I hate your drive thru and parking lot. Start organizing the drive thru and open both lanes at the pick up window. You literally renovated the restaurant for that and never have both lanes open. I'm tired of battling with cars where the two lanes merge to one and the way your staff takes orders in the drive thru is never cohesive. One side colon move way quicker but then once they are done taking orders the line then gets messed up for pick up. It's not rocket science and stop leaving it up to humans to figure out the drive thru. That's what your staff is for. read more

Decided to stop by this location for lunch, and it was definitely as I expected for a Chick Fil A! As usual, during lunch, Chick Fil A is usually crowded and the drive thru line is insanely long, but I really did not care as much as I wanted my free nuggets from the app. Anyways, when I walked in, there was a long line, but the restaurant is very clean. I did wait a little longer than usual, and I was wondering why someone didn't take orders for people in the line, as what they usually do. When I ordered my free nuggets along with fries and soup, I did have to wait a bit longer for the food to come out, and when I finally had my food when I went back to work, I found out I was a nugget too! So, that bummed me out a little, but the food was still was good as expected! This is probably more of a 3.5 star experience, but you get what you expect at this location, and will come here every now and then if I'm really craving that Chick Fil A! read more

If you are getting take out chick-fil-a there is nothing better than using the app. Lets be real trying to get into this restaurant on a Saturday can be daunting (even though though this is the most efficient place on the planet). A peaceful oasis of Chick-Fil-A goodness! This location is staffed with super nice people, the restaurant is very clean, and the best part (at least when we where there) it was nice and quiet. Al the reviews are true regarding insanely slow moving line. Its kinda good that i take lunch late, this place is a ghost town around 4. Needless to say, the service was good. Nice, open, big dining area. I come here often but Saturday, 06/29, they were running really slow inside and out. I didn't mind because the quality of food is worth the wait. I paid with cash and was due $12 back, considering it took forever at the window I assumed my change was correct. Sunday, when I gathered my wallet and such, I noticed I was short $5 which is no big deal yet I wanted to address it. I tried calling today, couldn't tell you who I spoke with but I could tell you they were rude and tried to bully me off the phone.
