Very clean! Food is consistent and wait time is decent. As a customer and part time runner for food delivery I've been treated well. In both instances. They haven't been open long at this location it's definitely got its the procedures at a good pace. A lot of people have seemed to say otherwise, but I think it's important to give a company a little grace when their first opening up and take a step back and think before you throw company under the bus that's just getting started locally. Training takes time so to staffing. Hopefully this reveal will teeter the scale a little bit in my opinion it's only fair. read more

I ordered a 4pc tender meal through the mobile drive thru because everyone was saying that is quicker but it wasn't. It took about 15 minutes to get the order and then it was wrong. I received an 8 piece nugget instead of the 4pc tenders. I normally wouldn't complain but the price difference is like 3-4 dollars more for the tenders than the 8pc nuggets. I called the store and left a voicemail, and still no one has called me back. Horrible customer service and will not be back after the other comments I have read. ​ read more

Worst one possible skip it if you can first of all the mobile line isn't in order so I can be the first car and the last car already has there order and then it just holds up everything will never go to this one again they forget my sauces every time, apparently they don't know how to read the ticket but hopefully someone (General manager,District manager or even the owner) get this place in check before it goes downhill very disappointed. Extremely frustrating and upsetting -- repeated order mistakes Almost every time I visit this Chick-fil-A, my order is wrong. And every time I call about missing or incorrect items, it somehow feels like I'm the inconvenience. This location has been consistently disappointing. Yesterday on Christmas Eve, I went through the drive-thru to grab food for myself and my toddler daughter before we had to get ready for a family event. I very clearly asked for grilled nuggets for my daughter--because this location frequently gets our order wrong--and I was assured the order was correct. When I got home, she was given fried nuggets instead. We do not allow her to eat fried food. My order was also incorrect. When I called the store, the employee I spoke with, Denise, sounded irritated that I was asking for the order to be remade. I was told I had two weeks to come get it and didn't need to return that day. That response was incredibly frustrating, as I wasn't going to eat my food if my child couldn't eat hers. I ended up driving 15 minutes back, waiting another 15 minutes, and had to call the store just to get someone's attention, despite making eye contact with employees who repeatedly looked away. When they finally corrected the order, they only replaced the nuggets--not the fries or drink--so after an hour round trip, I was left with cold fries and watered-down tea. This entire situation caused us to rush and nearly be late to our family event. Chick-fil-A is known for being fast, friendly, and accurate--but this location does not live up to that reputation at all. I understand this is a newly opened location, but this is not the first time this has happened. On a previous visit, I had to return twice to get my order corrected, and all that was offered was an apology and free breakfast cards. At this point, I would rather drive 30 minutes to the New Braunfels Chick-fil-A than drive 15 minutes to this one. Consistency, accuracy, and customer care are severely lacking here. read more

I am trying so hard to like this chickfila and I certainly hope they get better. I have stopped here maybe 8 times since they opened. The wait is always long no matter the method you use to order. They consistently forget condiments, they have messed up my order more times than not, and twice they have completely forgotten part of my order. They make it difficult to go back and retrieve the missing times because they funnel all the cars in one entrance. The second entrance is blocked by cones. The two times I went back, they were not even apologetic about forgetting stuff. I could drive to the NB location and back to Seguin quicker and with less hassle. read more

Ordered thru app. I arrived and took over 25 minutes to receive a sausage biscuit combo. The hashbrowns were very cold

The food is always fresh and hot. The store is very clean. I go there at least 2 or 3 times a week for lunch. I have been thinking about stopping going there because of one employee, she is a Cashier, her name starts with Tab..., she has NEVER gotten my order right, she is very hard to hear and understand. By far the worst chick fil a I have ever been to by far. Went in with a mobile order and somehow ended up getting my food 20 minutes later and the order was severely incorrect. Requested missing items and was told my a manager that I needed to get back in my car. Waiting for another 10 minutes with no luck on getting the food I ordered I just left. Mostly nice forgot a few items on my order and I had to repeat myself several times. Plus the lady I who took my order was very snappy.But ther was also a lady who came over and fixed the order and was alot nicer. But they still some how managed to forget my salad dressing that I was very clear trying to make sure that they wouldn't forget it. Jonathan is kind and very professional. He was so attentive and polite asking every single person how he could help whether it was with a refill, sauce or throwing their trash. The mobile drive-through line is horrible. They bring out your food, but you still have to wait in the line because the person at the very front hasn't gotten their food yet. They don't have them pull up or pull off to the side to wait somewhere and there's no way for you to exit out because the drive-through is right next to you. I understand being patient but waiting 20 minutes for the person in front of you to get their food and move while you already have your food is crazy. read more

We put in a mobile order at around 5:50 pm. We got to the chick fil a at 6:09. We waited in line for 1 hour. We tried to be kind and give them grace since it was busy but an hour for 2 ice cream cups is ridiculous. Meanwhile no one came to ask for the name of our order and we were at the top of the line for almost 30 minutes. while almost 25 cars in the drive thru passed by. read more

Extremely disappointed after opening. Love our little town but the service here was by far the worst I've had at a Chick-fil-a. Ontop of it taking forever regardless of the method used to purchase.
