Time 12:35 pm, Wednesday. Yes, I decided to hit Chick-fil-a during lunch. Unfortunately I finally found one that under- preformed. The parking lot is a joke, plus CFA uses 1/2 of parking spaces for doordashers and pick and drive thru parking. About a 1/2 dozen parking spots were closed off completely. After waiting in a crowded, and some what long line I placed my order at 12:43pm (by my receipt). I sat and waited, and I hated sitting at a 4 top since I was alone, but the restaurant was full, granted it was lunchtime, during summer. The food ticket that is on tray. Showed 12:51pm, and my food was finally brought to my table at 12:53pm. So from time I parked, walked in, ordered and was served: 18 minutes. CFA had the normal "gang" of employees working (at least 15). But many seemed confused. Had the food not been great, as I've always found CFA's food to be, I might never go back. However, I have stopped at other CFA's at lunch (11-2) and have never encountered that long of a wait. Customers were leaving before they even ordered. No, I cannot give a solution, cause I don't know if other extenuating circumstances were involved, but hopefully this service issues is a one off incident. read more

In all the many years of going to Chick-fil-A, not once had my order been wrong...until Saturday. I was asked to pickup dinner for my four Grands & 2 adults. I did drive thru & I never check the bag because I've become confident in their accuracy & competency. They forgot one regular sandwich & of course not discovered until I delivered the meal. If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered Mac and cheese, didn't receive it because they were out. But instead of saying anything they let me purchase it...ordered strips and received nuggets! Now they are mad because I asked for a refund. Staff is special...y'all make them go thru 3 interviews and still manage to pick the most incompetent people...okay! Do better, How do you walk past your customers and have a stank attitude. We recently visited this location and the store was filthy. Not only that but when the young man brought our food we were missing a fry. He told my husband he needed a receipt but they had given us another group's receipt. Thankfully we realized we had the one that is on the bag but when we showed the man, he just said he would bring us the fry. He never did. No apology was ever given. We have never been treated like we were lying or trying to scam Chick-fil-A of any food. And then to just be a small fry? It was a joke. And the employees was so rude. I am a huge fan of chick fil a, so while on a road trip, chick fil a is a safe choice. We dined in on this visit and was pleasantly surprised. This store was meticulously clean and new (not sure how new it actually is). Service was friendly at the counter. They brought the food to our table (took longer than one would expect for fast food). The food was piping hot and chick fil a excellence. If I'm ever back in this area, would definitely stop by again. read more

Possibly the most infuriating post I have ever written. My older mother went last week and tried to order a "4 count KIDS MEAL with fruit and a juice box" The young boy taking the order didn't tell her the total before paying in the drive through, so when she got the receipt and it said $13 she was surprised. She stopped him and asked for it to be fixed. He rang her up for a 4 count strip meal... with fruit and a juice box... don't see the connection but okay. He was kind and told her that they would process the refund and get her the correct meal at the window/door. When she got there they made her sit for 10 minutes waiting. Finally a manager woman walked out the door and yelled "okay I need to resolve this refund I guess". My mother waved her down and told her what happened. The manager was extremely rude, argumentative, and refused to refund her. She shoved the food in the car saying "this is what you ordered, it's what you get". She tried to explain calmly that it is not what she ordered and the boy got it wrong, but the manager just argued and refused. CFA quality in service has been going down recently... but this is worst than MCD service. I am appalled at the service, the atmosphere they created, and the way they treated my mother. I don't know what has happened to this store, but we won't be back. read more

Busy as any other Chick-fil- a that you will encounter anywhere else. When we pulled up, the line was wrapped around the building but as usual, the line moved very rapidly. This was just a quick meal to hold us until dinner. We ordered two orders of fries and an order of three piece spicy tenders (as we were told that in that area, they don't have regular tenders, just spicy ones) which was fine. The tenders were fresh and hot. Very good! We didn't get our sauce that we asked for. The fries, however, were not so good. They were hot but they appeared to be a lot of the ends of the potato. They were super thick and not a lot of the waffles, if that makes sense. read more

Definitely not the best ChickFila experience we've ever had, we sat inside and It took 15-20 minutes to get our order (I suspect they were prioritizing the long drive though line) and then there was multiple issues: My fathers Grilled Chicken Sandwich was chewy and he had to spit out probably 1/3 of it, and he asked for "an additional side salad" and instead received a minuscule kale salad- when he asked if he received the correct item they then told him they don't sell the salad he wanted anymore. For me I asked for a 3ct Tenders and they were ordered as spicy somehow (obviously I don't like spice) Also we did not receive a paper receipt so we can neither leave a bts review or have possibly had time to read it over and recognize the issues before they reached our table. So TLDR, of our 3 person party everyone had at least one thing they were upset with. The staff were kind however there was absolutely room for improvement in their organization. read more

