuit. Instead of ordering regular tenders, I chose spicy with a side of Zesty Ranch dipping sauce. We also ordered a Original 2-Piece Dark with biscuit. I think this was my first experience with Church's Chicken. The drive-thru was empty the staff greeted us quickly and was patient as we made out final decisions. Our food was ready in by the time we got to the payment window and received our receipt. Kitchen looked clean and organized from my perspective. The Chicken was hot, crispy, and tender! The spicy tenders were a good medium spice level. I liked that the "spicy" wasn't the flavor but that it was spiced, if that makes sense. However, for both the tenders and the original chicken, the consensus was that the chicken was lacking flavor. The Honey-Buttered Biscuits were slightly sweet but not dessert sweet. It created a nice balance to the spicy and savory chicken. Overall a good experience!

However, the one consistent thing is they always have - hot cheap chicken. And that definitely includes this location. However the nice thing about this location is the service is on point even in the drive-through. Now I will credit what appears to be a family owned operation, and one that I had not witnessed in a churches franchise setting before. Definitely appreciate the attention to detail and the prompt service delivered by this ownership team, which appears to be a family affair. I have stopped in two or three times now and each time my entire time in the drive-through line didn't span more than 9 to 10 minutes max and that was because there was already one or two cars in front of me. Both of my orders were delivered hot fresh and most importantly, correct. They even threw in a bunch of extra hot sauce and honey, which was pretty impressive because in my neighborhood, you always had to beg for an extra packet and they would get an attitude about that. I would definitely say if you are in this stretch of Tanger outlets and looking for some cheap eats, you could do far worse by going somewhere else.
