Horrible experience today and i absolutely love chic fil a but today i had the worst experience all the way down to the manager!!!!

My boyfriend took me here while I was visiting because I didn't understand the concept of a waiter taking your order at a Chick-fil-A (we don't have that in Virginia) and I thought he was kidding me. Apparently, he wasn't kidding me. And I had to admit defeat when we were seated and handed menus. The food was standard Chick-fil-A, but the server was prompt and polite and never let our glasses get low. The food came out fresh and it was a nice lunch stop. When we were leaving he tried to get me to go through the adorable little red dwarf door (I'm about a foot shorter than him) but I refused to give him that much satisfaction in one day. read more

Chick-fil-A holds a special place in my heart. When I was in 8th grade, my closest friend at the time invited me to First Baptist Church of Jonesboro every Sunday, and the 8th grade boys' Sunday school class was taught by none other than the founder and chairman of Chick-fil-A, Mr. S. Truett Cathy. In addition to being a devout man, Mr. Cathy is also renowned for his generosity, as evidenced by the FREE Chick-fil-A sandwich coupons he offered to church visitors every week. I never became a member of the church, and consequently, I received said coupons every Sunday morning! Mr. Cathy's influence during our formative years also led to at least 3 of my friends becoming employees of this particular location throughout high school. "The Holy Chicken," as my friends referred to it, was very good to us. Then during college, Chick-fil-A and I became estranged. I don't know how that happened, but it did. During my postgraduate years, I found myself back at this particular Chick-fil-A and discovered that it was NOT the Chick-fil-A of my youth! The food was far too oily and the staff was far too ghetto! Management dropped the ball HARD. Fast forward a few more years, and I'm currently working at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where my fast food of choice is Chick-fil-A. In fact, less than 1 month ago, a passenger approached me stating, "I have a very important question. Where is Chick-fil-A?" "You asked the right person. A-10," I retorted. But because passengers are a "captive audience," airport restaurants typically charge at least 10% more than stand-alone franchises, which had me questioning if I should revisit my local Chick-fil-A with the hope that it has returned to its former glory. Well, I'm glad to announce that THE CHICK-FIL-A OF MY YOUTH IS BACK! That buttery bun, the signature chicken, and "those 2 crucial pickles." Their lemonade! And those Waffle Fries! Where else can you get Waffle Fries? Heaven, that's where! I was so elated that I wanted to run through the tiny red dwarf door like a giddy little schoolgirl! Plus, the cashier that handled my order could not have been more polite or friendly, her warm and inviting demeanor made more noticeable in stark contrast to the cold weather outside. Furthermore, the number of families dining in on the Dwarf House side of the restaurant was heartwarmingly nostalgia-inducing. Oh, Chick-fil-A, please don't ever decline again. I like this location. I would stop here some mornings on my way to work or at the Tara Blvd location. This spot is always clean in and outside. Great staff, of course! Food is usually nice and warm when I get it. And perhaps my favorite part is that they have a CLEAR BROTH CHICKEN SOUP. YAY!!!! I think they still have a Breakfast bar on the weekends. Also this location nand the one in Hapeville are always having some kind of special going on like, Mom's and Son's breakfast or Free Chicken biscuit on whatever day. read more

They arguably have the best biscuits HANDS DOWN!!!! They are unusually crunchy at the top due to the perfect cook time and the hint of butter! The biscuits are always as fresh and the chicken. I could come here daily but the constant kids(employees) running in between cars and the long wait time is not only why I can't, but also why I had to take away a star!! read more

The worst Chick Fil A. Everytime I come the line is ridiculously long(which is normal for Chick Fil A) but every other Chick Fil A seems to effectively move their lines along at a quicker pace than this location. Today they didn't put my kids chicken nuggets in their 6 peice count nugget meals. Like really?? How did you forget the main part of the meal? Once I arrived home and noticed it I call and even though they have 2 managers on duty not 1 could come to the phone. This is the only Chick Fil A that I know operates like this. Any time I have had an issue at any other location a manager quickly tends to the issue. This location does not live up to the Chick Fil A standard. read more

