    Spicy Chicken Sandwich
    Jesus C.

Second time in two weeks that I've been to this location. The staff is so friendly and the location is exceptionally clean. And they of course the food is great. Whenever I'm in the Rim area I'll definately come back.

They don't care about your sauce

They just took 20 minutes in my order because I ordered 3 chicken strips. Don't bother wasting your time.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich that doesn't have my bacon I added.

Clearly I ordered bacon on my Spicy Chicken Sandwich! But employees clearly don't care to add my bacon! I wish people took more pride in their craft and the business they represent. By far the worst experience I've ever had. I will never order from this location again.

I don't understand what's going on here. This is the most disheveled chick-fil-a I've ever seen. Usually the model for all things right in the food industry, this location is the opposite of normal. Like entering the bizarro world. It's filthy...and there are employees everywhere. Like zombies. Every trash can is overflowing... and nobody is doing anything about it, other than the one girl that grabbed a handful of napkins and used them to push the trash down. Most tables are dirty. Food- First time in a long time that I have any complaints. But, for the first time ever, I couldn't finish my sandwich because of the poor quality. Greasy and fatty. Say something positive! Okay. The waffle fries were cooked perfectly and were actually salted. I feel like this restaurant is surviving solely on its location, which is in proximity to Six Flags, and a ton of other destinations. There are so many better places to eat in this area. This is waaaayyyyy below standard. DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!!!!!

This chick-fil-a is located at The Rim and is convinent for Its location. One thing about this location is that it is always super busy. I have never seen the drive they lane be short ever! This means I choose to dine is since it's less chaotic. Even inside is always busy. I giving this review a four because my soup was more on the Luke warm side rather than peeping hot. My chicken sandwich and fries were made cooked to order and tasted fresh. My soup tasted as if it had been sitting out for a while. I've had many soups from here and this just happened to be my only problem. The restaurant itself was clean and the bathroom were tidy as well. The staff is always friendly and would still return in the future.

Parked on the side waiting for strips. Ridiculous.

I waited 27 min for the food I ordered. I know this is a fast food place but almost 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich is kinda ridiculous.

There's no real service here--just a transaction. For the prices they charge, the food is seriously underwhelming. The burgers look small and unimpressive, especially when they arrive on oversized plates that only highlight the lack of value. The fries are aggressively over-seasoned to the point where you can't even taste the potato--just salt and spice. Nothing about the meal justifies the cost. What's most frustrating is that they expect tips for a dining experience that barely differs from a place like McDonald's. If you're going to charge premium prices, there should be actual service and food quality to match. This place delivers neither.

We ordered four different tacos and a burrito. At around $6 per taco, you'd expect something at least halfway decent. Instead, the food looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. What came out looked rushed and thrown together. The biggest issue was the temperature. Everything was cold. Not slightly warm -- actually cold. The tortillas were cold, the beans were cold, and the entire meal felt like it had been sitting out before it was served. When you're paying that much for tacos, the bare minimum should be that the food is at least hot. The tortillas themselves were also disappointing. They used those bland white flour tortillas that taste like they came straight out of a grocery store bag, with no flavor at all. If you're going to use tortillas like that, at least heat them properly. We were starving, so we forced ourselves to eat about half of the food, hoping it might get better. It didn't. The beans were nasty, the tacos lacked flavor, and eventually we just couldn't keep going. We ended up walking next door to Cava just to get the bad taste out of our mouths. The place itself looks nice and aesthetically pleasing, but good decor doesn't make up for bad food. I'd much rather eat at an old beat-up taco spot that actually serves hot, flavorful food than a polished restaurant putting out cold tacos. After this experience, I honestly understand why the Torchy's near my house on the far west side ended up closing. I just don't see people craving this place or choosing it when deciding where to eat.

I went through the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised at first. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I was staying at a nearby hotel just a few minutes away, so I didn't check the food until I got to my room. That's when the disappointment started. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only, large combo with a Coke. The order was repeated back to me, and it was correct on the receipt. But when I opened the bag, my burger had ketchup plus lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions -- the one ingredient I really can't stand. While I'm not allergic and could technically pick everything off, the onion flavor had already soaked into the burger. Every bite had that lingering taste, and it honestly made me want to toss the whole thing. I only kept eating because I was hungry. Order issues aside, the food itself was underwhelming. The burger was a thin smash-style patty with zero seasoning -- bland and forgettable. The fries were thin-cut and very salty, which I actually enjoyed since I'm a salt fan, but they were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing meal. If this is what Whataburger typically delivers, I won't be coming back. Definitely not worth the hype.

The chocolate flavor was extremely rich, way more rich than what I'm used too; it tasted very close to a dark chocolate ice cream.
