I jumped off I-10 west bound at the Spanish Fort exit to grab breakfast (an original chicken biscuit) there was a line at the drive through as expected but the crew here was efficient and walking the lanes taking orders to expedite things, the line moved realitively fast and my order was ready before I got to the window so I was able to pay and jump out of the line about 3 cars before the window. The staff was extremely friendly and thanked me for dropping in, my experience at Chick-fil-A is always a good one unlike so many fast food joints. No longer the "good" Chick-Fil-A. I can't seem to ever receive my whole order at lunch or dinner. And Yelp tells me I have to add more words so fine. A few times I've also bit into straight gristle/tendon/gross stuff they should be trimming OFF of the meat. This just encounter just happened and I'm still confused. I go up to the man in the drive through and tell him what I want and that I have a gift-card. He tells me that if I don't have enough on the gift-card I can't use another one and will have to pay the remaining balance at the window. Weird but okay. He then tells me I didn't have enough on the gift-card (I know I had enough I just got it) and that id have to pay the rest with card. I ask him much I "owe" because something wasn't adding up. He tells me he doesn't know and asks if I want my gift-card back and that he can take it for me. I kept the gift-card because I wanted to check the remaining balance. I'm not a local I am from Los Angeles California. But I drove through here traveling with my friend who is a local. There's Chick-fil-A is no different than any other Chick-fil-A that I've been to. They offer a great service, great food, and everything was Bam Bam Bam quick. Just the way I like it! The lines are always long... Which is expected. For the first time I saw that there was a frosty on the menu. So I gave it a try and ordered one and I am so happy that I did! If you have not tried the frosty you really need to. I am not a fan of coffee drinks but this one is so good. And it is not extremely strong in the coffee department. Not sure if that is a good thing for other people but for me I don't like it very strong my stomach is too sensitive for it. I will probably never fly through here ever again but if I do I would definitely recommend it. read more

So on my way back to Louisiana for work i always stop at this location for lunch. Upon arrival I noticed they are actually only taking to go orders via face to face under two large tents. Okay, that's fine. I get in line and make it up to the first young lady and she instructed me to pull forward and give my order to the next person under the tent. I make it to the second young lady and she instructed me to please drive forward and order at the window. Okay, no problem. Seriously, this is the absolute best fast-food chain. Period. It has the service and efficiency of Ruth's Chris (I love Ruth's Chris) with a much lower price point. I have been to CFA at least 200 times (don't judge ‍‍) and have had one mistake on my order (they left out an extra packet of salad dressing). I jokingly mentioned it the next time I was there to a student that works at CFA and the manager came over with an apology and comped my whole meal (for two adults). I was literally not complaining and tried to explain it was a extra packet, so it wasn't a big deal. The manager insisted. From the company's high standards that begins at the very top, to the smallest details happily provided by pleasant and generous team members (hand sanitizing wipes in to go orders and by the playground; endless sauces for FREE; food delivered to your table if it isn't immediately available; providing BOOKS in children's meals; and consistently delicious food) there is no doubt where I go on a night when I don't cook or when I am craving one of their many delicious menu items. They also are so supportive of the local schools and have benefits for workers that include scholarship opportunities! Anytime I have asked the Spanish Fort CFA for a donation to benefit the schools, they have obliged. And the new Mac N Cheese! It is a threat to my family-given title of "best Mac N Cheese"...and mine is from scratch! They also have added so many healthy options that it is a complete offering. This is the closest Chik-Fil-A to my house, so I come here every few months. Five stars probably seems like a lot for fast food, as this obviously isn't a fine steakhouse, but it is top notch for fast food and the service is always exceptional. As all Chik-Fil-A restaurants, they use real chicken and fresh, quality ingredients. You aren't eating processed chicken here. The food is always served hot. I love their chicken sandwiches and chicken noodle soup. They have two salads that are great, one is served with strawberries and the other is a spicy southwestern. My favorite thing on the menu has always been the chicken minis. That's chicken nuggets served on yeast rolls, in case you don't know. Throw a little strawberry jelly on there and, wow! They also have delicious sausage, egg and cheese biscuits in the morning. Their biscuits are so soft and flaky. Last but not least, this is the place to go for milkshakes! The peach is my favorite. Like I said, the service here is great. If the drive through looks packed, no worries, they'll have their employees out there taking orders in the line and you'll be surprised how fast it moves. My family spends an embarrassingly amount of money at this location and it's always a good experience. The staff is friendly even when slammed busy. The orders are correct. What's probably the craziest is that even when there is a line around the building in the drive through line they still move it through quickly and efficiently. Total disappointment. We were so excited to try the new grilled spicy chicken sandwich. We placed our order on the app and notified the staff upon our arrival. Once inside, we waited about 5 minutes for our food - not a big deal. We received our meal and sat down. We both took a bite of our sandwiches and they were cold like they'd been sitting out for at least 30 minutes. Not only were our sandwiches cold but the place was in shambles! The condiment bins were empty, the trash bins were overflowing, and the tables were all disgusting. And it wasn't for lack of employees. We counted 9 employees standing behind the counter and at least 5 were standing around doing nothing. It was a disaster and a shame to see such a lack of motivation. Do not go here for breakfast. While friendly, they consistently serve cold biscuits. We have come a couple of times for breakfast...Our mistake for giving them another try. We ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and bacon, egg and cheese - both had to be sent back. I was told "we don't have a microwave" and they brought me another cold biscuit...cheese didn't even melt! I work at a different chick fil a, and it has always been a requirement for us to wear gloves when bagging the food because our hands may touch the fries and stuff. Alongside that, our hair has to be in a bun or braid, not just a ponytail. I was disappointed to find the team member baggers with No gloves, grabbing our fries and food alongside team members touching their hair and not washing it. We love Chick-fil-A because the food is always good. We stopped at this location because it's close to the interstate when we are traveling west from Florida. We were very disappointed that they have outside dining but don't allow dogs on leashes. We have stopped at lots of other Chick-fil-A restaurants just so our dog could come with us.
