Immediately upon entering we were greeted with a hello and when we arrived at the host/hostess station and Austin immediately greeted us and asked us if we were local or traveling. He explained he liked to know where people were from . He seated us and we were greeted by a happy smile and hello from our server. She also inquired as to where we were from. She took our drink order and returned to take our order. This Cracker Barrel they have painted the outside walls white and the interior gray and the antiques are still hanging. We had the Old Timers and I had scrambled eggs and he had over easy eggs and both were prepared correctly. He had the hash brown casserole which he loves here and I had grits. The service was excellent and the food never changes.

We had the best server I have ever had. I've been in this industry for over 3 years running many restaurants in my lifetime and Aaron was the cream of the crop!! If I was still in thie industry I would come and cherry pic tht young man! anyway I had the eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, it had a name that I can't remember, anyway The gravy was horrible but I never told Arron. My husband had the Uncle Hershel and he loved it and my friend had the strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes which were awesome. I gave you guys 5 stars on everything because of Aaron, he made this dine worth every penny!

Tried to eat what we could. Awful food.

Worst experience ever. Horrible warmed over sausage scrambled egg on the first pass wasnt even scrambled second pass was raw and wet. Pancake was mealy. I have never had such a bad experience at a cracker barrel. Noticed the 90 health grade on the way in. Should have been warned at that.

We stopped by this place from our way back from Florida vacation on July 3rd. Pros: Bacon Chicken Breast, their new item, was pretty decent. Melon lemonade drink was good Cons: Service was quite slow. Our basket of breads didn't show up until we asked the waiter Beignet was just meh

The ambiance is nice and cozy. But we always sat in a booth. Sitting at a table indoors next to the back door, I looked around in confusion. At first it felt like someone kicking the back of the seat like on a flight. But then I was trying to move the table and check the chairs, maybe it was an earthquake from the New Madrid fault line. But like a typical NOLA raised home, it was just a hard floor and heavy footsteps. I'll know better next time. But Sundays from 12-3pm is the time to be there. Having to wait for parking was about the hardest part.

We started with Boudreaux's eggrolls appetizer, they were pretty good, and cooked very well, the dipping sauce made the egg rolls. Next she got the crab and spinach bisque, I had a side salad with blue cheese dressing. Both were very tasty. Next she had grilled salmon with veggies and mash potatos, I had the blackend redfish topped Crawfish Etouffee w/ Rice & sautéed Vegetables redfish. Both meals were tasty, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. When we arrived at 615 it was pretty empty and quiet but by the time we left most tables were full and a vibrant scene. Chelsea and the stunning view made the evening. We will of course return.

We had the chicken fried steak breakfast with eggs and a biscuit and the biscuits and gravy plate that came with eggs your way and grits. The gravy has bits of sausage patty. We left full! The coffee was hot and kept coming. The service was excellent. We would make the detour when traveling on I-10 to visit here again...until then we will dream of chicken fried steak and biscuits.

But how in the world did we miss Julwin's before? I mean, we truly missed out on this little jewel of a place! Now, I can handle just about anything from Waffle House to Another Broken Egg, but listen, quit scrolling, and head over to Julwin's Restaurant. From the coffee to the biscuit and everything in between, you can tell that those folks in the back know how to cook breakfast. My wife ordered the Western omelet, and opted for the Spinach. I know we didn't take three sips of coffee before our food came out piping hot and fresh off the griddle! The eggs were perfect as were the hash browns. I like my biscuit as dessert, and I'm happy to say I was not disappointed. Guys, we'll be back. There's no question Julian is on our must see list on our next trip to Fairhope.