I order app and came inside because the drive thru was too long had someone to help me but didnt get my name to accept that i had arrive at the place so i ask him again to do it and he talk to his manager to come and talk to me. I then explain to her again and she ask for my order name i gave her my order name and she left. Wait for another 20 min without no sign of my food arriving when i saw her again i ask for her help but got completely ignore (this js the manager i was talking to earlier) so i had to wait and try get another lady to help me to be waiting another 10 minutes without telling me if my order coming or not and my apps doing a count down because it about ti switch lunch menu. My order was breakfast for my two toddler so after it hit 10:30am without no help no response from the staff and especially the manager waiting for more than 30 minutes im done. I cancel my order and left to be charge for my order at 10:35am. Never will return here again. read more

Boyfriend came here to get me food. I ordered on speaker and made sure she had everything correct. He even had to pull up and wait on food. Upon getting home not a single thing I ordered was in the bag they gave him. 16$ order totally wrong. I went up there myself to get the money back because I literally didnt eat any of it and on the principal. Upon requesting and receiving a refund they did nothing to make it right and were barely apologetic after even mentioning I'm more than 15 mins away from here. Poor customer service poor organization obviously and will not return to this location. Chick-fil-A is really not what they used to be. read more

I have no idea how this restaurant can go from 5 to 1 star. In a previous review, I raved at how efficient this restaurant was but my experiences have changed. I have had 2 months of sitting in line for over 15 mins, with mobile ordering and all! They are the slowest on earth! I'm not sure if staff has changed but you can definitely tell! I did a mobile order. Thought it was going to be in-and-out but nope. I still have to wait for my food. Drive-thru was so backed up, too. We were at this specific location and we ordered on the app specifically to receive food through the drive thru, and our order was not ready so they made us pull up around another car who was also waiting for their food. We waited at least 15 minutes in the car for the food. I know for a fact that 4 orders were dispensed before ours. I was super disappointed because this particular Chickfila is usually great at getting my order then getting it out. At least the food was hot. :( read more

Friendly service with a smile!!! I frequent this location often due to it being near my job. On several occasions after a long day I will stop by and order a Chocolate Chunk Cookie (which is soo addicting) or a Cookies & Cream Shake( best shake ever!). You can't go wrong with there menu, although I'm not a big fan of the new frozen lemonade. Lol I'd rather have a cookies and cream shake. read more

chick-fil-a is my favorite place to be in the whole wide world. i moved to riverdale about 2 years ago. when i realized i was finally a jump and a hop from a chick-fil-a i was so excited. i eat there all the time, but what sets this location apart besides there soul food like amazing mac n cheese, fried apple pies, collards, black eyed peas, cornbread, and fried okra. the "all you can eat breakfast on saturday mornings" its a must on your list at least 2 times a month.... thanks george for always being nice and helpful in the dining room there. thanks jaquez for always smiling. thanks kendra for always asking how ive been or where ive been when its been a week since i havent been in... love you all..... at riverdale dwarf house...... read more

Stopped in for breakfast today. Service was fast, food was hot, and accurate. I love Chick Fil A.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and the food was great (standard Chick-Fil-A), but what made it interesting was the uniqueness of this particular Chick-Fil-A. The dining room has the normal order-at-the-counter section, but you can also choose to sit and be waited on! The menu also has corn bread, which is unique for Chick-Fil-A. I went in on a really hot day; I wanted to sit down and enjoy My meal; since it was CFA, I thought -- I will probably get chicken and fries; OH NO...they had veggies...which I love!! I got the veggie plate...and added on a side of another veggie...YUM YUM YUM! I am a southerner and know true southern techniques in the kitchen. The mac and cheese was the star--the collard greens, the green beans, and the okra were amazing. I left miserable but without regrets. The only complaint---the A/C wasn't working too well. read more

This CFA needs some work. The employees were slow and lacked the typically CFA friendliness. They had enough staff. They were just focused on everything except the customers. This location is always busy, but the wait is never long. Most Chick-fil-a locations are excellent anyway, but this location has extra friendly employees who are always hustling to make your experience a brief, but pleasant one. Whenever you have to wait for longer than Chick-fil-a considers acceptable, they always hand out tons of coupons for free sandwiches. This place really wants you to be satisfied! read more