The worst chick-fil-a I've ever been too. Primarily the wait time is ridiculous. Waiting 45+ minutes for food for a family of 3. This is pre and post pandemic operation. They never offer any type of compensation or to make it up to the customer. They actually have improved on their order accuracy, but the wait time is horrible, and the lack of care to make it up to the customer is awful. Is the expectation of chick-fil-a corporate to wait 45+ minutes for FAST FOOD? My family will start driving to Baxter or Dave Lyle to avoid this location. read more

I waited an entire week to give them a third chance to reach out to see if they wanted to rectify the issue but it all starts with leadership at the top and it obviously trickles all the way down starting with the operator Chad Sheley. I grew up in Atlanta and have been going to Chick-fil-A for over 30+ years and have sat in Truett Cathy's office as a young boy on field trips listening to his stories and his philosophy for those years. I have always been a fan and will continue to be a fan but I will not be visiting this location or any locations that are ran by this operator. The incident happened last Friday around normal lunch hours and they were extremely busy. I waited inside at the line where you could see they were understaffed at the counter (which is perfectly fine, it happens) and I was willing to wait, not long maybe a little over 10 minutes to place my order. The kid working the counter was wearing a mask and he was very soft spoken so he was not able to communicate well (his choice, no worries here) but maybe have him do something else in the restaurant as that is a vital part to make sure you are communicating properly with your guests. I placed my order for a number 10 meal to DINE IN. He gave me the table tent presenter, took it and placed it at my table waiting for my food. Again, very busy so it took a little over 10 minutes to get my food. I am always happy to wait at a Chick-fil-A because I love the service and quality of the food. The girl brought over my food and picked up my table tent. When it was brought over it was in a to go bag which I thought was weird but I was ok with it. When I looked inside I was missing my fries and then I noticed on the bag it read "Dine In". At this point I knew there was some sort of miscommunication on their end as I obviously ordered Dine In and they gave me a table tent to prove it was Dine In and they did not put the fries in the bag. This is where I was appalled on how the Team and Management handled the situation. I went back to the counter and told the girl my fries were missing from my order. She said I did not order them and then I would have to pay if I wanted fries. I said I did pay for them and clearly there was some miscommunication on your end as you also put my order in a to go bag when it was clearly listed as Dine In, so I would like you to fix that if you don't mind. She again told me I was wrong. This is where the coaching opportunity comes in. Instead of arguing with me she could have clearly went to the cashier who I pointed out to her to see where the miscommunication was and they could have fixed the issue right then and there but that was not an option for her apparently or option two, just hand me a thing of fries and be done with it. I said don't worry keep the food and keep my money since you obviously don't care. I went over to the manager and explained the situation as well and he looked like a deer in headlights and did not say a word. They let me walk out the door without caring at all and did not care to fix the situation over a thing of french fries, pathetic if you ask me. I then called Customer Service to give a review and gave them all of the information and was told to expect a call or follow up in the near future. The only thing that happened was they sent me a free dessert. How pathetic is that? Here is a dessert to shut him up. Chick-fil-A cares? I threw my money back out and left the restaurant, you think I want a free dessert? Amateur hour right there. This location is a Bojangles disguised as a Chick-fil-A. read more

Poor, slow fulfilment of on-line orders. Salad was not cold: room temperature means greens were sitting out. Grilled chicken on Cobb salad was also room temp. Have been waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes and haven't made it past the speakers. I wouldn't stop here if you're on the road and have to be somewhere in a timely manner. They just sent two workers out to manually take orders but aren't taking the orders in order of the cars that arrived first which is the first time I've seen that at a chic fil a. My order wasn't correct. Spicy tenders isn't going to cut it for my picky son, when I ordered an 8 count nugget. The new building and drive thru line didn't make a difference as far as wait time. I thought the whole point was to have 2 lanes all the way around the building. We still had to merge, which has always been the problem. Food was coming out in no particular order. Several cars back getting food and having to wait on the other cars to move. Second time visiting this location in the past couple of weeks and have been disappointed with the service both times. Finally received my order after waiting in line for at least twenty minutes just for my fries to be cold. By this time it was five minutes prior to closing so I couldn't go back to inform them. However, on this visit we ordered to go and were not given forks for our silverware. We didn't get all the dressing we ordered and we ordered.
